Logistics & Policies
For your security and ours, we require a security deposit which is processed as a temporary pre-authorisation hold on your credit card 24 hours before you arrive. It is not an actual charge. The hold is automatically released by your bank within 5-10 business days of your departure, provided a post-stay inspection confirms there are no damages to the property.
We want all our guests and the residents of our buildings to have a comfortable and peaceful experience. To ensure this, we operate a strict no-party and no-smoking (or vaping) policy within all our properties or on balconies. We also ask that you are mindful of your neighbours and respect the building's quiet hours, which are typically from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
Our standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. As a special perk, guests who book directly on this website receive complimentary priority for early check-in or late check-out requests. While we can't always guarantee it due to cleaning schedules, we promise to do our absolute best to accommodate you.
Our self-check-in process is simple, secure, and designed for your convenience. Twenty-four hours prior to your arrival, you will receive an email with detailed instructions, including photos and a unique access code for a secure lockbox within walking distance of the property or on-site, depending on the specific property you book. This allows you to arrive and access your property at any time that suits you after 3:00 PM, without the stress of coordinating a meeting.
