The space
* Please note - this is a quiet residential complex . It is not appropriate for groups of friends wanting to get together to socialise and there is a strict excess noise policy which is enforced and with fines. For those wanting a quiet spot - it's perfect!

We have a lovely 2 bedroom luxury apartment in the heart of the Auckland Viaduct harbour. A modern, well equipped kitchen or a short stroll to the city's leading restaurants.

Both bedrooms have high quality, comfortable king sized beds, a large wardrobe and an ensuite. The bathroom includes amenities such as a hairdryer, shampoo, bodywash and other little niceties you'd find at home.

The booking includes a secure car park underneath the building - please book this in if required at the time of booking. Extra parking is available across the road at the public car park.

Our house is your house! You are welcome to make use of the kitchen including the basics that are there.

For any extra supplies (or beer and wine!) you may need there is a Countdown Metro supermarket immediately opposite the complex as well as various other eateries and coffee etc!

The living room is equipped with a big screen smart TV, AC unit and large comfortable sofa (which converts to a queen bed and a balcony to enjoy the Auckland sunshine; or occasionally four seasons in one day...

Wynyard Quarter is the heart of luxury harbour side living in Auckland. We have a range of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby.

The city, ferries, trains, Britomart and the CBD are all close and Vector Arena about a 2km walk. Ponsonby shopping and restaurants are about 2km in the other direction.

Public transport is at your doorstep with the area well service by the city bus network. The Britomart train station and harbour ferries are about a 1.5km walk (flat and easy!)

We do apologise, but the apartment isn't suitable for pets or parties and there is a strict policy around noise (including fines for breaches by the body corporate)

Guest Access
The apartment is yours in its entirety. Full access to gym, pool, spa and sauna. Wynyard Quarter and waterfront about 20 metres from the apartment!

The car park is complimentary, but it does need to be booked in advance. Just send us a message via airbnb to let us know if you need it or not!

Interaction
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Other Things To Note
Facility Access Notice:

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Key Pick-Up: The key will need to be picked up from a secure location in the Viaduct (16 Market Place), which is a 10 minute walk or 3 min drive away from the apartment. They provide 24/7 access to keys via lockboxes. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking. They also have free WiFi access at Keyp-It in case you need the internet to contact us. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.

Parking: There is a free secure carpark in the building allocated to this apartment. Please inquire before booking.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the apartment for a $85 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Housekeeping: We can arrange extra weekly housekeeping during your stay if requested for the same price as the cleaning fee listed per clean. Stays longer than 21 days will be required to have a mid-stay clean at your expense. Please just send us a message if you need extra cleaning as we will need to organise this with the cleaning company we use.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay (6x shampoo, 6x bodywash, 6x tea/coffee, 6x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes) but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Coffee Machine: We don’t provide coffee pods in the unit, but you’re very welcome to bring your own favorites. For your convenience, we’ve provided complimentary instant coffee during your stay

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed apartment by Zodiak Stays so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced apartment. As above, weekly housekeeping can still be arranged as an extra service.

Great location, clean and comfortable accommodations. Very handy having a Woolies Metro across the street for last minute needs. Easy walk to lots of different restaurant's. Would highly recommend staying here.

The location was spot on for our Auckland stay. Wonderful base in the heart of the City. We enjoyed using the swimming and spa pool every day. Was great to have a parking spot too.

Great location, close to restaurants, harbor, CBD without the noise of the city. Comfortable beds, worked out great for 2 couples. Small request: bath wash provided, but no shelf within shower to place bottle..used floor or had to open shower door to pick up & put down bottle. We live led having the sliding doors open to the balcony. But the metal rolling part of the shades made a clanging sound with the wind, which was annoying. These small items doesn’t change my high recommendation for this property.

Superbe appartement, grand merci à notre hôte Stefan. Tout était facile d’accès que ce soit pour récupérer les clés et pour accéder à l’appartement. Tout était comme sur les photos , accès au différents sortie de la ville super facile avec une voiture et le plus c’est le magasin juste en bas de l’immeuble. Nous manquerons pas de réserver cette appartement pour notre prochain voyage à Auckland. Merci Stefan pour tout.

Stefan super hôte, très réactif au message. L’appartement très bien situé avec un magasin Woolworths a 1min à pied.
Avec notre voiture de location le garage était super pratique , les sorties pour rejoindre les « Mall » comme sylvia Park ou Saint Luke très facile d’accès .
Je recommande a 100% cette hôte et ses services qui est Zodiak.

The apartment was exactly as described with the host being super responsive for some minor questions at first check in. If you don't have a car it's a perfect place to stay as everything easy to walk to! The small Woolworths across the road was perfect. The pool and spa were really warm and clean - really couldn't fault this apartment. Will stay again when next in Auckland.

The apartment was the perfect location for our two managers to attend a conference at the ASB Centre on the viaduct. Apartment was nice and clean and had everything we needed as a young family. Location was perfect and added bonus was the heated pool and spa!
Only thing we would ask for would be softer pillows (they were far to high and hard for both the kids and us) and it would have made it perfect.

Le logement est super bien placé dans Auckland, à proximité du port. Tout est faisable à pieds. Il y a un magasin d'alimentation en face de l'entrée de l'immeuble, des restaurants a proximité. L'immeuble est calme, ascenseur pour monter les bagages, la pisicne /jaccuzzi ont fait le bonheur des enfants après une journée de marche. L'appartement est propre, lumineux et bien équipé.
Les hôtes sont très réactifs.
A savoir : la clef est à récupérer dans un autre immeuble à quelques minutes à pieds, ce qui peut être contraignant si vous avez beaucoup de bagages et des enfants en bas âge. Mais c'est assez facile quand c'est anticipé.
Je recommande ce logement !

Unfortunately, loud neighbours across the courtyard that you can hear very clearly with windows closed. Very strict no smoking rules even on balcony, and the routine problems with managed properties not integrating with AirBnb.
All that, we had a wonderful time, would highly recommend this place and found it a very comfortable and exceptional value.

Great location, a very short walk to lots of cafes, restaurants and bars on the waterfront. A small supermarket just across the road. A really lively area bustling with lots of life but the apartment itself is very quiet, we didn’t hear any street noise.

We had a terrific stay at this property. Great location right down at the harbor and the view of the Skytower doesn’t disappoint- we could see the fireworks on New Years Eve! The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable and has personality. The kitchen is better stocked than the usual place so that helps if you want to cook. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

Place was great for my party of 5. Very spacious. Had all the kitchens items I needed to have a great meal. The Wi-Fi didn’t work the first day I arrived but was quickly rectified by the next day. A lot of restaurants nearby, the fish market, cafes.. all walkable! Great place to stay!

Amazing location and value for price. The bathrooms could have been cleaner and the pool and spa area was closed the whole time which would have been nice to know before as this was a main reason for booking this place. We had issues at checkout time as I received numerous messages and calls to say to leave the property even though we had already left well before check out time. This seemed to be an issue in communication between the cleaning staff and the company that runs the property. I was told we would be charged for an extra night and had to call their office to sort this out which was very frustrating.

Really central and in a very nice area. The place itself was super clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. There was construction going on, but we were out and about most days so it didn’t bother us. We would definitely stay here again. Spacious, tidy and clean. ideal for 2x couples since each bedroom has its own bathroom - conveniently each pair are on opposite sides of the lounge. If you have a car then the space for it is close to the lift, which in turn is close to the unit (all good). We loved our stay on the quay. Our only issue was that we didn’t find the down ramp to the parking garage at first and were confused by the up ramp. Very comfortable stay and near lots of great food. Super convenient location.

Stefand place was in a wonderful location so close to the ferries, great food, and of course the harbor. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools, which we appreciated. Next time, as he has a few units, we will try and get one that looks at the water, but the proximity to everything made it a great find for our family of 5.

Apartment looks like the photos, is spacious and clean with very comfy beds. Basically you have 2 ensuites which is handy. We did not do any cooking even though facilities were available as there is a great choice of restaurants 2 mins down the road and a supermarket opposite. 10 minute walk to Queen St and the Ferries. Also you have access to a reasonably well stocked gym, a lap pool, spa and sauna. Really appreciated Chun meeting us at the apartment and showing us around.

The location of the apartment was fantastic…a little quiet as not much activity at night. The pool and sauna were welcome at the end of the day. The place was very clean and Stefan was good with his responses to my questions. The only small matter was that there was no free to air tv (had Netflix) which would have been good after 10 days in Samoa with no real communication from the outside world. Not a deal breaker at all but something to consider for future guests. Overall a great experience and the family enjoyed the stay in Auckland.

Great spot for seeing the city. The location is central and with the car park you can walk everywhere easily. Countdown Metro across the road, or plenty of great eateries close by. Pool and Spa a bonus! Apartment is neat and comfortable. Will definitely be back.

The perfect spot to base yourself, especially with the parking spot! The Metro supermarket across from the entrance was super handy, as was the short walk to the CBD.

This is a lovely apartment. It is very nicely decorated, has great cookbooks to read and is very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the area is surprisingly quiet at night (it was a Sunday night). It was so nice to be able to walk around the marina and go out of dinner and not have to drive anywhere. The gym, pool and sauna are nice too. Highly recommended.

Anna and Dave’s space was very comfortable and in a good location! The apartment had everything we needed and was walking distance to a lot (even though we had a car.. the parking was easy, too). The only less than ideal part was having to get the key from another location (quick drive or short walk).. there was a lot of construction and traffic to get to the key location which caused some frustration. Other than that, everything was wonderful! Dave and Anna responded very quickly and gave us all of the information we needed.

We were so pleased with our stay at Anna’s place. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We appreciated the privacy it offered with two bedrooms and two baths. We cannot say enough about the location! We were within walking distance to the marina, all the best restaurants and shopping as well as some beautiful parks. We slept well at night and had everything we needed in the apartment. The laundry in unit was also a nice touch, especially if you are on an extended holiday. Ansonsten ist sie mit allem notwendigem ausgestattet: Waschmaschine, Trockner, Wasserkocher, Herd und Ofen, Toaster und Mikrowelle
Geschirr ist etwas knapp bemessenen, eine Kaffeemaschine gab es nicht.
Der zugehörige Parkplatz ist gut zu erreichen, wenn man herausgefunden hat, wo er ist.
Alles in allem würde ich diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Anna’s apartment suited our needs very well. We are two couples from Australia who met up in Auckland for a few days before heading out to explore the North Island. The apartment is extremely well situated and we walked to the ferries (for Devonport and Waiheke), the Art Gallery, the Sky Tower and around the wharves and city. Also bought basic provisions from the supermarket and enjoyed meals out too. Beds comfy, showers great and we cooled off in the pool. Grateful for the fans as it was warm during our stay. Anna’s place is perfectly located for walking to all the downtown attractions but yet it is quiet and peaceful. You can open the balcony and hear birds chirping. The amenities were perfect (although I never quite got the hang of the French Press coffee maker - no problem though, there are several coffee shops just a few blocks away). The place is clean and comfortable. It is a nice feature to have washer and dryer in the unit. I didn’t think I would need that at the beginning of my trip but a spill on my clothes made that feature valuable. If ever in Auckland again, I would not hesitate to book it again.

My friend and I had a nice, quick trip here at Anna’s apartment. It is on the second floor of a condominium building with each room having a window and bathroom. We could see the sky tower. Walking distance to ferry, downtown, lots of restaurants and coffee! We had plans to rent a car even though we didn’t because of time, but the parking spot was a great plus! Would stay again! The Uber fee to and from airport was approx. $55-$60 (30-45 min ride to airport depending on traffic). We arrived on Monday afternoon and left Wednesday morning. We enjoyed the cookies :) she does have a washer and dryer too! There are space heaters and the bathrooms have a towel heater - not sure if that’s standard in NZ but it’s not in the USA! Thank you for allowing us to stay! Hopefully will be back in NZ in the near future! Oh FYI there is a “luggage hotel” near her place if you get in a little before check in like us - they charge you based on the size of your bag and duration. We had a medium and small bag for 4 hours which was $11. Thanks again!!

Anna’s place is great. Easy to find, close to Wynyard Quarter and quick walk across the bridge to the Viaduct and Auckland CBD. Also handy to have a car park as parking in Auckland can be difficult! Beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed! We will be back!

Check-in was easy and communication was fast. The apartment itself was great and the local area was amazing. It was lacking some amenities like toilet paper and shampoo but there's a convenience store just up the road and an ATM. There were bars and restaurants everywhere. The apartment was also short walking distance from a pharmacy and a liquor store. The swimming pool and sauna were great. The car park was very convenient. You'd need the key fob to get in the car park but there's a sensor inside that automatically opens the gate when your car is close to it.

We had a awesome stay at Anna’s and Rosie’s place. The location was excellent. The apartment had everything we need and a few thoughtful extras like shampoo, washing powder, tea coffee. The check in and out was easy and the host responded quickly to any questions. All in all we loved it and would love to stay again next time we are in Auckland.

Anna/Rosie were very accommodating, with quick responses. We were able to check in early, which was a seamless process. This place is beautiful. Honestly I couldn't have wished for a better location to explore Auckland.
The apartment is very secure and you need to use a fob to access the complex and all the amenities. As we only had on fob/key this did make it difficult at times. Apart from this our trip went without a hitch.
The whole area is amazing with fantastic restaurants and everything Auckland has to offer is in walking distance.

Great location, clean and comfortable accommodations. Very handy having a Woolies Metro across the street for last minute needs. Easy walk to lots of different restaurant's. Would highly recommend staying here.

The location was spot on for our Auckland stay. Wonderful base in the heart of the City. We enjoyed using the swimming and spa pool every day. Was great to have a parking spot too.

Great location, close to restaurants, harbor, CBD without the noise of the city. Comfortable beds, worked out great for 2 couples. Small request: bath wash provided, but no shelf within shower to place bottle..used floor or had to open shower door to pick up & put down bottle. We live led having the sliding doors open to the balcony. But the metal rolling part of the shades made a clanging sound with the wind, which was annoying. These small items doesn’t change my high recommendation for this property.

Superbe appartement, grand merci à notre hôte Stefan. Tout était facile d’accès que ce soit pour récupérer les clés et pour accéder à l’appartement. Tout était comme sur les photos , accès au différents sortie de la ville super facile avec une voiture et le plus c’est le magasin juste en bas de l’immeuble. Nous manquerons pas de réserver cette appartement pour notre prochain voyage à Auckland. Merci Stefan pour tout.

Stefan super hôte, très réactif au message. L’appartement très bien situé avec un magasin Woolworths a 1min à pied.
Avec notre voiture de location le garage était super pratique , les sorties pour rejoindre les « Mall » comme sylvia Park ou Saint Luke très facile d’accès .
Je recommande a 100% cette hôte et ses services qui est Zodiak.

The apartment was exactly as described with the host being super responsive for some minor questions at first check in. If you don't have a car it's a perfect place to stay as everything easy to walk to! The small Woolworths across the road was perfect. The pool and spa were really warm and clean - really couldn't fault this apartment. Will stay again when next in Auckland.

The apartment was the perfect location for our two managers to attend a conference at the ASB Centre on the viaduct. Stefan gave clear instructions to be able to collect the keys and finding the location was also easy. This is the 2nd time we have booked here and is becoming one of our favourite places to stay.

Apartment was nice and clean and had everything we needed as a young family. Location was perfect and added bonus was the heated pool and spa!
Only thing we would ask for would be softer pillows (they were far to high and hard for both the kids and us) and it would have made it perfect.

Le logement est super bien placé dans Auckland, à proximité du port. Tout est faisable à pieds. Il y a un magasin d'alimentation en face de l'entrée de l'immeuble, des restaurants a proximité. L'immeuble est calme, ascenseur pour monter les bagages, la pisicne /jaccuzzi ont fait le bonheur des enfants après une journée de marche. L'appartement est propre, lumineux et bien équipé.
Les hôtes sont très réactifs.
A savoir : la clef est à récupérer dans un autre immeuble à quelques minutes à pieds, ce qui peut être contraignant si vous avez beaucoup de bagages et des enfants en bas âge. Mais c'est assez facile quand c'est anticipé.
Je recommande ce logement !

Amazing location, super responsive host, well appointed accommodations. PARKING INCLUDED!!
Unfortunately, loud neighbours across the courtyard that you can hear very clearly with windows closed. Very strict no smoking rules even on balcony, and the routine problems with managed properties not integrating with AirBnb.
All that, we had a wonderful time, would highly recommend this place and found it a very comfortable and exceptional value.

Excellent apartment in a great location close walkable distance to all the harbour restaurants and ferry’s. The pool and spa area is great with modern and clean change area. There is a supermarket and bottle shop access the road. The apartment was very clean and matched the photos. Host Stefan was very responsive and helpful. Would stay here again.

Great location, a very short walk to lots of cafes, restaurants and bars on the waterfront. A small supermarket just across the road. A really lively area bustling with lots of life but the apartment itself is very quiet, we didn’t hear any street noise.

We had a terrific stay at this property. Great location right down at the harbor and the view of the Skytower doesn’t disappoint- we could see the fireworks on New Years Eve! The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable and has personality. The kitchen is better stocked than the usual place so that helps if you want to cook. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

Place was great for my party of 5. Very spacious. Had all the kitchens items I needed to have a great meal. The Wi-Fi didn’t work the first day I arrived but was quickly rectified by the next day. A lot of restaurants nearby, the fish market, cafes.. all walkable! Great place to stay!

Amazing location and value for price. The bathrooms could have been cleaner and the pool and spa area was closed the whole time which would have been nice to know before as this was a main reason for booking this place. We had issues at checkout time as I received numerous messages and calls to say to leave the property even though we had already left well before check out time. This seemed to be an issue in communication between the cleaning staff and the company that runs the property. I was told we would be charged for an extra night and had to call their office to sort this out which was very frustrating.

Stefand place was in a wonderful location so close to the ferries, great food, and of course the harbor. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools, which we appreciated. The location of the apartment was fantastic…a little quiet as not much activity at night. The pool and sauna were welcome at the end of the day. The place was very clean and Stefan was good with his responses to my questions. The only small matter was that there was no free to air tv (had Netflix) which would have been good after 10 days in Samoa with no real communication from the outside world. Not a deal breaker at all but something to consider for future guests. Overall a great experience and the family enjoyed the stay in Auckland.

Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful apartment. Stefan was really great about responding. I was all over the place as we came to New Zealand for my husband’s 1 year Anniversary of his passing and to bring him home to rest. I don’t see the pre- check in process and once I completed it he was so prompt on getting us in to rest. We really appreciated that. Thanks again for allowing us to stay. Great spot for seeing the city. The location is central and with the car park you can walk everywhere easily. Countdown Metro across the road, or plenty of great eateries close by. Pool and Spa a bonus! Apartment is neat and comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Spacious, modern unit with nice bathrooms and well-equipped kitchen. We were able to prepare meals, do washing and spread out our stuff comfortably. The unit is cosy and quiet yet has handy access to Countdown across the road for grabbing essentials. The perfect spot to base yourself, especially with the parking spot! The Metro supermarket across from the entrance was super handy, as was the short walk to the CBD.
We particularly enjoyed the quiet of the neighbourhood. We didn’t even hear the “hum” of the city which surprised us!
The space is cosy & welcoming.

Great little 2 bedroom spot in a nice quiet complex at Wynyard Quarter. Anna and Dave were easy to communicate with, and checking in was a breeze. This spot was perfect for a quick stay with our three year old and six month old - we'll definitely keep this in the list of places to stay when we're up in Auckland!

This is a lovely apartment. It is very nicely decorated, has great cookbooks to read and is very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the area is surprisingly quiet at night (it was a Sunday night). It was so nice to be able to walk around the marina and go out of dinner and not have to drive anywhere. The gym, pool and sauna are nice too. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend. The apartment is smart, clean and comfy and very quiet. The street it is on is very quiet for the CBD so access is so easy. Great for taxis too. Handy not only to waterfront but also an easy route to the Sky city and Federal street area. The key is a short 2 minute drive away and through quiet side streets. Definitely would stay again.

Lovely location - lovely space.
Great place to walk around and get the feel of the viaduct.
Some noise at night and in the mornings - typical city sounds so no problem at all.
Lovely little balcony and all windows opened to allow a great breeze to come through and cool the place down.

Anna and Dave’s space was very comfortable and in a good location! The apartment had everything we needed and was walking distance to a lot (even though we had a car.. the parking was easy, too). The only less than ideal part was having to get the key from another location (quick drive or short walk).. there was a lot of construction and traffic to get to the key location which caused some frustration. Other than that, everything was wonderful! Dave and Anna responded very quickly and gave us all of the information we needed.

We were so pleased with our stay at Anna’s place. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We appreciated the privacy it offered with two bedrooms and two baths. We cannot say enough about the location! We were within walking distance to the marina, all the best restaurants and shopping as well as some beautiful parks. We slept well at night and had everything we needed in the apartment. The laundry in unit was also a nice touch, especially if you are on an extended holiday. We would absolutely recommend Anna’s place!

Die Unterkunft besitzt zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad.
Ansonsten ist sie mit allem notwendigem ausgestattet: Waschmaschine, Trockner, Wasserkocher, Herd und Ofen, Toaster und Mikrowelle
Geschirr ist etwas knapp bemessenen, eine Kaffeemaschine gab es nicht.
Der zugehörige Parkplatz ist gut zu erreichen, wenn man herausgefunden hat, wo er ist.
Alles in allem würde ich diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Stayed 4 nights at this clean well equipped well located apartment. It was easily spacious enough for 3 adults. The car park was useful and accommodated a large SUV. It was also good to have the pool and jacuzzi. Located next to harborside with restaurants etc. it was quiet at night. Easy to access public transport and supermarkets were in easy walking distance.

Secure parking was great too. Fabulous location and super helpful tips from the hosts about things to see and do, and where to eat. Great playground at Wynyard wharf (jellicoe st ), past all the cool restaurants. We loved climbing the staircase lookout thingo. Very close to viaduct for more great food. We caught the red bus into Queen St for a bit of shopping. A fabulous place to stay!

Very comfortable 2 bedroom in a quiet area near auckland wharf but very close to many great restaurants and cafes.
Note that the rollaway bed for the living room is suited to a child or small adolescent and not a full grown adult.

Anna’s apartment suited our needs very well. We are two couples from Australia who met up in Auckland for a few days before heading out to explore the North Island. The apartment is extremely well situated and we walked to the ferries (for Devonport and Waiheke), the Art Gallery, the Sky Tower and around the wharves and city. Also bought basic provisions from the supermarket and enjoyed meals out too. Beds comfy, showers great and we cooled off in the pool. Grateful for the fans as it was warm during our stay. Thank you, Anna, for your hospitality! Would happily recommend to others.

Anna's place was great. It was as described, clean and tidy. The location is excellent. It's quiet, but it's just a short walk to a fantastic and lively restaurant strip and a stones throw from the harbour. In addition, when we locked ourselves out of the apartment, Anna came to the rescue immediately to help us out at 8:30pm on a Saturday evening. It was excellent service and very much appreciated! Anna’s place is perfectly located for walking to all the downtown attractions but yet it is quiet and peaceful. You can open the balcony and hear birds chirping. The amenities were perfect (although I never quite got the hang of the French Press coffee maker - no problem though, there are several coffee shops just a few blocks away). The place is clean and comfortable. It is a nice feature to have washer and dryer in the unit. I didn’t think I would need that at the beginning of my trip but a spill on my clothes made that feature valuable. If ever in Auckland again, I would not hesitate to book it again.

My friend and I had a nice, quick trip here at Anna’s apartment. It is on the second floor of a condominium building with each room having a window and bathroom. We could see the sky tower. Walking distance to ferry, downtown, lots of restaurants and coffee! We had plans to rent a car even though we didn’t because of time, but the parking spot was a great plus! Would stay again! The Uber fee to and from airport was approx. $55-$60 (30-45 min ride to airport depending on traffic). We arrived on Monday afternoon and left Wednesday morning. We enjoyed the cookies :) she does have a washer and dryer too! There are space heaters and the bathrooms have a towel heater - not sure if that’s standard in NZ but it’s not in the USA! Thank you for allowing us to stay! Hopefully will be back in NZ in the near future! Oh FYI there is a “luggage hotel” near her place if you get in a little before check in like us - they charge you based on the size of your bag and duration. We had a medium and small bag for 4 hours which was $11. Thanks again!!

Anna’s place is great. Easy to find, close to Wynyard Quarter and quick walk across the bridge to the Viaduct and Auckland CBD. Also handy to have a car park as parking in Auckland can be difficult! Beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed! We will be back!

I had a great stay at Anna's place. Everything was as described. The apartment was clean and tidy, and it had everything I needed. I'll stay again next time I visit Auckland.

Check-in was easy and communication was fast. The apartment itself was great and the local area was amazing. It was lacking some amenities like toilet paper and shampoo but there's a convenience store just up the road and an ATM. There were bars and restaurants everywhere. The apartment was also short walking distance from a pharmacy and a liquor store. The swimming pool and sauna were great. The car park was very convenient. You'd need the key fob to get in the car park but there's a sensor inside that automatically opens the gate when your car is close to it.

We had a awesome stay at Anna’s and Rosie’s place. The location was excellent. The apartment had everything we need and a few thoughtful extras like shampoo, washing powder, tea coffee. The check in and out was easy and the host responded quickly to any questions. All in all we loved it and would love to stay again next time we are in Auckland.

Anna/Rosie were very accommodating, with quick responses. We were able to check in early, which was a seamless process. The apartment was just as shown and very enjoyable with a nice breeze once the windows were open. The location was walkable and safe. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Auckland!

Great location. A short walk to the harbour and all the restaurants etc. Nice to stay in a quiet residential building so close to the harbour. Rosie was great about answering any questions we had. Definitely would stay here again!

This place is beautiful. Honestly I couldn't have wished for a better location to explore Auckland.
The apartment is very secure and you need to use a fob to access the complex and all the amenities. As we only had on fob/key this did make it difficult at times. Apart from this our trip went without a hitch.
The whole area is amazing with fantastic restaurants and everything Auckland has to offer is in walking distance.

Anna is a great/fast communicator and easy to deal with.
Great convenient location close walk to cafes/theatres/bars/restaurants and viaduct basin a thriving Auckland location.
The apartment is clean with modern touch’s and practical spaces I would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything you certainly go the extra mile for your guests and we are grateful.

This is a superbly equipped and excellently located property. The place is really modern and stylish. We made use of the parking space too which was very handy. Hope to use this one again!
