Good airbnb overalll - beautiful room + balcony. Very spacious Akthough vew is of other apartments. (which is ok as they are well mainted) Small rooftop garden you can wander round which was nice Excellent accessibility for the Harbour. No parking could be an issue. Beware a late checkout incurs a fee so we didnt use it. A small but annoying issue was the dishwasher didnt work + the host made no comment about this after i messaged them

Great accomodation and looked exactly like the photos, we would definitely stay here again! Perfect location, private, quiet and close walking distance to the city and the wharf. Check in and check out was easy, along with finding the location. Stefan was amazing in accommodating us when it came to our flight being very delayed. We can’t wait to come back!

Very tidy and comfortable. A well-insulated apartment (double glazing etc.) makes a huge difference, and I slept a lot better than I have at other BnB's. Little things like the power strip next to the TV, all add up to making being away from home that little bit easier.

Great studio apartment in a great location. A couple of really minor things would make this place outstanding: a coffee plunger and a couple of hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom. Overall we would highly recommend this accommodation.

With this being my first airbnb accommodation, I was very well pleased of the whole experience - from initial contact with Stefan right through to checking out. Stefan has been very accommodating to say the least. He responds almost immediately to direct messages and offers his service and help so willingly. This proactive approach helped me a lot during the process of looking, checking in, staying at the place and checking out. It was such a great service and stay. The place itself was just as the pictures portrayed and more. It's nice, tidy and cozy. I loved that it was tucked away from the hustle and bustle of CBD. It was clean and well-looked after. I love that there were cleaning appliances and products on-site. Although we did not use the kitchen amenities, it was nice knowing we had it on hand if required. It was such a great experience that I will be sure to come again in future - with or without my boyfriend. What an experience. Thank you Stefan for sharing your place!

Stefan’s was fabulous! It’s a beautiful little studio close to everything. It was quiet and the bed was warm and comfortable. We loved that it had a washing machine and dryer too. Would stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay, very convenient location. Disappointing as upon arrival the apartment wasn’t immaculate, but when we left we were hit with a charge for a stain on the sofa cushion. The stain was so small and hardly noticeable, and could have been on there when we arrived. Please make sure if you are staying here and notice anything amiss upon arrival that you take pictures and report it, not ideal to be doing on a holiday but it eradicates any liability. This experience has put me off using Air BnB again.

It's a great neighbourhood, excellent bus links and easy to walk into the CBD. Some good local cafes and bakeries nearby, and a fabulous Modern Asian, and a Thai restaurant on Jellicoe Street.

Stefan‘s place is situated in a peaceful area but still close to the centre; it was very easy to get around the city :) The kitchen was well-equipped and the bathroom was equipped with soaps & detergent from ecostore, which was a nice surprise. And mostly, the bed was so comfortable to sleep on…was the best out of all the accommodations of this trip! Thank you! would love to stay here again :)

We enjoyed our stay in the Wonderful Wynyard Quarter Studio. Stefan was very communicative and accommodating with our late night checkin. There was convenient parking on the street below as well (not that you need a car to move around with cafes and restaurants a short walk away)

The property was lovely—clean, tidy, and a pleasure to stay at. We really enjoyed our time here. However, we were very disappointed when our car was towed at 2:30 am. Stefan had informed us that there was free overnight parking in the area, but we weren’t aware that the Auckland Marathon was happening, which led to road closures and our car being towed. Unfortunately, Stefan deleted previous messages mentioning the free parking and wasn’t considerate or helpful when we reached out for assistance with the situation. If we had known about the parking restrictions due to the marathon, we would have made other arrangements.

Very good location, close to many restaurants, cafes and the center of Auckland. Supermarket within walking distance. The apartment was immaculately clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We definitely would recommend to friends and family and hope to return soon.

J’ai passé 2 jours au sein du logement de Stéphane, qui est très comode et bien équipé. Malheureusement le pont piéton reliant le quartier à Auckland Waterfront était fermé pour travaux, obligeant à faire un détour pour rejoindre les quartiers plus animés.

Stefan var mycket tillmötesgående och svarade fort vid eventuella frågor. Boendet i sig stämmer överens med bilderna och är beläget i ett mycket trevligt område. Det finns ett utbud av flertal restauranger och det är gångavstånd in till stan. Överlag är jag mycket nöjd med boendet och vi trivdes mycket bra i studion. Det enda negativa var att det inte var riktigt städat vid incheckning. Det kändes som att ingen hade varit där på ett tag, vilket medförde att det var mycket damm i kök och badrum. Det kom mycket damm ut från ventilationen i taket vid köket. Det var även en del smuts i soffan, vilket var en besvikelse. Vi fick därför börja med att dammsuga och städa. Det saknades en del städprodukter, vilket medförde att det var svårt att städa rent på egen hand.

Such a good stay, the location was amazing, such a clean place - super nice! Not massively big but perfect for couples or a single! No parking but parking was so easy, right outside and free after 6pm and Sundays. Think I only paid $6 for my parking the entire time ( we did drive away to do things at points ) the location was very good! Very nice stay 🥰

Excellent location and as per the photos. Clean and new. Stefan’s very responsive. It was ok in March using the table outside but be aware that if you need to work (or want one to eat from one) the only table is outside.

Picking up the keys from a separate location was irritating. This was erased from memory once I arrived to the apartment. Amazing location, the touristic restaurants were good, but the small neighborhood spots tucked into the various condo complexes were really outstanding (and much cheaper). Great location for runners and walkers. Mapping apps do not acknowledge the pedestrian draw bridge, so it’s actually much closer to the core than mapping programs suggest (only .9 km to the maritime museum). The district has increasing numbers of cultural events and small festivals. The Silo Park is very cool.

It's a great place down Wynyard Quarter. The Air BnB management company had good communication. Check and check out were set in stone unless you wanted to pay at least $30 to change these. The apartment had good appliances. There needs to be some maintenance done around marks on the wall and carpet down to threads. There was also a loose/wonky power socket switch. There was also some green around the drain of the sink in the bathroom. An inside dining area would also be useful. Other than these things it is a great place down Wynyard Quarter.

A well presented apartment, in an easily accessible location, supported by excellent communication from the host. Very clean and minimalist interior which makes for a comfortable modern space. Lovely comfortable bed. There's lots of construction going on in the area, so it's very noisy during the day. There is a minimal view from this apartment as it looks directly onto the wall of surrounding units.

Great place. Had everything we needed. Although it lacks a view, the location more than makes up for it. The host was very responsive and because of this i went on to make another booking through them. Checkout out time abit rigid and if you need a later time be prepared to pay for it and let them know in advance due to cleaners.

5 stars all the way! This is the third time I’ve stayed at one of Stefan’s but this was by far the best. High quality building, well cared for and clean and perfect location with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within a few minutes of walking. Had AC, iron, hair dryer and everything else I needed. Best place I’ve stayed at in the area yet. Can’t wait to return.!!

The place was exactly how it was shown in photos. The sound from the bathroom was heard from the living room pretty well even though the door was closed though.

I have booked the studio for my parents in law for a few nights - it was perfect for them. Very central but still relatively easy to access by car for us to pick them up for day trips. Very tidy apartment. Thank you very much!
