Logement idéalement situé avec deux chambres comfortables. Dommage que plusieurs choses soient cassées dans l'appartement (chaises, fermeture du lave-vaisselle, serrure de la porte fenêtre, ventilateur). L'hôte est très reactif, mais bien qu'il ait communiqué nos problèmes à son équipe, ceux-ci n'ont malheureusement pas été résolus lors de notre séjour. Une petite maintenance ne ferait pas de mal. Pourquoi mentionner une piscine dans l'annonce alors qu'elle n'est pas accessible? Dans l'ensemble, je recommande quand même cet endroit, car en dehors des petites réparations nécessaires, nous avons passé un bon séjour.

The best part is that the host always answered all questions very quickly usually within 10min. The room was exactly same as pictures, and quiet and comfortable. We have some convenience stores within a couple min walk, the name of one of which is Just Mart. Disappointing point is that I couldn’t use the dryer. Though I asked host how to use, it didn’t work out. Also be careful with checkout instructions. It is written that we leave the key inside the property, but if we do so, we cannot move the lift without key. You might want to tell the host that you drop the key in key pick up point instead.

Stefan is a great host. Extremely response and helpful. Soon fixed WiFi issue. Good value for the condition of the accommodation and the time we booked - over New Year. Spacious and useful to have washer dryer. Walking distance or short Uber ride to most places in the city centre.

Good place to stay. Especially if you need to be near the Uni. Some appliances needed fixing. Asked for an extra 30mins at checkout but needed to pay over $50 for it and check it was an unflexible 3pm with no place to leave luggage. A little graceful flexibility would have been appreciated. Besides that we liked the size of the apartment and it suited us well. We’d go back.

This apartment is in a fantastic area for accessing the CBD and Spark Arena, which is exactly what we came for. The apartment was easy to find, access and very quiet for a city stay. It was lovely to have a balcony to open up the space and let air and light in. We found the apartment to be cozy and relatively clean. Some basic maintenance is needed, but the value for money is good. Unfortunately we had an issue with the bed opposite the bathroom not being properly assembled (slats fell down multiple times) on arrival. We ended up having to fix it ourselves despite calling the hosts. It ended up being a non-issue but was an inconvenience.

Nice apartment in great location with comfortable beds, nice view, good wifi and was spotlessly clean. However, toilet not flushing so we used pots of water for one night and then contacted AirBnB for a refund and to cancel. Stefan tried to get it fixed but it needed spare parts to be obtained so wasn’t going to be fixed during our stay. AirBnB support were really helpful Milk, tea and coffee provided but the coffee is sachets of instant coffee. Bring your own plunger ground if you like coffee. There are plungers to use. Note that the swimming pool is not available for short term stays - this is noted in the small print but the unit is listed as having a pool.

Was an awesome location to stay and beds were very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. The only thing was the requirement of getting rid of rubbish, we tried all 3 basement levels and couldn’t find the bins sorry.

The room was clean and nice, I felt it was worth the money I spent. However, I found that in the bedroom opposite the bathroom, the bed in that bedroom was not sturdy. When I lay down to sleep, I felt the mattress sinking deeply, making me uncomfortable and having trouble sleeping. Otherwise, everything was great. If I have the chance to return to Auckland, I will choose this place to stay.

Stefan's place was perfect for my wife and I to visit New Zealand during our June 2024 visit. Our son was finishing his semester abroad at Univ of Auckland, and his dorm was just across the street. Very close to campus, walking distance to Sky Tower, harbor, lots good resturants, and things to do. Stefan and the Zodiak team are very responsive to questions; and are very helpful - 5 stars for service! Check-in was straight-forward but the instructions did not mention where to find the RFID pad to open the front door to the apartment bldg - it's out of sight on the right side of the entrance. The property is a great value, spacious for the price, *but basic maintenance is needed* - window shade torn and falling; carpet is thin and has holes and stains; dishwasher door won't latch; missing ceiling light cover; kitchen chairs unstable; patio door difficult to open. Great place to stay, but only 4 stars - check first if maintaince/renovations have been done.

The Airbnb itself was great, nice and clean had all you needed. But there is no access for Airbnb stayers to the pools or gym, which is not noted. Also it’s just ordinary tv which isn’t a biggy, otherwise everything was great.

Was a nice stay. It could do with a few things done maintenance wise. Window handle was broken so couldn’t close it correctly. Carpet had stains and was ripped in places. Location was great. It was a bit strange having the lockbox a 20 minute walk from the accomodation. Good communication from host

Great place with a great view! Wonderful place to stay, close to Auckland University and bus stops within 5 minutes of walking. Convenience stores really close and a supermarket within twenty minutes (visible from the balcony too!)

We stayed here for about a month as we were finding somewhere more permanent. Check in was a smooth process and we had no real issues during the stay. The flat is quite large compared to others we saw which was helpful. The space was a bit dated and untidy (holes in carpet, stains on floor and pillows) but that’s what you get from regular rentals. We had a few communication issues through Zodiak Apartments but speaking to Stefan through Air Bnb he was very quick to respond. Good location for city centre but could be very noisy (building works / night life). All in all suited us for the stay.

We had a pleasant stay for 14 days . Only issue during checkin was that we had to take keys from some other location which was approx a km away from this building, Otherwise overall the communication was really smooth and resolution to all our issues like wifi , TV remote battery was very prompt. Apartment is at a really nice location and was definitely value for money , although it can be a bit more cleanly maintained . I would definitely recommend this place. :)
