This beautiful Viaduct Harbour apartment by Zodiak Stays offers a peaceful night's sleep in a quiet cul-de-sac within Auckland CBD. Enjoy stunning views of the Sky Tower from the private balcony. Explore nearby city amenities, restaurants, bars, and the ferry terminal within walking distance. Free WiFi and Sky TV are provided for guests' convenience.

The space
Welcome to this our amazing one bedroom apartment on the Viaduct! You can't find a better location than this, and you will have all the city amenities within a short walk from the apartment. The apartment is 86 meters squared, and is located in a gated building complex so security is excellent. Plus, you will have free parking with the apartment in the on-site parking garage.

Here at Zodiak Stays , we have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible:

- Free parking in secure garage inside building

The bedroom features a lovely Queen sized bed, and has an en-suite bathroom and sliding doors opening onto the balcony. The balcony has sliding panels that can be closed for privacy.

The main room of the apartment has a fully functional kitchen with oven, microwave, and dish washer. The living area has a sofa, TV with SKY, and a dining table with four chairs. The living area also opens us with large French sliding doors, and has a door to the balcony bedroom.

There is a washing machine and dryer tucked away in the laundry as well, and there is a second powder room. The main bathroom (attached to the bedroom) has a large bath as well as a separate shower.

Please note that a refundable security deposit (authorised and held by your card provider, not charged to us) is required as part of the booking process.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire apartment and the garage for the free parking.

Interaction
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Other Things To Note
Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Key Pick-Up: The key will need to be picked up from a secure location in the Viaduct (16 Market Place), which is just 1 minute down the road from the apartment building. They provide 24/7 access to keys via lockboxes. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking. They also have free WiFi access at Keyp-It in case you need the internet to contact us. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.

Parking: There is a free secure carpark in the building allocated to this apartment.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the apartment for a $85 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Housekeeping: We can arrange extra weekly housekeeping during your stay if requested for the same price as the cleaning fee listed per clean. Stays longer than 21 days will be required to have a mid-stay clean at your expense. Please just send us a message if you need extra cleaning as we will need to organise this with the cleaning company we use.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay (2x shampoo, 2x bodywash, 4x tea/coffee, 4x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes) but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Nespresso Machine: We don’t provide coffee pods in the unit, but you’re very welcome to bring your own favorites. For your convenience, we’ve provided complimentary instant coffee during your stay

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed apartment by Zodiak Stays so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced apartment. As above, weekly housekeeping can still be arranged as an extra service.

Tolles Apartment! Viel geräumiger als aufgrund d. Fotos vermutet. Große Kleiderschränke. Waschmaschine & Trockner, um auf langer Reise zu waschen. Großes Bad plus kleines, zweites WC. Balkon ideal f. Frühstück. Wohnzimmer ebenfalls für zwei Gäste geräumig, komfortables Sofa & Sessel Die ganze Ausstattung im Apartment vermutlich aus den 1990ern, aber sehr gepflegt. Lage des Apartments super, da am Yachthafen, nur ein paar Schritte in die City, zu Fähren, Shops, Restaurants. Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz (im Mietpreis inkl!) gut für Anreise mit Mietwagen. Der Gebäudekomplex ist gut gesichert, Zutritt nur per Swipe mit Codechip. Hier gab‘S ein kleines Problem beim Checkin, da Funktion des Chip-Toröffners nicht gut erklärt war. Apartment Nr 2L liegt zudem nicht wie beschrieben an ruhiger Pakenham St (Sackgasse), sondern an lauterer Viaduct Harbour Ave (Durchgangsstraße). Dennoch: insgesamt Super Airbnb, wären gerne noch geblieben, buchen wieder, wenn in Auckland. Danke an Stefan von Stephan!

Our stay was amazing. The location was ideal and nearly all of the places we wanted to see were within walking distance. We always felt safe and comfortable inside and around the area. The fans provided were plenty to keep the space cool, and heaters were available in case it got too cold. We would definitely come back to stay here in the future.

Instructions and communication was very clear and detailed just got to read all of them.
We would recommend this place and if the need arises again we would book and stay again

Great location, lovely sized apartment that was well equipped and clean. Love the ecostore products throughout. The bed was very hard. It could really do with a mattress topper then it would be great. The pillows on the bed weren't great either, no support.

Beautiful city appartment with stunning veiws

Perfect getaway for my partner and I on our 3 year Anniversary. Perfect location for Restaurants, transport, and stunning veiws from the apartment. Having a free, lock- up garage was a massive bonus for us. The shower was great and the bath tub was amazing and relaxing. The bedroom was tidy and the bed was very comfortable and easy to fall asleep in. The storage for our motorcycle gear and clothes were perfect and the extra clothes hangers come in handy so much for extra clothing. The kitchen and laundry was perfect, and well equipped with everything you'll need in a kitchen and laundry. The outdoor balcony was perfect for our sunrise breakfast and sunset dinner. 🙂 Just a perfect spot to soak up the scenery and city veiws while having breakfast, lunch, or dinner! The dining room was lovely and the paintings on the walls were a nice soft elegant touch. Having the sliding doors not only helped keep the apartment nice and cool, but also having fresh air coming through while admiring the veiw from the lounge, made me feel like I was actually outside but from the comfort of the lounge room All up, it was a 10 out of 10 down to the smallest details The drapes in the bedroom need to be washed and dryed properly and not have talcan powder, baby powder on them to dry out moisture. When opening and closing the curtain, it got onto my skin and clothes and was a very unpleasant and embarrassing moment. Thankfully I didn't have a suit on at the time and was easy to wash out of my clothes. There was only 2 towels aswell which 1 more would've been great for my partner and I, as we have long hair. The side door to the balcony was locked and wouldn't open so we had to use the bedroom door to access the balcony. And lastly, having to leave the keys in the room on the kitchen bench made it hard for us to exit as we used the garage space and had to remove our vehicle onto the street, one of us had to keep the side gate open to exit again whilst the other had to run the key back upstairs. Just a couple of small things that were an inconvenience, and can be worked on for our next stay and future guest's 🙂 Other than that, this place still deserves a 10/10 😉

Stefan’s place is exactly as advertised and is located in a very nice area near the wharf. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and a Woolies metro which was convenient as we purchased groceries and cooked meals. The unit had a proper kitchen with all cooking facilities and utensils . The unit also had a washing machine and dryer which was very handy after 2 weeks of travelling overseas. Would highly recommend Stefan’s place and would definitely stay again.

Conveniently located to the Central Business District this unit has a lovely balcony, a well appointed kitchen, a soaker tub and plenty of space. The underground parking stall was also secure and well lit. This unit would be an excellent rental for a professional or couple visiting Auckland. Great restaurants and tourist spots are an easy walk away.

The location was awesome! It is super easy to get onto the motor way if you need to drive to places but also so central for walking around the CBD. There were two sets of keys which is great! I have stayed in places where they only give you one key and my partner and I go for work and we need to do different things so only having one key is a pain. The place had a bath which was awesome and it was a really good sized apartment.

Location

Spacious apartments located close walking distance to harbour’s restaurants and a grocery shop. Just like in the pictures shown. Great to have free parking, the laundry facilities in the unit were excellent. Pre-arrival and check out instructions were clear. We had to collect the key from a different location but it was only a short distance to the apartment. Loads of cupboards in the bedroom with hanging. The bed was firm so may not suit all. The apartment is in a locked complex which requires a fob to get in and out. So you need two people to carry out the check out instructions, one to hold gate open while other returns the key to apartment. The bathroom needs a deep clean to remove mould from grout. There are a few maintenance matters - not all power points in kitchen were working. Body corporate need to have timber on railings sanded and oiled as they are splitting. The lift was working but very slow.

The space was lovely, clean, very walkable. Great restaurants and views nearby. The FOB/key into the building was very inconsistent and I'd be standing outside for a while trying it, dryer didn't work, the tv was missing channels, and no coffee.

Hidden away like some Harry Potter secret chamber NYC minimalism style apartment?!?!? Totally Amazing!!! also the bath tub was worth it. Literally soaked my stress away hahaha. My friend and I truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place, I’ll definitely come back again! Stefan was very proactive with communication and helpful too if needed. Everything was as described. Was an excellent location, everything we needed. However the downfall was the extractor fans were noisy and couldnt be turned off anywhere. Other than that, was great. Stefans apartment is a great place to stay in Auckland. We stayed four nights and even though the apartment was fully kitted out for cooking with a proper kitchen and plenty of cooking equipment we didn’t actually get around to preparing a meal as there are so many excellent eateries and bars to choose from. All within walking distance. The neighbourhood is quiet, though you can hear passing traffic it does quieten down at night. The apartment is very comfortable, roomy and clean. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to visit Auckland and be in walking distance of the city, waterfront and access to public transport. Thanks Stefan for a great stay.

More of a corporate feel but everything worked well and the apartment is large enough to feel homey. Great communication and clear instructions for self check-in and out were appreciated. There is no aircon, but a balcony accessible from lounge and bedroom provides fresh air, with oil heaters if required. The second bathroom/powder room is a real bonus. Great facility, well placed for restaurants and downtown access.

We had a grand time staying at this lovely apartment. Literally by the waterfront and the area it is situated in is probably one of the most peaceful in the busy Auckland cbd. The apartment had everything we needed and is tastefully decorated. The little balcony area was a treat while having my morning coffee. No problems with check in as long as you read the details carefully and checkout was a breeze. Communication was easy and straightforward. I am happy to recommend this place to anyone!

This apartment was really great. Fantastic location and having a car park available is an added bonus. Everything you need is available however more towels and basic essentials would make this place super-duper.
Checking in isn’t complicated and Stefan was readily available to answer my questions when required.
The area is relatively quiet given the location and the complex itself was extremely quiet.
I wouldn’t hesitate staying again.

This is a very clean and spacious apartment with everything you need right at your fingertips and with a homey feel about it the kitchen is a good size and the his and her bathroom basins are really nice and a great location you don't have to deal with parking in the city. I highly recommend this apartment.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The place is absolutely huge, the biggest Airbnb I’ve ever had and has all the amenities you could wish for. Although Auckland is not a particularly exciting or pretty city, this apartment is well placed in the harbour area for the night life it has to offer. It was also great to get a free, secure car parking space.

Stefan’s place is absolutely amazing. The location right on the side of the viaduct harbor makes it a great location. Not far from great bars, restaurants, sky city, convenient stores and grocery. The apartment itself is very good looking. Very beautifully done touches through out and a kitchen that will inspire you to whip something up using NZ locally found ingredients! Private garage is a major plus. Extremely easy access to your ride down the elevator and into the what we called the bat cave. View from porches are amazing. To the left is the beautiful Sky Tower and to the right are the yachts in the harbor. We couldn’t find anything to complain about at all.

开始有点小不愉快，因为提前把东西放在房间里到三点入住时候发现少了一袋东西，Stefan核实情况跟我沟通。应该是清洁工人当垃圾丢了。后来房东赔了我钱。房子位置很好，走到昆街要10分钟左右。周边酒吧很多离港口很近出海方便。设施齐全，但是没有抽纸，盐我来的时候就没有了一直沟通拿来。结果到走也没有。整体不错。

Located in the Viaduct Harbour in downtown Auckland this is the perfect spot to either relax or get out and about amongst the vibe. Within walking distance (or public transport) to absolutely everything, we only took the car out once. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and quiet considering the location.

We loved our stay at Stefan’s. The location couldn’t have been more perfectly downtown, right next to the wharf with lovely boats and the building itself was quite beautiful, with a living green garden in the stairway. Thanks for hosting us!

Stefan's apartment is spacious and in a great location, handy to both the Viaduct and Wynyard Quarter. The apartment was secure, furnished to a high standard and had everything we needed. One minor thing to note is the unit is south facing, so it does not receive much natural light. Not an issue if you're out and about, but might be a consideration if you're spending a lot of time there during the day. Overall we would highly recommend this stay.

The appartment was outstanding in every way. Close to the city, vibrant cafes, restaurants and entertainment, and to the harbour. The free car space under the building located in a secure garage was important as we kept our foldable bikes in the boot. Nice views from the second level including the sky tower. The appartment is great for a couple and has all the facilities that you need. We would definitely return.
