Viaduct Harbour Views w Free Parking Zodiak Stays

We found it very noisy until 2 to 3am Friday and Saturday nights due to the bar/restaurant in the square the apartment overlooks. We had a few issues with the aircon which was eventually sorted. Suggestion: There needs to be a comprehensive printed manual for the apartment.

Was worth the find and spend at the last minute. We enjoyed the apartment and it’s actually bigger than the photos show. Which is great. Everything was easy to follow and it made our weekend better. And the car park that comes with the apartment is a huge bonus for in town.

Stefan’s place was in the heart of the Viaduct -amazing to watch and listen from the balcony. The lights and harbour view were great and we could access the wonderful lively area that was right there. The fittings in the room were a bit tired but overall a pleasant place to chill out and relax. Highly recommend if you want to stay in the middle of the action.

please is very dated and not very sound proof. smaller then expected. 4 adults is a squeeze. bed is comfy and clean sheets. shower is good

Great location right in the heart of the viaduct with a beautiful outlook. If you’re after a fun, late social weekend, this is the perfect place. If you’re after a quiet peaceful weekend, this isn’t the location given the proximity to the bars downstairs. One is open to 3.30am on Friday and Saturdays, midnight the other nights so the front room won’t get any peace.

As two 70 yr old great friends we had a wknd away to see Bansky Expo & wanted to experience The Viaduct some parts of the stay were abit difficult for us but Stefans response was quick & polite will be back again great find with free garage 👍

We really appreciated how convenient the location of the accommodation was, and having free parking included was a big bonus. We hadn’t expected it to be quite so noisy, given the bars on the ground floor, but the provided earplugs came in handy (I ended up using them one night). It was also great to find laundry powder available, which was super useful during our stay.

The flat is located at the center of Viaduct Harbour, making it convenient to explore the city. At night it can get a bit loud, particularly during weekends, but the host provided us with earplugs so we can sleep better. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and the kitchen had everything you need. One thing that can be improve is the sofa, which needs a refresh. Overall it was good value for what we paid.

What a fantastic location! Right in the heart of the vibrant Viaduct centre. Easy walk to the Sky Tower. Gorgeous views. Everything you could want for a weekend visit to the city. It is super close to the busy bars and restaurants which could be a problem if you are a light sleeper. Luckily I went with teenagers so they sleep through anything! The written instructions are very good - if you read them! There are some seperate parking ones which are very clear …. Unfortunately I read these after phoning the Sebel phone for help - who were also helpful! Showers were powerful, kitchen was clean and functional. Lounge sofa is a tad hard but really , who wants to sit on your butt when you’ve got places to see! Very good value. Would definitely use again. Thank you!

Great and fun place to stay right in the center of all the action. Lots of night life and great restaurants all within walking distance. We did have some problems with the WiFi and fridge but were able to solve.

Un bel appartement, avec une magnifique vue sur le quai. L'appartement était propre et bien privatisé. Cependant, il faudrait penser à faire une autre option pour les heures de check in et check out. Exemple pour les voyageurs qui prennent tard l'avion (exemple à 19h30). Un Check out late à 12h00 ne suffit pas. Sinon à part cela, nous avons passé un super séjour à Auckland.

Place was great especially the location. Instructions to collect the keys and find the car park space was clear. House was nice and clean and beds were comfy. Washer and dryer was handy with enough powder for multiple washes. A few things that could be improved. One, the dining chairs are flimsy and only suitable kids. Two of the chairs felt lopsided and looked like they could break any moment. Secondly, the main shower leaks from the gap on the glass door so best to face the shower head the other way. Another hassle which isn't the owners fault but ruined our stay, was our carpark was taken by another tenant from the building who assumed it was hers as she always parked behind a certain car. She didn't move so we had to find elsewhere to park which wasn't ideal with 3 young kids. I wish the host could've offered an alternative carpark other than Instructions to tell the other car to move or else they would be towed, but we weren't able to relay this message as the lady had left.

One of the 2 toilets was out of order before we used it. host tried but due to new year, no plumber was available. so 4 adults had to share one toilet which was very inconvenient. otherwise, the room and facilities was great.

The location of the property is good and lively. It is close to the CBD. But unfortunately, there are fundamental defects in the apartment like flush not working in 1 bathroom, water logging in the main kitchen sink (which takes around 12 hours to drain out), dampness in the carpet which didn’t go away even after staying for 7 days in the apartment. While Stefan and his team are responsive, still the said defects were not rectified. The apartment should have been checked for the said defects and only then advertised on Airbnb. Even when we arrived and pointed out the said defects, it should have been attended to at the earliest. But to our surprise, we were told that the plumber is not available and it may take some time/ days. When we departed, the said defects remained. Finally, I want to thank Stefan and his team for extending our check out by 2 hours at no extra cost.

Nice viaduct location although nearby bars are noisy beyond midnight on Friday and Saturday nights. The apartment was a little smaller than we imagined but it was okay. It could definitely do with a little TLC. Overall it was good value for what we paid.

Great location and apartment- very clean. We had an issue getting into the apartment with the lock - although Stefan was very quick to respond and organise this for us and accomodate for our inconvenience. Other than that the communication and property,stay was fantastic thank you would definitely return. Big bonus having a car park too.

Fantastic location and the on site parking is a real plus! Stefan’s instructions were clear, he was also friendly and incredibly responsive. The place was clean, the linens and towels lovely and beds comfortable. The only let down with this apartment is the kitchen, bathrooms and sofa. They’re functional but all in need of a refresh. This was a great place in the lively viaduct with views of people, marina boats, and the bay bridge. Fabulous restaurants & bars are downstairs and within a couple minutes walk. With that, there is definitely noise from the nightlife. I personally liked the energy of music and people noise; use earplugs if you think that would bother you. Walkable to many things including the maritime museum, Queen street, cathedral, etc. It is a nice bonus that parking is included in the secure basement garage. It was a little tricky to find the sensor to open the carpark gate, it is 1/2 down the ramp. I’m sure Stefan will be adding a photo or two so it’s easy for future guests to find (we were one of the first visitors). The pictures are exactly as the place looks; it was great for our party of 3. There was a strong smell coming from the master bathroom drain, that should be fixed prior to booking. But assuming the drain gets fixed, I’d definitely stay again at this lovely small apartment!

Great location and a nice view but given only 2 floors above bars and restaurants it was noisy until 3am both nights. We stayed Saturday and Sunday evening. Good size 2 bedroom apartment with everything you need. A few things that need fixing, smell of mould from the bathroom, broken coffee table and the air con control unit falling off the wall. Carpark was very handy and a decent size. Slightly improved instructions on how to find it, and the entry would be great. Stefan was great. Will try another of his properties next time.

Amazing location and the parking was a great feature. The front bedroom was a bit noisy due to the proximity to the local restaurants but was fine with headphones. Perfect place for a CBD getaway

I stayed with my family. The apartment is great in a really convenient location. However please be aware the apartment is above the Headquarters bar that pumps music until 2:30am. It is impossible to sleep prior to the bar closing. There are no double glazed windows either to mute the noise.

The location was perfect. It was on the harbor, and close to all restaurants and activities. But, it was on top of a bar, that played music (and DJ on Friday/Saturday) every night. Friday and Saturday was like we were in the bar till they stopped before 3AM. We were unable to sleep until 2 - 3 AM. The back bedroom was OK, but the bedroom facing the harbor was loud.

Stayed here as group of three, overall apartment had a great location and the free parking spot in the garage was a bonus with our rental car. We stayed through the weekend and for us the large negative was the bar down below the unit in the courtyard which was blasting music through 3am on Saturday night. They do provide earplugs but these do nothing to dampen the sound and the only place with less noise is the back bedroom. Overall if you’re here on a weekday it should be fine as we didn’t have problems on our other nights as it quieted down before 11pm just a heads up if you happen to be there on Sat night. Host was very communicative and helpful with questions we had.
