Great location, well stocked and clean. We messed up and parked before getting the key fobs. Be sure to contact Kush before you park or you won’t be able to get into the garage or worse if you get in through an open gate you won’t be able to get out!

Stefan’s place was very nice, clean and centrally located to anything you need from dining and activities. Throughout the process Stefan was very communitive and responsive quickly with any questions. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Everything functioned in the apartment and we had no issues at all. I strongly would recommend Stefan’s apartment.

The apartment is located centrally in Aotea Centre and it was lovely, and modern as well as pristine and clean, with a well equipped kitchen. Communication was great and helpful. We had one minor issue with the air con remote not working, which was addressed super quick! We had a cosy stay. Thank you for hosting us.

Unfortunately, I had to wait over an hour for the person to meet me and the mobile number I was given was not an allocated number. Communication with the after hours service was appalling. When the guy turned up, he was very nice and hospitable and apologetic for the wait time which I believe was not his fault. Would be helpful for future quests to be given floor that the pool, gym and rubbish collection were on. Very clean and tidy - good value for money, and I was offered a late check out as compensation for the late check in.

Spacious apartment. Great linens and comfy beds. Bathrooms were spacious and clean, lots of towels were provided. The place was so close to so many restaurants and sights. We would definitely stay again. Even if it was in the CBD it was quiet and private - there was a lap pool and lounge and gym as well. Host was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

The property was pristine and very comfortable! This was the first AirBnB where I had to check-in with a host representative (vs self check-in). I prefer the convenience of self check-in, but the added step did not cause any hiccups to our plans. The property was in a great spot, centrally located to many Auckland activities! Loved Stefan’s place. Parking a huge plus in the city. Parking garage and apartment very secure. We utilized the swimming pool. Apartment was very spacious, beds were comfy (even the convertable couch/bed). Walking distance to great restaurants (like Tony’s Steakhouse) and Sky City (Sky Tower, casino, and All Blacks Experience).

Fantastic place / modern, bright, amazing views of the city and maybe the best bed i’ve ever slept in! For our first time in Aukland, the location couldn’t have been better - right in the midst of the theatre/arts district - so many great restaurants, pubs and cafe’s within a short walk from the apartment and a beautiful green space adjacent to the building. Stefan was a fabulous host. He responded to all our questions within minutes. I would most certainly stay there again if we ever return to Aukland. Thanks for everything Stefan!

Un super appartement très moderne et à 50 mètres de Queenstreet ! Ultra sécurisé ! Avec parking privé ! 20/20 pratiquement impossible de faire mieux, nous avons adoré notre séjour ! Stefan est ultra réactif du début du séjour jusqu’à la fin. Merci pour tout .

Emplacement idéal. Appartement très bien équipé et très propre. Logement au top. Même si la société qui gère le bien pour le compte du propriétaire est très réactive nous n'avons pas particulièrement aimé la rigidité sur l'heure d'arrivée (nous avons appris le matin que notre vol était avancé, nous devions donc déjeuner après le vol, malgré le fait d'avoir prévenu le matin la société de notre souhait de faire un checkin 1h plus tôt l'après-midi, cela n'a pas été possible), ou le fait de d'avoir passer par une autre plate-forme que Airbnb pour procéder au checkin. A part ça, tout était parfait.

Had a great stay at Stefan's apartment in Auckland. Spacious apartment within walking distance of most city hotspots, and great to have the parking as well. Kids loved the well equipped games room downstairs. Good communication from hosts, and very helpful representative met us at property, got us into car park and upstairs to our room. Overall a very good experience, great base in Auckland city, very happy to recommend.

Lovely apartment complex in a historic Auckland building. Good value for money. Apartment is upper end of town, when much of the action is downtown but a small gripe. Good service and responsiveness. Check in process was a little complicated, but not onerous. Good gym and pool. All around very happy.

市中心非常完美的地段，公寓非常新，装修很现代化，闹中取静，周边设施齐全，不需要开车完全符合日常出行。房东回复很快，下次来奥克兰还会选择住这。性价比非常高

From the moment we arrived at this charming Airbnb located in the bustling heart of downtown Auckland, we knew we had made the perfect choice. The amenities were nothing short of excellent. We had access to a well-equipped gym, a refreshing lap pool, and the convenience of a secure parking space—a true luxury in the city center. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. We were just a stone’s throw away from Auckland’s vibrant Viaduct, Wynyard Quarter, and Britomart precincts, offering a plethora of dining and shopping options. The proximity to the Sky City Theatre and Spark Arena meant entertainment was always within reach. Our family had a great time and if we ever return to Auckland we will diffently be staying here again.

Booked for a relaxing weekend with group of friends and we absolutely enjoyed our stay and loved it. Place felt new, clean, comfortable furniture and beds. Stefan was very clear with instructions and very responsive to messages. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Quiet and friendly neighbourhood, check in was smooth easy to settle in. Loved the view of the city from the balcony would definitely recommend to fellow friends.

Very pleased with our stay. The apartment was as presented. The location is perfect. Near restaurants, shopping and attractions. Just a few blocks from Sky Tower and the Art Gallery. The apartment was roomy and just as I imagined. Nicely decorated and we felt at home during our stay. It would have been nice to have a Nespresso machine or something similar…however the host did offer instant coffee and tea.

We spent 10 nights in this roomy apartment close to Queen street and a small walk to the harbor. The apartment is located near a community park that can get loud at times with music but it didn't bother us. For some of the time our son and daughter-in-law stayed in the extra bedroom and there was adequate room for all of us. We were pleased that the owner provided adequate soaps and detergents for our stay, although there was only salt and pepper in the kitchen. The kitchen could have used a few more glasses but we made do.A few negatives: the second bedroom was not well ventilated and it got hot at times; they really could use some artwork on the walls (the look of the apartment is kind of stark white walls); and the balcony is not really large enough to sit on (and there were no chairs there).All-in-all, though, we would stay here again if we were to return to Auckland.
