Two of the bedrooms have comfy queen size beds and the third bedroom has 2 singles. All have plenty of closet space for your belongings.

For your convenience, the home offers a washer and dryer, as well as free on-site parking, allowing you to enjoy your stay with ease.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Important: This property is located in a quiet neighbourhood so please respect the neighbours. There are quiet hours from 9pm-9am and NO smoking in or around this property.

*Please note this is a 2 level property.
*The unit next door is also an Airbnb and both places share a balcony but there is a fence in between for privacy.

Parking: There is 1 free carpark at this property.

Key Pickup: The key pickup location is from a secure lockbox located at the property.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $85 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 6 x tea/coffee, 6 x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

We had an incredible 13-day stay at this Airbnb and loved every minute of it. The home was exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully set up — it had everything we could possibly need. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect and added so much convenience to our stay. Private space and neighbours are very friendly. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free stay.

The house looks really new and modern! Check-in and check-out were a breeze since Stefan, our host, was always in touch with us. I didn’t see the stairs coming, but my family doesn’t mind at all and is totally fine with it. We had an awesome time at the apartment!👍

I travel to Auckland for work frequently but this is the first time staying in this place, and I must say what gem it is, beautiful home and amenities, tucked away at the end on street, close to shops and gym with its own parking space. Absolutely loved the place and will be back again.

We enjoyed our stay in this Airbnb. It was clean, cosy and everything was provided (towel, toiletries, cookware, cutleries etc). Parking was five steps from the frontdoor. Auckland central, key Auckland tourist attractions and restaurants were within 30 minutes drive away (even during peak hours). The host was very hospitable and she even baked banana cake for us. Honestly, it was the best banana cake I have ever tasted! Overall, we had an exellent experience and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Very quiet and clean. Beds not as soft as I would like. The bed in the upstairs bedroom needs a topper to make it more comfortable. Plenty of space.
