Welcome to your very own one bedroom apartment by Zodiak Stays on Queen Street, the very heart of Auckland City! You can enjoy a very quiet and comfortable stay in this fully furnished apartment, while enjoying the best Auckland has to offer. We hire the services of a professional cleaning company so our apartment is very well maintained and presented. Thanks for dropping by, and we look forward to meeting you at check-in.

The space
Here at Zodiak Stays, we have all the amenities and facilities a weary travel could possibly need:
- Fibre WiFi - Super fast, unlimited & free!
- Coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper
- Shampoo, body wash and conditioner
- Giant Super-King bed, swimming pool and gym

The bedroom has a Super-King bed, wardrobe, flat screen TV, desk and an en suite bathroom.

The main room of the apartment has a fully functional kitchen with oven, microwave, and dish washer. There is also a washing machine and dryer tucked away in a cupboard in the kitchen. The living area has a sofa, two armchairs, a flat screen TV with Sky, and a dining table with two chairs.

There is valet parking at the apartment building for $40 per day, or you could use the AT parking at 50 Victoria Street East (5 mins walk) for $10 per day during the weekend, and $24 per day during the week.

Please note that a refundable security deposit (authorised and held by your card provider, not charged to us) is required as part of the booking process.

Guest Access
You can access the entire apartment, as well as the gym and swimming pool in the building.

Interaction
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Facility Access Notice:

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Key Pick-Up: The key will need to be picked up from our Zodiak office in Auckland Central (the full address Level 2, Unit A210/52 Courthouse Lane, Auckland CBD), which is a 4 minute walk or 4 min drive away from the apartment. We provide 24/7 access to keys via lockboxes. This is a different location to the property you’ll be staying at. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking. We also have free WiFi access at our office in case you need the internet to contact us. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.

Parking: We do not have a free carpark for this building but nearby paid parking options are available.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the apartment for a $85 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability

Housekeeping: We can arrange extra weekly housekeeping during your stay if requested for the same price as the cleaning fee listed per clean. Stays longer than 21 days will be required to have a mid-stay clean at your expense. Please just send us a message if you need extra cleaning as we will need to organise this with the cleaning company we use.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay (2x shampoo, 2x bodywash, 4x tea/coffee, 2x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes) but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed apartment by Zodiak Stays so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced apartment. As above, weekly housekeeping can still be arranged as an extra service.

Cozy apartment in the shadow of the Sky Tower!
Pros
- Excellent location.
- Fast WiFi. Hot showers.
- Ultra comfortable bed and linens.
- Responsive and helpful host.
- Despite being in the CBD, it was very quiet at night!
Cons
- Need to pick up key from a different location - just 5 minute walk away - but still a hassle if you have more luggage, little kids, etc.
- Centralized AC that does not cool as quickly and efficiently as a regular AC. Might not matter for most people but I like it really cold!
Overall - strongly recommend!

The space was perfect for what I needed and I thought it was a great value. It was a perfect location - very central right off Queen Street, yet quiet. I didnt realize the apartment was in the Adina hotel, so I walked past the entrance. My only small feedback would be I just needed a little extra toilet paper since I was staying for 12 nights and there was a hard water marks on the shower door. Not a huge deal at all, as I found this to be a very homey place and was very comfortable.

5 stars to the location, responsiveness and the hotel that hosts the property.
Djordje works for a Property Management Service, Zodiak which represents owners, so this is less about Djordje and more about Zodiak. Upon Saturday arrival, learned there was a leak from the toilet which left a pool of water in the bathroom. Contacted Djordje, who was quite responsive and promised a timely resolution. Was 5 days later on Wednesday a timely resolution? I chalked it up to an act of God until I read the reviews from the 2 previous users both mentioning the leak. This was disappointing knowing that Zodiak was aware of the issue, but failed to address it.
The property is worn and needs a general refresh and update. The bedroom chair was broken and unusable, the curtains old and unable to stay closed and the shower cramped to the point where you have to press yourself against the wall to enter and exit the glass door that never really shuts completely (not the cause of the water pooling).

I am satisfied with this inn. It is conveniently located, the rooms are clean, and the staff are attentive. When I first arrived at my room, the cleaning staff had flooded the bathroom floor, and the fan was not working, but they kindly notified me of these issues. It was a very good experience, so I would like to make another reservation next time.

This is a nice rental unit in the central business district. A 10 minute walk to the Harbor, 5 minute walk to the sky tower, and Woolworths for groceries. It was also only a 30 minute walk to Ponsoby. So many restaurants and activities you never need to leave the area and don't need a car. The kitchen is small but efficient. It includes a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The best part however is the king size bed! I definitely would return and stay here again.

the space was much larger than the photos showed which was a pleasant surprise. the kitchen had everything you needed to cook. the bed was comfortable. it's smack bang in the center of the CBD but there's no outside noise. the only issue we had was the sink kept building up with water. we contacted the host and they sent a plumber but the issue continued. so we just left it. would have been good to have a plunger under the sink.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was lovely with a very comfortable massive bed, great bathroom, comfy sofa, a few games (like double) and a great little kitchen/dining area. It felt very spacious and was walking distance to pretty much everything you would want to do in the centre of Auckland.

I spent two months in the property.
The highlight is the location. Right in the middle of Queen Street. Lots of shopping and restaurants.
This property is managed by a professional company. Second time this year I have rented from them and I have nothing but positive experiences with them.
The apartment is in a hotel. This made access safe and easy. Noise levels are very low. Pleasant place to stay.
If you stay in the summer you will appreciate the air conditioning. Many places in Auckland don’t have this feature.
The apartment could use an update. It was clean, but very basic and everything feels worn.
I would absolutely rent this unit again. The price vs quality ratio is solid.

We stayed here for a month and a half to work and explore Auckland, and would highly recommend it for a long stay. The space is bigger than it seems in the photo and the kitchen is suitably equipped. The bed is comfortable and couch/table give you plenty of space to work from home. The property is right on Queen Street the busiest part but we were pleasantly surprised that other than one Friday night, we didn’t hear any noise from the city! It was great to have access to both the gym and the swimming pool and both were very well equipped and rarely busy. You should be aware that there are serious issues with drainage at the property, meaning showers couldn’t be longer than a minute or two before the bottom of the shower flooded. We did contact Djordje (who is part of a company so we had responses from several other people as well) and they said they would send a plumber however this was never arranged. You should also note that the apartment is in a hotel building. The elevators frequently broke down (usually only two out of the four were working, and sometimes only one, and you aren’t allowed to use the stairs except in an emergency) and there were several occasions where it took 20-30 minutes for a free elevator to arrive on our floor, particularly at times when people were checking out of the hotel. This may impact your ability to attend time-sensitive meetings/events. Aside from these two issues, this is a great place for a long term stay in the central city and we would recommend it to everyone.

This apartment was ideal for our stay in Auckland.
We were warmly greeted and communication with the host was great. The entry cards were delivered promptly on our arrival and on a request by us, Stefan, our host, went out of his way to deliver a spare entry card for our use which was very much appreciated.
Check in and check out was very easy.
The apartment was clean and very well presented and offered everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable even down to starter packs of tea, coffee, etc, and bathroom toiletries.
The KS bed was comfortable and the apartment was a good size
The location was brilliant and very convenient - within walking distance to all amenities, good restaurants, pubs, casino and many other Auckland attractions. It was also conveniently placed for the Airport Skybus service.
We recommend this apartment and look forward to staying there on our next visit to Auckland.

The location is the best. Sky bus top is right in front of the door (but hop off only. You need walk 5-10 min to the hop-on stop).
Stefan swiftly respond to the requests.
The room has basically everything you need. But the sunshine is blocked by other buildings hence the room is a bit dark during the day. Some of the kitchenware need to be replaced. The dish washer itself need to be cleaned.

BRILLIANT. Great for professional business travellers (and anyone else who wants complete peace & privacy while central to it all!). Lovely hosts with great communication - total pleasure to deal with and no stress, everything clear (and so prompt! I mainly dealt with Stefan) . DELIGHTED I ended up here after my direct flight back from UK (this was chosen as a work-provided temporary accomodation for 2 weeks). Jet lag recovery was helped by the superbly comfortable bed, great shower and bonus of a good saltwater lap pool (and decent gym machines). Location is superb (you walk out into middle of downtown Queen St), short stroll to all main transport including ferries. So good having fully equipped kitchen (& washer/ drier) and as well as little superette outside, there are two proper supermarkets nearby (1 metro one, further down Q St, and a Countdown on Wellesley close to Q St junction). The Skybus from airport also stops outside the Queen Dt entrance which is big opening between stores, and has a spacious business lobby with sofas etc you can relax in with your luggage if you're early (the actual hotel staff are also really friendly & professional). Lovely place, thanks guys!

Whether you are starting your trip in Auckland or wrapping up your holiday here this place is great. The apartment is perfectly located walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars full of craft brew and the harbour. The apartment it's self was clean and comfortable and our host Stephan was there to great us and showed us around the place and gave us great tips on places to check out. He also had a selection of books and maps to help you travel around the north island for anyone that's starting your trip from Auckland check them out.

Hosts amazingly helpful. The apartment is very central. The apartment is well resourced it has everything you could possibly need. We only stayed 2 nights but it would be a great long stay option as it is very homely for an apartment in the city. Pool and gym use an added bonus. Valet parking at hotel $40 a night, but there's a very handy wilsons carpark cheaper just across the road. We will definitely use this apartment again when we visit Auckland.

I had a very pleasant stay at Djordje's apartment for my first two nights in New Zealand. Djordje was very good at pre-arrival communication and met me down on the street to show me in. As the listing indicates, this is an apartment in a hotel, so it's just what you'd expect from a nice hotel room. (Of course, if you're using AirBnB because you don't like the feel of hotels, then this maybe isn't for you.) The location is excellent: very easy to reach by public transportation and an easy walk to many major sights, including the ferries. Maybe it was just the fact that this was the first place I got real sleep after 24 hours straight of traveling, but the bed felt *wonderful.* I would stay here again if I came back to Auckland.

Cozy apartment in the shadow of the Sky Tower!
Pros
- Excellent location.
- Fast WiFi. Hot showers.
- Ultra comfortable bed and linens.
- Responsive and helpful host.
- Despite being in the CBD, it was very quiet at night!
Cons
- Need to pick up key from a different location - just 5 minute walk away - but still a hassle if you have more luggage, little kids, etc.
- Centralized AC that does not cool as quickly and efficiently as a regular AC. Might not matter for most people but I like it really cold!
Overall - strongly recommend!

The space was perfect for what I needed and I thought it was a great value. It was a perfect location - very central right off Queen Street, yet quiet. I didnt realize the apartment was in the Adina hotel, so I walked past the entrance. My only small feedback would be I just needed a little extra toilet paper since I was staying for 12 nights and there was a hard water marks on the shower door. Not a huge deal at all, as I found this to be a very homey place and was very comfortable.

5 stars to the location, responsiveness and the hotel that hosts the property.
Djordje works for a Property Management Service, Zodiak which represents owners, so this is less about Djordje and more about Zodiak. Upon Saturday arrival, learned there was a leak from the toilet which left a pool of water in the bathroom. Contacted Djordje, who was quite responsive and promised a timely resolution. Was 5 days later on Wednesday a timely resolution? I chalked it up to an act of God until I read the reviews from the 2 previous users both mentioning the leak. This was disappointing knowing that Zodiak was aware of the issue, but failed to address it.
The property is worn and needs a general refresh and update. The bedroom chair was broken and unusable, the curtains old and unable to stay closed and the shower cramped to the point where you have to press yourself against the wall to enter and exit the glass door that never really shuts completely (not the cause of the water pooling).

The highlight is the location. Right in the middle of Queen Street. Lots of shopping and restaurants.
This property is managed by a professional company. Second time this year I have rented from them and I have nothing but positive experiences with them.
The apartment is in a hotel. This made access safe and easy. Noise levels are very low. Pleasant place to stay.
If you stay in the summer you will appreciate the air conditioning. Many places in Auckland don’t have this feature.
The apartment could use an update. It was clean, but very basic and everything feels worn.
I would absolutely rent this unit again. The price vs quality ratio is solid.

We stayed here for a month and a half to work and explore Auckland, and would highly recommend it for a long stay. The space is bigger than it seems in the photo and the kitchen is suitably equipped. The bed is comfortable and couch/table give you plenty of space to work from home. The property is right on Queen Street the busiest part but we were pleasantly surprised that other than one Friday night, we didn’t hear any noise from the city! It was great to have access to both the gym and the swimming pool and both were very well equipped and rarely busy. You should be aware that there are serious issues with drainage at the property, meaning showers couldn’t be longer than a minute or two before the bottom of the shower flooded. We did contact Djordje (who is part of a company so we had responses from several other people as well) and they said they would send a plumber however this was never arranged. You should also note that the apartment is in a hotel building. The elevators frequently broke down (usually only two out of the four were working, and sometimes only one, and you aren’t allowed to use the stairs except in an emergency) and there were several occasions where it took 20-30 minutes for a free elevator to arrive on our floor, particularly at times when people were checking out of the hotel. This may impact your ability to attend time-sensitive meetings/events. Aside from these two issues, this is a great place for a long term stay in the central city and we would recommend it to everyone.

Great location, right in the centre of Queen Street. Close to Britomart, Aotea Square, K Road, Town Hall etc. Great communication and fast responses. Ample of space to cook, eat, sleep and lounge.

This apartment was ideal for our stay in Auckland.
We were warmly greeted and communication with the host was great. The entry cards were delivered promptly on our arrival and on a request by us, Stefan, our host, went out of his way to deliver a spare entry card for our use which was very much appreciated.
Check in and check out was very easy.
The apartment was clean and very well presented and offered everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable even down to starter packs of tea, coffee, etc, and bathroom toiletries.
The KS bed was comfortable and the apartment was a good size
The location was brilliant and very convenient - within walking distance to all amenities, good restaurants, pubs, casino and many other Auckland attractions. It was also conveniently placed for the Airport Skybus service.
We recommend this apartment and look forward to staying there on our next visit to Auckland.

The location is the best. Sky bus top is right in front of the door (but hop off only. You need walk 5-10 min to the hop-on stop).
Stefan swiftly respond to the requests.
The room has basically everything you need. But the sunshine is blocked by other buildings hence the room is a bit dark during the day. Some of the kitchenware need to be replaced. The dish washer itself need to be cleaned.

Honestly the best Airbnb we've stayed in. George and Stefan are top guys, quick responses and just all round awesome. The place was sparkling! So so clean! Perfect location and the comfiest bed. Loved every minute and definitely our go to place in future for Auckland. We wouldn't stay anywhere else!

The location of the apartment is outstanding, right on Queen street and super easy walk to bars and restaurants, Britomart, shopping etc. Stefan was super easy and fast to communicate with and was flexible when we changed our plans at the last minute. Great stay in Auckland!

BRILLIANT. Great for professional business travellers (and anyone else who wants complete peace & privacy while central to it all!). Lovely hosts with great communication - total pleasure to deal with and no stress, everything clear (and so prompt! I mainly dealt with Stefan) . DELIGHTED I ended up here after my direct flight back from UK (this was chosen as a work-provided temporary accomodation for 2 weeks). Jet lag recovery was helped by the superbly comfortable bed, great shower and bonus of a good saltwater lap pool (and decent gym machines). Location is superb (you walk out into middle of downtown Queen St), short stroll to all main transport including ferries. So good having fully equipped kitchen (& washer/ drier) and as well as little superette outside, there are two proper supermarkets nearby (1 metro one, further down Q St, and a Countdown on Wellesley close to Q St junction). The Skybus from airport also stops outside the Queen Dt entrance which is big opening between stores, and has a spacious business lobby with sofas etc you can relax in with your luggage if you're early (the actual hotel staff are also really friendly & professional). Lovely place, thanks guys!

A stunning apartment in a great location.
The apartment is huge and well equipped with everything you need if you want to cook, but surrounded by amazing places to eat you don't need to.
The bed was very comfortable and the apartment really quiet despite being right in the heart of the CBD.
Great shower (very important) and the whole place was spotlessly clean.

Great place to stay. It had everything we needed. If you have a car just be aware that parking at the parking stations is quite expensive. Just note that you have to pay $10 for 5gb of wifi.

Thanks to Stefan/Djordje, I had a wonderful and pleasant stay in the busy city of Auckland NZ. Before booking, I was worried about coordinating access/meeting. However, Stefan was in constant contact ... alleviating all such fears. The 'check-in' was a pleasant experience, and the apartment was clean, well-kept, stylish, modern and comfortable. The central location allowed me to stop in [sometimes] several times a day for convenience sake.

Great little apartment base in Auckland. Close to sky tower, Vulcan Lane, easy walk to the harbour, gallery etc. Bed was super comfy! Also close to conveniences such as car parks (recommend the Victoria St car park) and supermarkets.
Stefan was punctual when checking us in, friendly and polite, and responsive to email.
Had everything we needed, and would stay again.

Whether you are starting your trip in Auckland or wrapping up your holiday here this place is great. The apartment is perfectly located walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars full of craft brew and the harbour. The apartment it's self was clean and comfortable and our host Stephan was there to great us and showed us around the place and gave us great tips on places to check out. He also had a selection of books and maps to help you travel around the north island for anyone that's starting your trip from Auckland check them out.
I would most definitely book this place again!

Hosts amazingly helpful. The apartment is very central. The apartment is well resourced it has everything you could possibly need. We only stayed 2 nights but it would be a great long stay option as it is very homely for an apartment in the city. Pool and gym use an added bonus. Valet parking at hotel $40 a night, but there's a very handy wilsons carpark cheaper just across the road. We will definitely use this apartment again when we visit Auckland.

I had a very pleasant stay at Djordje's apartment for my first two nights in New Zealand. Djordje was very good at pre-arrival communication and met me down on the street to show me in. As the listing indicates, this is an apartment in a hotel, so it's just what you'd expect from a nice hotel room. (Of course, if you're using AirBnB because you don't like the feel of hotels, then this maybe isn't for you.) The location is excellent: very easy to reach by public transportation and an easy walk to many major sights, including the ferries. Maybe it was just the fact that this was the first place I got real sleep after 24 hours straight of traveling, but the bed felt *wonderful.* I would stay here again if I came back to Auckland.

Fantastic place to stay, apartment is very comfortable & centrally located, walking distance from some great restaurants. There is access to a pool & gym in the building, the only thing noticeably missing is wifi in the apartment. Djordje was very amenable & helpful host, and was responsive to texts in a timely fashion.

Djordje text me ahead of time to check what time I could come to get the key and met us promptly outside. He was really friendly and showed us around the apartment, we enjoyed the salt water swimming pool in the building and there is a gym there too! It is in a great location, right on the main street in Auckland, great value and a gorgeous place to stay!

the place was great and perfect location. Djordje was very easy to deal with and even he's quite new to AirBnB and was a misscommunication at last minute, he sort it out in a professional manner. Also he was very kind to check everything was good during our stay.
