Cozy apartment in the shadow of the Sky Tower! Pros - Excellent location. - Fast WiFi. Hot showers. - Ultra comfortable bed and linens. - Responsive and helpful host. - Despite being in the CBD, it was very quiet at night! Cons - Need to pick up key from a different location - just 5 minute walk away - but still a hassle if you have more luggage, little kids, etc. - Centralized AC that does not cool as quickly and efficiently as a regular AC. Might not matter for most people but I like it really cold! Overall - strongly recommend!

The space was perfect for what I needed and I thought it was a great value. It was a perfect location - very central right off Queen Street, yet quiet. I didnt realize the apartment was in the Adina hotel, so I walked past the entrance. My only small feedback would be I just needed a little extra toilet paper since I was staying for 12 nights and there was a hard water marks on the shower door. Not a huge deal at all, as I found this to be a very homey place and was very comfortable.

5 stars to the location, responsiveness and the hotel that hosts the property. Djordje works for a Property Management Service, Zodiak which represents owners, so this is less about Djordje and more about Zodiak. Upon Saturday arrival, learned there was a leak from the toilet which left a pool of water in the bathroom. Contacted Djordje, who was quite responsive and promised a timely resolution. Was 5 days later on Wednesday a timely resolution? I chalked it up to an act of God until I read the reviews from the 2 previous users both mentioning the leak. This was disappointing knowing that Zodiak was aware of the issue, but failed to address it. The property is worn and needs a general refresh and update. The bedroom chair was broken and unusable, the curtains old and unable to stay closed and the shower cramped to the point where you have to press yourself against the wall to enter and exit the glass door that never really shuts completely (not the cause of the water pooling).

I am satisfied with this inn. It is conveniently located, the rooms are clean, and the staff are attentive. When I first arrived at my room, the cleaning staff had flooded the bathroom floor, and the fan was not working, but they kindly notified me of these issues. It was a very good experience, so I would like to make another reservation next time.

The team was very responsive. But the apartment needs maintenance and proper cleaning. There was mould in the shower, and leakage from the toilet. The heater also works on and off. They offered to fix all, but I was staying for a week only, so I declined having people over. I sent photos of the damage as requested upon check-in, and they will get it all repaired for the next guest. Location was great too.

L’appartement est très bien situé, en plein centre-ville et des activités que j’avais à faire. Djordje est très réactif et agréable. L’appartement est très confortable et bien fourni. Le lave-vaisselle, le lave linge, le séchoir etc… le lit est très grand et confortable ! Le seul bémol est qu’on m’a demandé de payer ou une tasse et deux bols cassés alors que je ne me souviens pas l’avoir fait… c’est dommage car le séjour aurait été parfait.

This is a nice rental unit in the central business district. A 10 minute walk to the Harbor, 5 minute walk to the sky tower, and Woolworths for groceries. It was also only a 30 minute walk to Ponsoby. So many restaurants and activities you never need to leave the area and don't need a car. The kitchen is small but efficient. It includes a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The best part however is the king size bed! I definitely would return and stay here again.

It was a wonderful place to stay for our long weekend. The key card location, while different for our previous Airbnb experiences in the world, but once we were in the area of the property, it made sense. Once we checked-in, the property was exactly what we expected and wanted. I appreciated our host checking with us after our arrival and availability throughout our stay.

This place would be perfect if you looking for a hotel-esque experience which is right in the centre. That's because it's in a hotel. The check in felt confusing given you go through a hotel concierge to get to the room but only after having to do a 10 minute walk to get the keys. The room was all okay if hotel-like and we really appreciated the washing machine. The shower was high pressured however, the door didn't close properly and the wood on the outside was coming apart but they were communicative when we raised the issue. Overall, a hotel-like experience without the high price however, this comes with not as high quality of room and a confusing check in experience.

Had a small issue with checking in but that was mainly my booking only a few hours earlier and to be fair the power had gone out in the apartment. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and awesome gym were the standouts. Yes I’d stay again.

the space was much larger than the photos showed which was a pleasant surprise. the kitchen had everything you needed to cook. the bed was comfortable. it's smack bang in the center of the CBD but there's no outside noise. the only issue we had was the sink kept building up with water. we contacted the host and they sent a plumber but the issue continued. so we just left it. would have been good to have a plunger under the sink.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was lovely with a very comfortable massive bed, great bathroom, comfy sofa, a few games (like double) and a great little kitchen/dining area. It felt very spacious and was walking distance to pretty much everything you would want to do in the centre of Auckland.

Nice and clean apartment. Quiet but central location. You have to pay for a slightly earlier check in and late check out which I didn't appreciate after staying for 3 weeks. There's no flexibility unless you pay the fee which is unfortunate.

I spent two months in the property. The highlight is the location. Right in the middle of Queen Street. Lots of shopping and restaurants. This property is managed by a professional company. Second time this year I have rented from them and I have nothing but positive experiences with them. The apartment is in a hotel. This made access safe and easy. Noise levels are very low. Pleasant place to stay. If you stay in the summer you will appreciate the air conditioning. Many places in Auckland don’t have this feature. The apartment could use an update. It was clean, but very basic and everything feels worn. I would absolutely rent this unit again. The price vs quality ratio is solid.

Location was great, but that’s about it. Shower dripped all night. If you are a bigger person, you will not be able to get in to the shower. Shower door opens inwards. Drain in shower filled up really fast, unable to shower for longer than a minute. Room wasn’t very clean, thick dust. Wasn’t very good value for money. Won’t be staying again.

I was disappointed by the cleaning of the apartment especially when I paid 75€ for the cleaning. There was laundry in the washing machine, and powder soap all over it. There was dust in many places which makes me wonder if the cleaners ever clean properly. A plate of the dishwasher was broken which is not a big problem but gives evidence that the apartment was not maintained properly. In addition we couldn’t use the oven which was blocked by the timer. (we didn’t bother to look how to unlock it) and the shower was dripping and thus making noise all night. So yeah, very expensive for the experience but maybe that is how auckland is.

We stayed here for a month and a half to work and explore Auckland, and would highly recommend it for a long stay. The space is bigger than it seems in the photo and the kitchen is suitably equipped. The bed is comfortable and couch/table give you plenty of space to work from home. The property is right on Queen Street the busiest part but we were pleasantly surprised that other than one Friday night, we didn’t hear any noise from the city! It was great to have access to both the gym and the swimming pool and both were very well equipped and rarely busy. You should be aware that there are serious issues with drainage at the property, meaning showers couldn’t be longer than a minute or two before the bottom of the shower flooded. We did contact Djordje (who is part of a company so we had responses from several other people as well) and they said they would send a plumber however this was never arranged. You should also note that the apartment is in a hotel building. The elevators frequently broke down (usually only two out of the four were working, and sometimes only one, and you aren’t allowed to use the stairs except in an emergency) and there were several occasions where it took 20-30 minutes for a free elevator to arrive on our floor, particularly at times when people were checking out of the hotel. This may impact your ability to attend time-sensitive meetings/events. Aside from these two issues, this is a great place for a long term stay in the central city and we would recommend it to everyone.

Freezer didn’t work. Dishwasher didn’t wash properly or dry dishes, insinkerator/waste disposal didn’t work, aircon worked some of the time, wifi cut out every 10minutes for 30 seconds. Air vents are filthy and spills were left on kitchen surfaces. I cancelled my stay and went elsewhere. Unless these issues are fixed, I would not bother booking this place. It’s a very stressful thing to deal with.

Absolut zu empfehlen. Schönes, sauberes Apartment in bester Lage. Super Kommunikation und vor allem sehr flexibel. Hat alles und noch mehr was man fur ein paar Tage braucht. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great location, right in the centre of Queen Street. Close to Britomart, Aotea Square, K Road, Town Hall etc. Great communication and fast responses. Ample of space to cook, eat, sleep and lounge.

Super-central, clean flat with swimming pool and good amenities. Comfy bed. However, the host's 'concierge' check-in system is not fit for purpose. A number of small problems were experienced that could have been prevented by proper preparation by the 'concierge'. There were no dishwasher tablets (although the 'concierge' went to buy some when I pointed that out), the door key card failed as it had not been updated (so I got locked out), the satellite TV was not working (ordinary TV did), the bedroom TV was set to switch on in the middle of the night, and the A/C was very temperamental and occasionally switched to heating instead of cooling. Would I stay again? Perhaps, as the location is excellent. But the host's service level definitely has room for improvement.
