Superb One Bedroom near Britomart by Zodiak Stays

The apartment had a comfortable bed, a great shower, kitchen, TV, washing machine, all as described. The apartment got hot and the two fans provided were worthless to cool it down. We opened the two balcony doors but it was too noisy on the street to leave them open for sleeping. The location was wonderful for getting around to all the attractions,

Ich war für eine Woche in Auckland und habe in der Unterkunft von Stefan übernachtet. Die Wohnung war super und es war alles da was man so braucht. Alles in der Umgebung ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen und der Bahnhof ist auch gleich in der Nähe. Stefan hat innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet und konnte mir gut weiterhelfen. Wenn ich nochmal in Auckland bin würde ich diese Wohnung aufjedenfall wieder buchen.

Apartment was situated close to Britomart and therefore easily accessing the ferries too. It was spacious and had lots of thought out amenities like a first aid kit and plenty of dishes and cutlery so you didn’t need to rinse for dishwasher. Good shower and lovely balcony with harbour views.

Very nice Unit, which we enjoyed immensely. Two items need fixing Plug in Bathroom Hand Basin does not close. Shower Rose, held up with wire as Clamp broken

Great stay, I was there for about 6 weeks and felt right at home. Great location, and it was overall a lovely and comfortable flat. Washer and dryer were a bit finicky but that was really the only issue. Nice restaurants and grocery stores close by, and close to a lot of shopping, walking paths and activities

The flat is nice and clean. The kitchen is very useful, but missing basics like oil. The big balcony was a selling point but it's above a noisy road, so I never used it.

Hallo Ich hatte die Wohnung für knapp 3 Wochen gemietet und es war die beste Entscheidung sich für diese Wohnung entschieden zu haben. Die Wohnung entspricht genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung liegt in der perfekten Gegend wo man alles unmittelbar fussläufig erreichen kann Britomart Viadukt etc .. ansonsten ist direkt vor der Haustür eine Bushaltestelle. Check in/out hat auch alles reibungslos geklappt. Vormittags hat man die Sonne auf dem Balkon wo man auch schön verweilen kann und den Blick auf den Hafen genießen kann Stefan hat immer sehr schnell und hilfsbereit geholfen Bzw geantwortet. Ich kann die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen Danke Stefan!!

we stayed two months in the apartment. the apartment is located in a very strategis area. You can walk to downtown, viaduct, the very beautiful Albert Park etc. There are many choice of restaurants and near a big super market. the unit is very cozy and the bed is comfortable. there is a small donuts shop nearby, it's so yummy and highly recommended. the check in and check out procedure is easy. Stefan was very helpful and very profesional. I highly recommend this apartment and surely will be stay here again in the future. thank you

Great location with easy access to transportation. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen. There was a problem with the WIFI but it was resolved the next day. However, the shower handle was broken and it took 3 days to resolve. The first day was a Sunday so we didn't expect someone to come over. The second day we were given a 7pm appointment which we declined. The 3rd day we got a 4pm appointment and it was fixed in 20 minutes. We had to tie it up with string in the meantime. My impression was that our host referred the problem to another company to handle. There was no follow-up from our host. The sofa had stains and some of the dishes were dirty. All of this does not take away from the great location. Just know that the apartment could use some attention to detail.

Staying with Zodiak apartments has always been easy. Great communication and fantastic apartments. Our apartment was a tad cold, didn’t expect that for Auckland especially coming from the Naki, they dropped off another heater for us which was superb!

Stefan's place was located strategically. You can take a short walk to the CBD, and there bus stops around the street. The apartment is quite small, but cozy for the two of us. I love that the cookware is complete since we're staying for a couple of weeks, but some of them were not washed thoroughly. Everything's great except for the lack of heater (Auckland's weather was crazy!) and both the dryer and washing machine was a bit dirty. Would recommend and stay again. Thanks Stefan!

Had a great stay. The apartment is exactly as listed. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Having laundry in the apartment was very nice. Many locations are within walking distance, and busses stop in front of the door.

We really enjoyed our stay! The communication was excellent, clear, and timely. The apartment is a perfect size for two people. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bath. The bed was comfy, and we loved the big, bright windows (with roll-down dark blinds for sleeping). In addition, the building was tranquil and easy to come and go. There are coffee shops, restaurants, and a grocery store within a short walking distance.

The place was exactly as advertised - clean, comfortable and well located, a great place to stay! Stefan was also a great host - there was an issue with the wifi and, once it became clear it could not be fixed over the phone, he quickly came and fixed the problem.
