booked this place last minute (10pm) after a dirty airbnb and the host was communicative throughout our stay, the location was great and the apartment was lovely, would definitely stay again

Für 7 Wochen war ich in dieser Wohnung und für das Gesamterlebnis würde ich definitiv 5 Sterne vergeben! Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig (nur die Heisswasserleitung quietscht). Die Aussicht vom Balkon hat mir sehr gefallen, besonders bei Nacht. Albert Park, Bibliothek und Supermärkte sind bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host beziehungsweise dessen Team hat gut funktioniert und sie waren sehr freundlich. Wichtig zu wissen ist noch, dass es keine Heizung hat! Es hat dafür einen tragbaren Heizkörper. Für mich im September hat der völlig gereicht, aber am Morgen war es jeweils etwas kühl (weil ich das Gerät nicht in der Nacht laufen liess). Das muss man sich bewusst sein. Aber insgesamt kann ich diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen! Vielen Dank an Stefan und sein Team<3

I stayed here for 11 nights and really enjoyed my time. Stefan was an excellent host – very clear with instructions and always quick to respond, which made everything hassle-free. The place was clean, nice, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a longer stay. It felt welcoming and well-kept, which made it easy to settle in. I would happily recommend Stefan’s place to anyone visiting.

Loved my stay at Stefan’s place. Beautiful apartment in a gorgeous setting. Stefan communicated clearly and included an app for local recommendations. Building felt safe and was easily accessible to everything I needed for my week in Auckland. Definitely recommend.

I enjoyed my 11 day stay overall, appreciating the stylish & chic apartment & location. The layout & design of the small space impressed me. I would have rated it 5 stars if not for some significant issues: I found a big clump of black hairs wedged between the headboard corner & wall, which was unsettling. Additionally, a blocked shower drain ruined my Saturday plans, prevented me from attending prepaid events @ writers' festival & dining out with friends. I couldn't use the shower in the morning & contacted Stefan immediately. I spent my entire day communicating with him, the cleaners & the plumber, who arrived at 9 PM after being contacted at 5:30 PM. This was highly frustrating & stressful. A thorough maintenance & cleaning inspection should be conducted between guests & management shd have necessary drain maintenance items on hand to avoid such inconveniences. Despite these issues, I trust Stefan has taken my feedback into account & my next stay will be worthy of a 5 star rating👌

Amazing place, felt right at home. plin the heart of city and walkable distance to most locations sky tower, universities, supermarket and even bus stop. Loved it!

The location was excellent and close to restaurants and transportation. Centrally located, very secure and easy to get around. The unit is a studio and ideal for one person, two is a squeeze. The balcony was great. Well equipped with everything that was required. There's no climate control and only a fan and an open balcony door if the unit gets hot. Even though the weather cools down in the evening, there is a lot of noise when leaving the balcony door open so a cooling unit in the summer would be useful.

I've been staying in this Airbnb for 3 weeks and loved it. The location is great. Sometimes, especially on weekends, you can hear people in the bars outside but I didn't mind that. The appartment was clean and had everything I needed. I couldn't find the drying rack below the bed but since I did not need it, I did not contact Stefan. The appartment can get hot in summer but there's a fan, which I appreciated. The only thing I missed was a big mirror but I got used to not having one. Stefan's and his team were all very responsive and helpful. Would recommend booking with them and also can't recommend this appartment enough.

This 'Zodiak' managed Airbnb is centrally located in Auckland and provides easy access to many of the city's major attractions. The apartment was clean, had all you need for a comfortable stay and had a view of the Auckland Sky Tower. A bonus was a balcony but Auckland is noisey, especially at night. It has a comfortable bed but we found the apartment rather stuffy and very warm at night. A fan would be a great addition. Overall, the apartment suited our needs.

Great apartment, super convenient location and city view from the balcony. The only downside is that the apartment was quite hot on a hot day, with no aircon to help cool it down. I was able to improve things by keeping the curtains closed through the day and the doors open to let air circulate through as much as I could.

위치가 워낙 좋아 오클랜드 퀸스트리트 주변은 어디든 도보이동이 가능합니다 걷기를 좋아한다면 뉴마켓이나 파넬까지도 걸어갈수 있어요 저희는 머무는 동안 짐에서 운동도 하고 좋았습니다 침실이 바로 출입문 옆이라 그게 좀 신경쓰였는데 구조상 어쩔수 없는거 같고 오클랜드의 큰 아파트들이 다 그렇듯 보안이 잘 되어있어요 여러가지로 편하게 잘 지냈습니다

Had a great stay at Stefan's apartment. It was perfect for my short stay - clean, bright, good space, everything provided and good location close to the centre of town and main shopping areas. I would definitely stay there again and can recommend.

I had a lovely stay. The location was perfect, right across from Aotea Centre & Civic carpark (only cost $22 for the whole weekend). All the furnishings were fantastic and look to be brand new, the couch was very comfy as was the bed. I had fun choosing artwork for the clever art Tv. (scroll to the bottom of the art section for the complementary art choices). The balcony has lovely views over the Town hall, Aotea Square and the Sky Tower. The lap pool was the perfect temperature and a good size. I didn't get around to trying the steam room, maybe next time. I had a lovely breakfast right across the street at Trocadero Restaurant and bar (waffles were great and very nice atmosphere). Also enjoyed having the Nespresso at the apartment. Would highly recommend staying here, good value for money and more spacious and much better equipped than most hotels I've stayed at.
