The space
Situated on Queen Street, Auckland’s most iconic and bustling thoroughfare, this apartment offers unbeatable access to the city’s top attractions. Just steps from your door, you’ll find a wide range of restaurants, cafes, shops, and entertainment options, ensuring that everything you need is within easy reach.

Inside the apartment, you’ll find everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed, while the spacious living area provides a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, should you prefer a quiet night in.

One of the highlights of this apartment is the stunning view of Auckland’s skyline, which you can enjoy from the 20th floor.

Here at Zodiak Stays, we provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival.

Please note that a refundable security deposit (authorised and held by your card provider, not charged to us) is required as part of the booking process.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire apartment as well as access to the gym facilities and indoor heated pool on level 2.

Interaction
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Other Things To Note
Facility Access Notice:
Access to building facilities such as the gym, swimming pool, and sauna is subject to building management policies and availability. These facilities may occasionally be closed due to maintenance or management decisions beyond our control, and we may not always receive prior notice. We appreciate your understanding.

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Key Pick-Up: The key will need to be picked up from our Zodiak office in Auckland Central (the full address Level 2, Unit A210/52 Courthouse Lane, Auckland CBD), which is a 5 minute walk away from the apartment. We provide 24/7 access to keys via lockboxes. This is a different location to the property you’ll be staying at. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking. We also have free WiFi access at our office in case you need the internet to contact us. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.

Parking: We do not have a free carpark for this building but nearby paid parking options are available.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $85 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 2x tea/coffee, 3x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

The apartment looked exactly like what the photos are. Our entire stay was amazing! Definitely a go to apartment if you’re staying in Auckland. Its very close to a lot of shops, restaurants, a grocery store and the sky tower. Will definitely book again if we come back to Auckland.

Overall we loved staying here, a great space and location. The view is beautiful. We could cook, do laundry, and work. Checking in and out is reasonably easy and flexible. Communication was pretty good. We always felt safe. And all the essentials are here.
Because we were there for over two weeks, partially for work, there are just some things we might note for anyone else also staying for work and for more than a few days. They are minor issues that would not keep us from staying here again :
1. The internet can sometimes get a little slow
2. You are communicating with a company. While they are responsive, not everyone at the company actually pays attention to your thread of communication. And they expect you to find check-in and check-out and other information through their website rather than Airbnb.
3. There was active construction while we were there, which sometimes quieted down and sometimes didn’t.
4. The gym and pool are often quite busy.

We enjoyed our stay in Stefan's apartment. We found being on the 20th floor very quiet, and the apartment was quite spacious. We did not do any cooking beyond breakfast but the kitchen seemed very well equipped. You are right in the middle of the CBD, easy to walk to the harbor or to catch transit - great location. The process of picking up the keys from a different location is a bit cumbersome when dragging suitcases with you, but the instructions were ultra clear and all worked well. It took us a while to understand that the unit was inside a hotel though.

Un très beau séjour dans un appartement agréable.

Pas encore habitué pour ouvrir la boîte à clef. Mais mis à part cela les informations étaient précises, la localisation était proche de l'appartement. Les nombreuses photos permettent de localiser l'appartement facilement. La localisation de l'appartemente et ces équipements. Machine à laver et sèche linge qui permettent de prendre moins de linge durant le séjour.

Amazing stay in Auckland.

Loved the location in the Adina Citylife hotel at the very heart of Auckland's CBD. The hotel has a very nice lobby and great amenities like the swimming pool and gym. Overall everything was a great experience, bed could be more confortable but was already nice. Picking up the keys at the reception of the hotel would also be a good improvement.

You can't beat this apartment for location and convenience. It is exactly as described, with a comfy bed and a well equipped kitchen. Not really overlooked, and on the 20th floor so you don't get a lot of street noise. You are also able to open a ranch slider, so plenty of fresh air.

centrally located in the CBD, Stefan's place was great for us to stay for a week while attending a conference at the University of Auckland. amenities are Hotel like and the view of the city from the 20th floor apartment is just amazing. there are plenty of restaurants and coffee places around and it's a short walk to the pier to catch a ferry to the beautiful neighboring islands. if we return to Auckland, we will definitely stay again at Stefan's place.

Host and property were both great. Didn't have too many interactions with the host but that's just because he did an amazing job providing everything I needed and I never had to ask. Very comfortable and great for our stay. If I stay in Auckland again I would definitely book this property again. Also the location is perfect to get to amazing food and activities with only a short walk.

I booked the place for a whole month and my stay at the apartment was great, very spacious and comfortable!
The place is a part of hotel complex so it is very secure, key cards needed to access you apartment, elevator or other facilities (swimming pool, etc.).
I was checking in earlier and there was no problem with someone to meet up with me to pass over the 'keys' (self check in was also an option for earlier check in).
The communication with host was great and they were responding quickly to any of my requests/questions.
A tip for future travelers:
- It is a part of City Life hotel so when using google maps it's better to direct the route to the hotel rather than the address provided as sometimes the map doesn't work with the address so well;
- You can access is from Queen street as well, there is a sign 'City life hotel' right above it;
- Night access is only from Durham street, main entrance to the hotel;
I would recommend it for anyone who wants a longer and comfortable stay.

This group is currently doing it’s best to contend with the Coronavirus issues which certainly places a burden on their operation. As such, they are probably not able to provide their usual level of customer service. However, the two apartments of theirs that I have stayed were very clean and well decorated with all the amenities as promised. Zodiak is without doubt a professional Property Management Company offering a consistent quality product.

This was an apartment in a 21 storey building. While it was not new or modern it met all our needs very well. It had great views and was whisper quiet. It was situated in the centre of Auckland city so great for shopping and sight seeing and only a short uber trip to further areas of interest. The kitchen was well appointed and the bathroom utilities worked very well. We were greeted by a pleasant person who explained everthing we needed to know. We would use this location again.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights. Fantastic apartment in the heart of Queen Street, within walking distance to the most bustling part of Auckland. Supermarket and plenty of food & drink options nearby.
Apartment itself was on the 20th floor within a nice hotel building. It was exactly as in the photos - spacious, clean and with a great view. Wi-Fi speed and water pressure in the shower was fantastic; only minor feedback for improvement was that the bed and pillows were a little soft.
We were particularly impressed with the responsiveness of the host’s management team, and how accommodating and friendly Pablo was when welcoming us for check-in. Overall, this was a fantastic airbnb experience, and we definitely recommend it to family and friends!

- Central and convenient location with shops, supermarkets, different foods and good coffee within a 5-minute walking radius. The airport shuttle also stops in front of the building on the retail street side.
- Clean apartment with complete amenities, such as dishwasher, washing machine and good working dryer.
- Helpful and prompt responses from Stefan, who also thoughtfully checked in with us the first day of stay to see how we’re settling in.
Overall, our stay was comfortable and relaxing—a really great way to end a 3 week visit to New Zealand. Thanks for that Stefan! :)

Can't recommend Stefan's place enough. We stayed for four nights and as New Yorkers, we felt right at home. The apartment is really clean and comfortable - the perfect city apartment. The gym and pool access is also a nice perk! The apartment is super-central and within walking distance to most places we explored during our stay in Auckland: the ferry terminal to Waiheke, Britomart, Ponsonby St. There are also tons of restaurants nearby - a great mix of trendy and cheap eats.

We had to last minute find a place to stay and needed something in the CBD. Stefan was terrific. He teposndrd quickly and when out flight took a five hour delay, he saw us into the unit at midnight. Kept in touch the whole time and was terrific.
The place itself had a great view of the central business district yet was high enough that it was very quiet. The kitchen was spotless and the living room has such a great view. The bedroom is also very comfortable and the bedding was great.
Whenever we had a question, Stefan was right there answering it. It is a great spot if you need to be in downtown. It’s a short walk to the ferry. There’s a market around the block. And of course restaurants everywhere.

Amazing place! The location is unbeatable for a downtown Auckland experience, and Stefan is a fantastic host and any question we had he answered within an hour on WhatsApp... kitchen is perfect and all you need for your stay, and there’s 2 groceries stores super close. The staff downstairs (concierge) are eager and willing to give you any local tips. Highly recommend and would stay here again! Make sure you use the Victoria St car park (maxes out at $24/day) and is only a 2min walk from the apartment.

Just finished staying the week in this lovely apartment. I cooked most nights and felt like the kitchen had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean. The best part of course was the view! Waking up each morning to that amazing sunrise over the city and water was worth every penny. You can't ask for a better location too! If I'm ever lucky enough to come back to NZ this is where I'll stay.

Highly recommend this place for a single person or couple. All the basics are here (hairdryer, dishwasher tabs, way to make first couple cups of coffee, basic toiletries, etc.). It is exactly as pictured, very clean, fantastic location. I had some trouble with a load of laundry and before I returned that evening a new, fully-functioning washing machine was in! Great host.

This is a great apartment right in the centre of Auckland CBD. Walkable to all central amenities, but high enough up that it’s nice and peaceful. We had a great nights sleep. The space is perfect for a couple who want to explore Auckland and have a nice private space to retreat to. We didn’t use the gym or pool so can’t comment on those, but wish we had time to. If you want to stay centrally then I’d certainly recommend this apartment.

Eine liebevoll ausgestattete Wohnung mit vielen Extras. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend, das Gebäude liegt sehr zentral, der Sky-Bus vom Flughafen hält direkt vor der Tür. This apartment is just what it shows in the pictures- gorgeous, cosy and clean. Absolutely loved our 6 night stay here and will definitely be back for my future business/ leisure trips in Auckland. Sara went above and beyond to accommodate us as last minute plans changed and we needed to drop our bags at the apartment early, this was no issue for them. The apartment looked exactly like what the photos are. Our entire stay was amazing! Definitely a go to apartment if you’re staying in Auckland. Its very close to a lot of shops, restaurants, a grocery store and the sky tower. Will definitely book again if we come back to Auckland.
Stefan was very easy to talk to and is very fast in answering all my questions so it was a very pleasant stay.

Overall we loved staying here, a great space and location. The view is beautiful. We could cook, do laundry, and work. Checking in and out is reasonably easy and flexible. Communication was pretty good. We always felt safe. And all the essentials are here.
Because we were there for over two weeks, partially for work, there are just some things we might note for anyone else also staying for work and for more than a few days. They are minor issues that would not keep us from staying here again :
1. The internet can sometimes get a little slow
2. You are communicating with a company. While they are responsive, not everyone at the company actually pays attention to your thread of communication. And they expect you to find check-in and check-out and other information through their website rather than Airbnb.
3. There was active construction while we were there, which sometimes quieted down and sometimes didn’t.
4. The gym and pool are often quite busy.

Very comfortable and great for our stay. If I stay in Auckland again I would definitely book this property again. Also the location is perfect to get to amazing food and activities with only a short walk.

I booked the place for a whole month and my stay at the apartment was great, very spacious and comfortable!
The place is a part of hotel complex so it is very secure, key cards needed to access you apartment, elevator or other facilities (swimming pool, etc.).
I was checking in earlier and there was no problem with someone to meet up with me to pass over the 'keys' (self check in was also an option for earlier check in).
The communication with host was great and they were responding quickly to any of my requests/questions.
A tip for future travelers:
- It is a part of City Life hotel so when using google maps it's better to direct the route to the hotel rather than the address provided as sometimes the map doesn't work with the address so well;
- You can access is from Queen street as well, there is a sign 'City life hotel' right above it;
- Night access is only from Durham street, main entrance to the hotel;
I would recommend it for anyone who wants a longer and comfortable stay.

This group is currently doing it’s best to contend with the Coronavirus issues which certainly places a burden on their operation. As such, they are probably not able to provide their usual level of customer service. However, the two apartments of theirs that I have stayed were very clean and well decorated with all the amenities as promised. Zodiak is without doubt a professional Property Management Company offering a consistent quality product.

This was an apartment in a 21 storey building. While it was not new or modern it met all our needs very well. It had great views and was whisper quiet. It was situated in the centre of Auckland city so great for shopping and sight seeing and only a short uber trip to further areas of interest. The kitchen was well appointed and the bathroom utilities worked very well. We were greeted by a pleasant person who explained everthing we needed to know. We would use this location again.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights. Fantastic apartment in the heart of Queen Street, within walking distance to the most bustling part of Auckland. Supermarket and plenty of food & drink options nearby.
Apartment itself was on the 20th floor within a nice hotel building. It was exactly as in the photos - spacious, clean and with a great view. Wi-Fi speed and water pressure in the shower was fantastic; only minor feedback for improvement was that the bed and pillows were a little soft.
We were particularly impressed with the responsiveness of the host’s management team, and how accommodating and friendly Pablo was when welcoming us for check-in. Overall, this was a fantastic airbnb experience, and we definitely recommend it to family and friends!

Stefan's place was ideal for my business stay - spacious, comfortable, modern and totally functional. The place was very conveniently located right in the CBD. I also arrived very late at night and Stefan made sure I could make my way in to the apartment without any hassle for him or me. Very much look forward to staying again.

Excellent communication, easy check in, all required amenities and location-wise right in the middle and walking distance to anything you can think of. Check in was a breeze with a car picking us from the airport. I recommend this place. Perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

- Central and convenient location with shops, supermarkets, different foods and good coffee within a 5-minute walking radius. The airport shuttle also stops in front of the building on the retail street side.
- Clean apartment with complete amenities, such as dishwasher, washing machine and good working dryer.
- Helpful and prompt responses from Stefan, who also thoughtfully checked in with us the first day of stay to see how we’re settling in.
Overall, our stay was comfortable and relaxing—a really great way to end a 3 week visit to New Zealand. Thanks for that Stefan! :)

Stylish apartment in the heart of the city. So easy to walk everywhere including ferry to get to other islands. We had a great time. Stefan, host, and Paolo, who personally checked us in, were great and would recommend for anyone staying in Auckland!

Great house, everything is just like the photo, there are lots of bar and restaurants around, is very convenient, you can easily get around the city through this apartment, definitely recommend

Amazing weekend get away in Auckland! The apartment is really centrally located but still really calm since you are on the 20th floor, no car noises or anything.. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos and it's spotless. There is everything you need.
Stefan and his staff is helpful and responds quick. Would definitely stay here again.

Can't recommend Stefan's place enough. We stayed for four nights and as New Yorkers, we felt right at home. The apartment is really clean and comfortable - the perfect city apartment. The gym and pool access is also a nice perk! The apartment is super-central and within walking distance to most places we explored during our stay in Auckland: the ferry terminal to Waiheke, Britomart, Ponsonby St. There are also tons of restaurants nearby - a great mix of trendy and cheap eats.

We had to last minute find a place to stay and needed something in the CBD. Stefan was terrific. He teposndrd quickly and when out flight took a five hour delay, he saw us into the unit at midnight. Kept in touch the whole time and was terrific.
The place itself had a great view of the central business district yet was high enough that it was very quiet. The kitchen was spotless and the living room has such a great view. The bedroom is also very comfortable and the bedding was great.
Whenever we had a question, Stefan was right there answering it. It is a great spot if you need to be in downtown. It’s a short walk to the ferry. There’s a market around the block. And of course restaurants everywhere.

I was running so late with flights delayed and was a bit flustered trying to check in but Stefan was easy to contact and very accommodating. Great value for an apartment stay in the city.

Excellent view from 20th floor! Place itself is very new and clean.. And it has a lot of things you usually miss in rented apartments - like detergent or coffee.. Host is very helpful!

Amazing place! The location is unbeatable for a downtown Auckland experience, and Stefan is a fantastic host and any question we had he answered within an hour on WhatsApp... kitchen is perfect and all you need for your stay, and there’s 2 groceries stores super close. The staff downstairs (concierge) are eager and willing to give you any local tips. Highly recommend and would stay here again! Make sure you use the Victoria St car park (maxes out at $24/day) and is only a 2min walk from the apartment.

Just finished staying the week in this lovely apartment. I cooked most nights and felt like the kitchen had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean. The best part of course was the view! Waking up each morning to that amazing sunrise over the city and water was worth every penny. You can't ask for a better location too! If I'm ever lucky enough to come back to NZ this is where I'll stay.

Sara's place was very clean and neat. Just as described, the unit was perfectly located in Auckland and accessible to everything. Sara was very accommodating when meeting up with her to check in. And she provided great tips on places to visit and eat. Great place overall with a pool and gym!!

The apartment is just about as central as can be, everything in the Auckland CBD is a walking distance. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything a couple like us needed. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this place for a single person or couple. All the basics are here (hairdryer, dishwasher tabs, way to make first couple cups of coffee, basic toiletries, etc.). It is exactly as pictured, very clean, fantastic location. I had some trouble with a load of laundry and before I returned that evening a new, fully-functioning washing machine was in! Great host.

This is a great apartment right in the centre of Auckland CBD. Walkable to all central amenities, but high enough up that it’s nice and peaceful. We had a great nights sleep. The space is perfect for a couple who want to explore Auckland and have a nice private space to retreat to. We didn’t use the gym or pool so can’t comment on those, but wish we had time to. If you want to stay centrally then I’d certainly recommend this apartment.

Awesome place, spotless, awesome location, very tastefully decorated, (Royal Doulton crockery, Jamie Oliver cutlery, beautiful artwork, gorgeous furnishings) fully equipped kitchen, did i mention spotless? Best bed we have slept in outside of home. Could not rate this place and the host highly enough.

Eine liebevoll ausgestattete Wohnung mit vielen Extras. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend, das Gebäude liegt sehr zentral, der Sky-Bus vom Flughafen hält direkt vor der Tür. Ich bin begeistert und kann diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Die Gastgeber haben auf meine Fragen immer sofort geantwortet und waren bei meiner Ankunft bereits vor Ort. Der ideale Ort um Auckland zu erobern.

This apartment is just what it shows in the pictures- gorgeous, cosy and clean. Absolutely loved our 6 night stay here and will definitely be back for my future business/ leisure trips in Auckland. Sara went above and beyond to accommodate us as last minute plans changed and we needed to drop our bags at the apartment early, this was no issue for them. They meet us at the lobby and whisked our bags away for us. Apartment is lovely. Thanks Again Trudy & Sara :)
