Overall we loved staying here, a great space and location. The view is beautiful. We could cook, do laundry, and work. Checking in and out is reasonably easy and flexible. Communication was pretty good. We always felt safe. And all the essentials are here. Because we were there for over two weeks, partially for work, there are just some things we might note for anyone else also staying for work and for more than a few days. They are minor issues that would not keep us from staying here again : 1. The internet can sometimes get a little slow 2. You are communicating with a company. While they are responsive, not everyone at the company actually pays attention to your thread of communication. And they expect you to find check-in and check-out and other information through their website rather than Airbnb. 3. There was active construction while we were there, which sometimes quieted down and sometimes didn’t. 4. The gym and pool are often quite busy.

We enjoyed our stay in Stefan's apartment. We found being on the 20th floor very quiet, and the apartment was quite spacious. We did not do any cooking beyond breakfast but the kitchen seemed very well equipped. You are right in the middle of the CBD, easy to walk to the harbor or to catch transit - great location. The process of picking up the keys from a different location is a bit cumbersome when dragging suitcases with you, but the instructions were ultra clear and all worked well. It took us a while to understand that the unit was inside a hotel though.

Fantastic apartment nestled in the heart of the Auckland CBD. Has everything you need - well stocked kitchen, comfy bed, sofa & TV, clean bathroom. Stefan was very responsive and helpful even with a very late check in. The offsite key collection was clearly described & well guided with photos. Would definitely stay again when I am in Auckland. You can't beat this apartment for location and convenience. It is exactly as described, with a comfy bed and a well equipped kitchen. Not really overlooked, and on the 20th floor so you don't get a lot of street noise. You are also able to open a ranch slider, so plenty of fresh air.

Great place to stay everything at your doorstep extremely convenient. Highly recommend this place. Wilson parking was just metres away at an extra cost of course but convenient. Thank you Stefan and your team Merry Christmas and a blessed New Year

centrally located in the CBD, Stefan's place was great for us to stay for a week while attending a conference at the University of Auckland. amenities are Hotel like and the view of the city from the 20th floor apartment is just amazing. there are plenty of restaurants and coffee places around and it's a short walk to the pier to catch a ferry to the beautiful neighboring islands. if we return to Auckland, we will definitely stay again at Stefan's place.

Host and property were both great. Didn't have too many interactions with the host but that's just because he did an amazing job providing everything I needed and I never had to ask. Very comfortable and great for our stay. If I stay in Auckland again I would definitely book this property again. Also the location is perfect to get to amazing food and activities with only a short walk.

I booked the place for a whole month and my stay at the apartment was great, very spacious and comfortable! The place is a part of hotel complex so it is very secure, key cards needed to access you apartment, elevator or other facilities (swimming pool, etc.). I was checking in earlier and there was no problem with someone to meet up with me to pass over the 'keys' (self check in was also an option for earlier check in). The communication with host was great and they were responding quickly to any of my requests/questions. A tip for future travelers: - It is a part of City Life hotel so when using google maps it's better to direct the route to the hotel rather than the address provided as sometimes the map doesn't work with the address so well; - You can access is from Queen street as well, there is a sign 'City life hotel' right above it; - Night access is only from Durham street, main entrance to the hotel; I would recommend it for anyone who wants a longer and comfortable stay.

The positives about this place is it has a fantastic location, right on Queen Street, which would be very convenient for most people. Many restaurants/supermarkets. Very quick to Victoria Car park. If you don't plan on staying in your room for long, this is a great choice, especially for a tourist. Unfortunately, I travel for business to the CBD regularly and stay in airbnbs to do so, so I had to stay in the room for longer periods. There are negatives about this place if you wish to stay longer in your room. The air condition didn't work, there was no other heating or cooling options available. No extra bedding provided either. Cleanliness was an issue, with streak marks on tables/kettle, scruff marks all over the walls etc. The fridge was off, and leaking on the floor. The shower didn't drain properly, allowing only time for a very quick shower as you'd be afraid of flooding the place otherwise. Quite disappointing.

This group is currently doing it’s best to contend with the Coronavirus issues which certainly places a burden on their operation. As such, they are probably not able to provide their usual level of customer service. However, the two apartments of theirs that I have stayed were very clean and well decorated with all the amenities as promised. Zodiak is without doubt a professional Property Management Company offering a consistent quality product.

This was an apartment in a 21 storey building. While it was not new or modern it met all our needs very well. It had great views and was whisper quiet. It was situated in the centre of Auckland city so great for shopping and sight seeing and only a short uber trip to further areas of interest. The kitchen was well appointed and the bathroom utilities worked very well. We were greeted by a pleasant person who explained everthing we needed to know. We would use this location again.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights. Fantastic apartment in the heart of Queen Street, within walking distance to the most bustling part of Auckland. Supermarket and plenty of food & drink options nearby. Apartment itself was on the 20th floor within a nice hotel building. It was exactly as in the photos - spacious, clean and with a great view. Wi-Fi speed and water pressure in the shower was fantastic; only minor feedback for improvement was that the bed and pillows were a little soft. We were particularly impressed with the responsiveness of the host’s management team, and how accommodating and friendly Pablo was when welcoming us for check-in. Overall, this was a fantastic airbnb experience, and we definitely recommend it to family and friends!

This listing is inaccurate. It's described as someone's home when in fact it's a privately owned hotel apartment. I dealt with several different people on the phone and via Airbnb during my stay which emphasizes the fact it is not a home but in fact a small piece of a larger business. The check in had incrediblely vague instructions. I tried checking in at the front desk when I realised it was an apartment hotel complex but wasnt able to. I called the number provided but was kept on hold for a long time which cost me as I was calling from a British number. Eventually I got through to a receptionist who was very blunt with me, although he tried putting me through to the host 3 times before giving me there number and telling me I try again in 10 minutes. Having travelled half way around the world I did not fancy waiting even longer to get into my booked accommodation. The number I was given was incorrect so I called the original number back. After waiting on hold AGAIN I got through to another receptionist who tried several times to reach the host before advising me there would be there to greet me in 10-15 minutes. 20 minutes later a young man (not Steffan the 'host') arrived and exclaimed he was unaware we had even arrived. All in all a terrible experience. The apartment was dated, much to my surprise when the listing says thought and care has gone into the design. The duvet on the bed had no cover - instead two flat sheets were folded over on top of one another. As this apartment is not owned by the hotel complex it is situated in we were not serviced by house keeping. Therefore we had to attempt to put this back together every day. Why was there not a duvet cover provided for ease of guests? We also arranged a late check out (12pm as opposed to 10am). The cleaners then proceeded to let themselves into our apartment while we were gettin ready at 11am. Totally unacceptable. The apartment was in a good location and our uber driver was helpful in taking us to the correct entrance (I don't think it would be quite so obvious where to go if you dont know the area). The apartment served purpose but I would not stay here again.

Stefan's place was ideal for my business stay - spacious, comfortable, modern and totally functional. The place was very conveniently located right in the CBD. I also arrived very late at night and Stefan made sure I could make my way in to the apartment without any hassle for him or me. Very much look forward to staying again.

Excellent communication, easy check in, all required amenities and location-wise right in the middle and walking distance to anything you can think of. Check in was a breeze with a car picking us from the airport. I recommend this place. Perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

- Central and convenient location with shops, supermarkets, different foods and good coffee within a 5-minute walking radius. The airport shuttle also stops in front of the building on the retail street side. - Clean apartment with complete amenities, such as dishwasher, washing machine and good working dryer. - Helpful and prompt responses from Stefan, who also thoughtfully checked in with us the first day of stay to see how we’re settling in. Overall, our stay was comfortable and relaxing—a really great way to end a 3 week visit to New Zealand. Thanks for that Stefan! :)
