the apartment is in a great location close to restaurants and shops but far enough away to not be noisy. The view over the marina is fabulous . The apartment is a great size with plenty of space to relax in. Bedding and beds were wonderful and comfortable. Check in was easy. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our interactions with Stefan and staying at his apartment on the water in Auckland. It was located close to restaurants and the Auckland fish market, and within walking distance to Queen St, the train and the ferries. We stayed 10 days and had a great visit.

Had a wonderful stay at Stefan's place. While the second bedroom is on the smaller side, overall the property is more spacious than the photos suggest. Location and views are excellent. Tastefully decorated and a very comfortable place to spend a week. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely love the apartment. The best part is the dining table set up, opening up to the veranda with beautiful views of the boat marina, cool breeze, no insects. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, easy access to what Viaduct has to offer. 2 car parks were definite perks. Beds were comfy. The master bedroom is spacious and beautiful views to the marina, the second room is cramp with no views at all but suitable for kids.

The unit was very clean and you cannot beat the location. You will have the best view of the harbor and beautiful boats. You are close to the Ferry and numerous restaurants. I would suggest that Stefan provide a manual as we struggled to work the stove, washer/dryer and we could not get into the rubbish room to dispose of our garbage. The second bedroom was small without a closet. You will love your stay and we would definitely stay if we return to Auckland.

Simply superb apartment in fabulous location, couldn’t have asked for better place to spend 3 nights over a busy weekend and be able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, dine out or nip to the metro mart around the corner just ideal. Lots of light being a corner apartment too and the main bedroom is huge. Will definitely stay again.

Great, spacious apartment. Good location in the Viaduct with great views. One bedroom was much smaller than the other but still worked well for 2 couples.

The place was easy to find and is in one of the best areas of town. Easy walk to major downtown attractions yet very private and quiet home to stay at. The host was nothing but great and was very responsive . Will stay again.

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable. Be aware that the queen bedroom does not have a proper door so privacy is minimal. Location is fantastic, walkable neighbourhood with great restaurants nearby.

Awesome location with a beautiful space! We enjoyed the dinning room and balcony. We were able to walk to the ferry within 15 minutes to go to the winery island. The second bedroom is very deceiving and agree with the comments below that it is very small and tends to overheat as no airflow comes in with the make shift door being closed. It doesn’t come with any fans to cool the temperature of the second bedroom down either. The check and check out process is over complicated with the app being unhelpful. Additionally, one set of the keys were broken and did not allow us to spilt the keys between couples. Kitchen has decent amenities however it did not have spices, salt or pepper. It was also weird that it has a nepresso machine without any coffee pods.

This was a great location just on the harbour so a walk away from most places which was convenient. Had a lovely harbour view and the place was nice and spacious with some nice furniture and interior designs. Overall was a good airbnb to stay at

Nice location and balcony with a nice view, however, the second bedroom was so small you could hardly walk around the bed and had no cupboard space. The door didn’t even close properly. Nice lounge and kitchen area, but fridge was off when we arrived and there is no SkyTv. Extractor fan in en-suite didn’t switch off and the one in the second bathroom didn’t switch on. Expensive for what we got.

Overall it was a great experience staying in this apartment. The views are just beautiful, everything was clean, spotless and beautifully designed. There was also enough room for the 4 of us without feeling cramped. The location is brilliant and within walking distance of the marina, sky tower, restaurants and bars etc. The only thing i would suggest is that the host leaves detailed instructions on paper when collecting the keys from the lock box including the wifi details as not everyone has wifi to search the instructions upon arrival. My friend from Auckland then contacted the number provided and was given incorrect details stating that we were in the East wing rather than the West. It can also be a bit noisy at night when staying in the main bedroom due to party goers walking along the waters edge. We didn't have any issues with this however if you're a light sleeper, it may be of concern. A bit of a bumpy start however aside from that, everything else was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay at Stefan's. Great location on the harbour nearvthe city centre, very comfortable yet stylish home with great views and very clean and tidy. We found it very quiet as well at night. Communication with Stfan was really efficient. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment is very spacious, well furnished & very comfortable, except the 2nd bedroom is very small. Hardly any room to even walk around the bed. No hanging or floor space for cases/bags. Really disappointing. Location is excellent & within close walking distance of cafes etc. There is a car parking space in an undercover garage on the premises, which is excellent in a big city.There are good views from the windows & a balcony with outdoor chairs, overlookg the water. Unfortunately, checking in wasn’t easy! The instructions to find the key lockbox were easy to follow but there was no key in the box, even though it was an hour after the 3pm check-in time! When I phoned Stefan’s no, a lady said we could go & see if the cleaners were still there (!!!) We didn’t even know where ‘there’ was. So I asked for someone to deliver a key to us at the lockbox site within 5 min & a key was delivered. The location of the apartmt isn’t close & we wldn’t have found it without an employee taking us!

Fantastic apartment right in the heart of Auckland city. Easy walking distance to restaurants. Apartment was as described, clean and comfortable. Some street noise from cars and foot traffic which woke us on Friday and Saturday night.

Good stay- place was amazing, great location, great appliances. There was a loud humming sound coming from the vent in master bedroom which was unable to be switched off. This was hard to sleep through.

Great place to stay, amazing location to the viaduct & all the restaurants and the shops aren't to far either. Gorgeous view & the apartment was just like the photos, clean & really beautiful inside. Comfy bed & overall an awesome getaway Just a tip, if you do have a car parked in the garage, make sure to take the car out of the carpark & park on the road, using the apartment keys before locking up the apartment & leaving the keys on the bench because you won't have a way to get your car out otherwise & I didn't see anywhere that stated to do that so I stupidly closed the door & couldn't get back in but a lovely gentlemen helped me & used his key for me

The apartment is in great condition and very clean. Parking in Auckland is a plus. Great location - close to restaurants, transport etc. Unfortunately we had to deal with a broken window in winter and we’re waiting for check in details an hour before check in. Otherwise, great stay.
