Stunning studio Gym Pool Parking Zodiak Stays

The apartment was perfect. It had everything I needed & a great view. It was light and spacious. The location was perfect with plenty of bus stops and cafes and restaurants. Stefan and Cristina provided clear instructions for check in and check out. Their boarding pass had every little detail that one could need. Over all, staying here provided a great start of my trip.

We loved staying right downtown. The view from the patio was amazing! We used the the pool and gym in the mornings and loved having the kitchen to cook and the washer and dryer to do laundry. It had everything we needed and Stefan was always quick to respond. We would stay here again :).

Disappointment When you plan a trip with so much time and from so far away (Spain) you expect to be able to rest on your vacation, here it has not been the case. They announce a King Size bed that are actually two small ones together, with the problem that generates the union between them on the back and during the night since they are opening. Two extra soft joined beds without lumbar support. After two nights trying to sleep we left the accommodation losing another night already paid and we had to pay for an additional hotel to be able to rest. As a good point it has good views of the bay, clean and soft towels and sheets, a decent kitchen that needs an update just like the bathroom, functional but deteriorated, you need to hold the shower with one hand.

The studio apartment suited my needs. It was a comfortable space. It’s a very good location in the city center which made it walkable to the harbor with lots of cafes, restaurants and near the sky tower. I enjoyed the patio in the mornings overlooking the harbor. It did lack a coffee maker…would’ve been nice to have a Nespresso machine. And the gym area was damp and little space to workout. But the communication was excellent and had very clear instructions for check in and check out.

Incredible location right in the heart of the city you can step outside and see the tower. I was here for a conference and was able to get to the center each day by walking or a quick cab when it rained. Love the rooftop hot tub, which is open until 11 and the pool is great. I didn’t get to go around the gym. It was really a great option to have and was well equipped. The hotel really should clean their sauna Both times that I went in and didn’t smell great and the wood needs to be replaced in some areas. Having a balcony for fresh air and a kitchenette to be able to heat up food instead of having to go out every night . And I’ll be back next time I am in Auckland for any city things.

absolutely stunning place. Better than the photos . was my first time ever in New Zealand. Glad I stayed here and will stay again if I come here again. check in is easy as. Stefan was always prompt clear and helpful in all his responses. Very well mannered and respectful which we appreciated. Highly recommend this place No more than a 10mins walk to restaurants, high end shops , cafes, sky tower and many many places. Thanks for everything and maybe one day we will stay here again.

Great place to stay in a perfect central location. The bed was super comfy, the gym was a nice touch with a nice view while working out and the pool was great. Overall a perfect studio for our trip over the long weekend. One thing to fault was the key was not in the lock box when I went to collect it about an hour after check in time, but Stefan’s team was very responsive to my phone call and the issue was resolved in 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect location, right in the cbd but not too noisy. It is so close to the sky tower as well. Apartment had a great view of the viaduct and was lovely when the sun came out to sit on the balcony.

Die Kommunikation mit Stefan lief furchtbar ab, da er jede empfangene Nachricht falsch verstanden hat und mehr als nur unhilfreich war. Der Check-In war unnötig kompliziert gestaltet und zu allem Überfluss war der vorgegebene Parkplatz bei Ankunft von der Vermieterin zugeparkt, weswegen wir fast abgeschleppt wurden und die Ankunft noch um einiges stressiger Gestaltet wurde. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist zwar einwandfrei und das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, aber dennoch kann ich keiner anderen Person dort empfehlen unterzukommen.

The place is in the perfect location in the Auckland City. The view of the harbour was unreal, especially at night. The free parking made it 100% worth the price. Very happy with the communication, cleanliness and location. I would stay here again for sure.

The studio was lovely, the view from the balcony - amazing. The place was clean and tidy. The bed was comfy and I took full advantage soaking in the tub. It’s always nice to stay in a place with amenities + a carpark which is rare in CBD. I recommend Stefan’s accommodation. It did not disappoint and I had relaxing time during my stay.

Apartment was great for our short stay in Auckland. Perfectly located with easy walking access to the Viaduct, Queen St and Britomart. Comfy bed, plenty of linen and consumables supplied plus very quiet in the neighbouring apartments. Rooftop pool is a great bonus on a hot day. Would recommend and stay again.

The place itself was fantastic, however so many dramas with the management their wouldn't be enough time outlay all of the issues. All check in related and easily fixed but has me considering weather I should be changing the future booking I have with the same management company...The apartment itself is fantastic hard to fault, but 2 of the three keys did not work, charged for early check when the process took nearly an hour and I only accessed the room 40 min early, was told I would receive a refund for the early check just to be messaged back to say they won't be refunding and then sent another request for further payment, when trying to workout what this charge was for I just ended up witht he repeated Generic email...the check method provided had not been used by the apartment complex for a month....but again all management issues I can't fault the accommodation, I would happily stay here again but I think I would want to deal with one-city management again

This is a very comfortable place to stay. The location is unreal, probably the nicest area to stay in Auckland & the room has a wonderful view of the city & harbour. All of the facilities were available as described. The car park is on the ground floor of the building, meaning it's sheltered & you don't have to carry your things through bad weather. The pool, sauna & gym were lovely to have access to. I did struggle a little with the check-in process as my check-in instructions were not available when I was checking in. But I called the team & they resolved it fairly quickly. All in all, a great place to stay if a little on the more expensive side.

We had some initial difficulties getting in because the card activation system had recently been updated. But the staff (because a portion of the building is a hotel) was helpful. Once we were in, we didn’t have any further issues. The unit was clean and in an ideal location. Beautiful view and very walkable.

The check in instructions were a little confusing. Had no problem getting the keys from the lockbox but then the instructions said you had to get the keys activated at the front desk. There was no one at the desk when I arrived but they had a phone to call someone. A person answered right away and said the activation is no longer needed to use the key for the elevator and it should work and it did! Loved the location and the view. The unit was perfect for our needs. The bed was a little too soft for me but everyone's taste is different. Would definitely stay again if I'm back in Auckland!

If you do not need the parking that is advertised with this place, then you'll find it a fine place to stay. We booked this listing for 3 nights and we did not get access to the car park parking until 2 days into our stay. Considering the ONLY reason we booked this place was for the parking, this was a major drawback. The card key for the apartment was in the lock box per the check in instructions. The card key for the parking was NOT. The host was TERRIBLE at resolving this issue, suggesting it was our fault with comments like "the cleaning staff said the card was there", "you must be at the wrong car park", "the car park card key must be in the room"... never once admitting that the mistake was theirs, that the card key was missing. In the first 48 hrs of our 72 hour stay, I sent over 2 dozen text messages to the host to try to get a resolution. What a waste of time when you want to be out sight-seeing, and what a lousy way to start a vacation in NZ.

We booked the studio/apartment for a week. It‘s a neatly modified hotel room: small kitchen which has all essentials, bath and balcony. Astonishing view from 12th floor over the harbor. We had partly a rental car and liked to have a parking lot in the garage. There is a gym and an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Very nice. The negatives why I did not grant 5 stars: - From the 3 elevators 2 were out of order and sometimes waiting time was very long. The check in process is complicated and time consuming especially as the host did only provide the details about half a day before arrival. You need to open a special portal to be able to see a detailed description of the steps. You need the code for a lock box in the main building to get 2 swipe cards (info about 2 cards not provided precisely). Need to head for main building first (not given an address). Checkout process: unclear/misunderstanding? Host blamed me quite penetrant that I left key at wrong place and i must pay.

The highlight of our stay in Stefan's spacious apartment was the view from the balcony over a chunk of downtown Auckland and into the bay. It was great to be able to sit out there and eat while enjoying being able to watch the world below. The apartment is well located to walk to the harbour area, restaurants and the station, and you can cook meals and do your washing too. We would happily stay there again if we returned to Auckland.

The accommodation was perfect for those wanting to stay in the CBD area of Auckland. The washer + dryer was a life saver!! Auckland is a fairly walkable city and there are several nice restaurants to check out in the area. I would highly recommend for anyone who wants to spend a couple days downtown!

Wir waren zu 100 Prozent zufrieden. Die Lage ist gut, man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen, das Apartment ist sehr groß, das Bett war bequem. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner sind im Badezimmer und einfach zu bedienen, Waschmittel und Wäscheständer sind vorhanden. Begeistert haben uns die kurzen Antwortzeiten bei der Kommunikation mit Stefan. Der Checkin war einfach. Wir haben uns mit dem Taxi direkt zur Unterkunft fahren lassen, und einer von uns hat im Nachbargebäude die Schlüsselkarten geholt. Hat keine 5 Minuten gedauert. Die Beschreibung der Müllräume sollte genauer sein, und beim Check-In beschrieben werden.

Wonderful host - very friendly, prompt communications, and provided a lot of good information before and during our stay. A great place in an excellent location to walk and explore the central city area, and the balcony offered fantastic views of the city and harbor. It was a bit of an adventure finding the lock box before being able to park in our designated spot, but easy once we had the key. Perhaps telling us to park in front of the 22 Nelson hotel when we arrived and going into the lobby, up to the 2nd floor to the other building lobby would have been helpful. The location was perfect for us. We were a bit confused about what to do with the trash, but hope we did it correctly.

Had a fabulous time exploring the city. Excellent location! Having the parking space provided was an absolute must and worked out so well. Amazing views of the city and viaduct. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a central location in city. Would definitely look to come back.

Très bon emplacement avec parking ce qui n’est pas négligeable dans le centre d’Auckland. Le logement était propre ! la kitchenette, la salle de sport et la piscine chauffée un plus à prendre en considération. Tout était parfait hormis l’arrivée le 1er jour l’hôtel avait fait changer toutes les serrures de l’étage 12 du coup nous avons dû attendre 3h le temps de nous trouver une autre chambre.

Great value! The Studio was clean and the linen was of impeccable quality, it does have a washer and dryer that worked great to dry togs between swims and to free up time when you return home from your stay. The hosts were thoughtful and wonderful to communicate with. Check in was an absolute breeze as was check out. Had quality handwash, shampoo etc. Now the view. The view was stunning! 😍 would highly recommend

Great location with the added value of a secure car spot. Allow time to follow the steps to gain entry. The unit is well laid out with a well equipted kitchen that met our every need. Double doors lead to an outdoor veranda that offers spectacular views of the harbour.

100% recommended!!! Everything needs to have an apartment for your stay. Clean, illuminated, perfect location. I didn’t use the kitchen or washing or dryer but great that are there. TV that connected with my phone to use my accounts netflix or youtube. Parking included. Stefan always replied quicky my texts. I will stay again if I come back to Auckland.

I booked this place because it included parking and I have an 11 month old which made it easier as the car park is in the same building as the unit just need to go through the lobby and up the elevator which was very convenient with children especially a baby. The unit was clean, tidy and very simple. Great for my explorative baby. The view is beautiful you can see the harbour. It was also very quiet couldn’t hear neighbours etc. Washer and dryer in bathroom which makes it even more convenient. Communication and instructions were clear and made it very easy to find the lock box and car park. I would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay, very easy walk to viaduct and Britomart. Stephan had very good communication- prompt responses to any of our queries. Just watch out the shower/ bathroom floor does get quite slippery when wet.

The property was one of the best Airbnb accommodations I have stayed in. It more than matched the description, and the view from the balcony was second to none, overlooking the Auckland Harbour Bridge and Viaduct Basin. While the check-in instructions looked daunting at first, they were very clear to follow once you got to the lobby. The apartment had its own secure car park, which for an apartment in the city, was fantastic. The king-sized bed was comfortable. Given the number of apartments on our floor, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. The wifi was super-fast and reliable. Stefan checked in regularly and really made me feel welcome. 10/10, I would stay here again!

I was a bit worried about the check in as it sounded complicated but the email explaining the process was so well written a monkey could understand it, and everything was is walking distance, queen street is two blocks over and it took us 4 minutes to get to the viaduct, some of the reviews said he was hard to reach but I got responses almost immediately

The view was really nice. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. You could use the hotel’s swimming pool and jacuzzi. There was also an outside swimming pool, so you could swim and still glance over the city. It was quite unique and not busy. The place was central. The host communicated well and arranged an extra key. The mattress was a bit worn out. The check-in and check-out was not so easy (for me). In both cases I needed to find paid parking in near proximity to pick up or drop off the keys. I did not find any short term parking so I had to pay for a day parking . On the check-out day it was hard to find even paid parking garage so it was a bit stressful. It would Be amazing if a host could just arrange a drop off near parking or enable parking exit with a code. Still, many nice memories. :)

Great location and Stefan/ Ema prompt professional. Place warm, dry, clean and PARKING was included. LOVED the view, pool and general quiet. The little things… Ironing board kept collapsing and was met with unwashed pot on arrival (not a biggie but eek!) Couldn’t find some Kitchen utensils ( grater /pasta serving spoon- cafetière would’ve been nice - 1st world probs) Would book again

Had a wonderful time tge facilities were exceptional and the apartment was perfect as was the location to restaurants and facilities. Wouldn't recommend the in Hotel restaurant for buffet, but the Empire across the road made our stay perfect and many other dining selections nearby. Super convenient spot for a stay in Auckland! It was my first time in New Zealand, so I even more so appreciated how seamless check in, check out and communication with Stefan was. Stefan made a point to reach out and ensure everything went smoothly, too. I had no issues but having that communication made me feel super welcome. Would stay again or recommend to a friend! Access to the hotel facilities (pool, hot tub, gym) is a huge bonus, too.

This Airbnb has a lot of pluses but several deficiencies that reduce its value as a great property! First, management needs to follow through on confirmed (and paid for) request by guest!. Cancelling personal check-in at a late hour for weary guest was not very professional. Request for extra towels for pool use was made several weeks in advance and late check out, but was denied at last moment. Although advertised as a studio, the "kitchenette" lacks updated appliances, and "half fridge/freezer" that was frozen over. The tub/shower shield needs to be re-worked to keep water off the bathroom floor. The king mattress, like many items in the studio, needs updating. Its useful life expired many months ago. Some excellent pluses: Fantastic location, in heart of CBD, and grand views of the city! Indoor heated pool (with whirlpool + showers) and gym/weight room utilized every day by both guests! Update appliances, new mattress, professional management with make this B+!

Stefan was helpful with giving me information about checking in. I had to go to a separate building for the key but it was actually pretty straightforward. It was clean and clutter free which was nice and had an amazing view. The only complaint perhaps is that I didn’t get an opportunity to use the swimming pool due to my own poor time management.

Great apartment in a nice, secure complex. Location is prime for wandering the city / viaduct and the secure carpark spot that the property comes with is a huge benefit. Cons; Zodiak were average, they sent pre check in form to wrong e mail, then had wrong dates and wrong apartment . All of this I had to alert them too which took a lot of time to sort out. Also one of the swipe cards DOESNT WORK? I only found this out when my wife went to the tennis for the day and I was locked out. Rang Zodiak who didnt answer or return my call. Pros; This place is one of the best Apartments we have stayed in , great location, views, pool and parking and spotlessly clean.

Fabulous apartment in a safe, great location hotel that we have stayed at many times. Great amenities, spacious, amazing views, easy walk to many eateries. Photos are highly accurate of what to expect and communication was fantastic. Total bonus to have car park available as valet parking for the hotel is $48 a night. Poured with rain first night we were there and can recommend newly opened (4 days ago) restaurant Berlinchen that is beside the hotel. Lovely German hospitality and authentic menu. Only (minor) negative is you have to pick up the key from the Viaduct before going to the apartment. Worked okay for us as we had a car but this could prove tricky if you didn’t have a car and had luggage. Not so much a negative as much as something that would need to be planned for logistically. Would 100% book again for our staycays!
