Stunning 2BR w Views Near Sky Tower Zodiak Stays

The location of the apt was perfect within Auckland, close to the Sky Tower. Having the washer and dryer was convenient for us. The host was very responsive and early check-in was accommodated, but for an extra cost. The check-in instructions had visuals, which made the apartment building easier to find. This is a nice place to stay if you want to be close to everything in Auckland.

Warm, Cosy with a stunning view Stefan was very responsive and gave easy instructions when checking in. Great Location right next to Skycity and many attractions for kids to have fun. Loved the Gym and Sauna which were a great addition to the booking Would highly recommend family and friends to stay there aswell. Overall 9.6/10

We unexpectedly had to make our way to Auckland from Australia and we were so grateful to find Stefan‘s place. He was so accommodating with our last minute booking! Always communicating and always being so friendly! Stefan‘s place has fantastic views of the beautiful Auckland CBD as well glorious views of the harbour. le logement était super, propre, vue magnifique sur la ville mais pas sur la sky tower comme indiqué sur l'annonce. Nous étions une famille de 4, appartement fonctionnel avec tout pour la cuisine, salle de bain propre. Matelas du lit un peu usé mais pour 3 nuits ça l'a fait.

Stefan was a great host and was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions that were asked. The apartment is in a great location right in the centre of town with everything in walking distance. When we had arrived the check in instructions were easy to follow and the apartment itself was very clean.

Great appartment at the Auckland sky Tower (other site of the street). 22nd floor with habour view. We stayed with 3 people very comfortable. Place is in a very good shape. I recommend and would stay again.

A fabulous find right in the heart of the CBD. The view across the harbour was fabulous and better than expected, we loved watching the cruise ships come and go. It was well equipped and clean and a great city escape for our family as we were able to walk everywhere. Thanks

Host was not helpful at all. Originally booked Jan 5-7, but wanted to change to Jan 6-8. Host wouldn't change it for us (even though 8th was available and will be vacant regardless if we use it or not because the apartment requires a minimum 2 day stay as the 9th was already booked by another guest). Host would not do this simply because he had a better rate on the Jan 5-7 dates instead of the 6th to 8th dates. Do not book this room if you are not 100% sure on your dates of stay because Host does not care for you.

Stefan was a great host, super responsive and quick to reply and clear with his instructions. The apartment was clean and as described - easy to walk back to when we went out as we just looked for the sky tower in order to get back. The apartment building itself was peaceful, no loud neighbours or surroundings on the 22nd floor, and it had everything we needed. A beautiful stay overall, we would definitely stay again.

This place was amazing! They really said attention to detail. The moment we entered the apartment, it felt like home. The kitchen was inviting, rooms were clean, bathroom was top tier, and the view from the balcony was just stunning. The building has a good security system, it's also situated in a prime location, Skytower was just across us, we had loads of eatery options nearby and the nearest supermarket was only about a 5 min walk. Although there were constructions nearby, it was still manageable to walk or hail uber/taxi in the area. We stayed here for 5 nights and would definitely come back again! Last but not least, it was so easy to communicate with Stefan and the team... it really felt like they were on standby 24/7, thanks so much for having us over! Till the next one..

FYI the carpark facility across the road cost $50 for overnight. The unit was kept beautifully clean and the view is stunning. Communication is excellent. Did not feel like the safest area at night though as we were harassed walking too and from the unit each time.

It was nice and clean, just the right amount of space for our group. The key pickup is not walking distance to the apartment. If you do not have a rental car, it may be helpful to have the in person check-in option. If you have a rental car, you can park right across the street in the Wilson Parking building. The price was $14/day.

Zodiak Group we’re very responsive attentive to all request. The home is true to the pictures and description. You will not be disappointed. Only issue I will state is no parking available with the apartment. Plan early for car park spaces by downloading the park mate app, a lot cheaper and very easy.
