Tucked into a quiet residential street, you’ll be just moments from Parnell Village’s cafés, restaurants and boutiques, with Auckland Domain, the Museum, Spark Arena, the waterfront and the CBD all within easy reach.

Living Area:
The light-filled living area offers a bright and airy feel. A stunning bay-style window with elegant white shutters enhances the sense of space and natural light, creating an open and inviting atmosphere. Featuring a comfortable sofa, large windows, a cosy fireplace for warm, homely charm, and a Smart TV, this is the perfect space to relax and unwind.

Kitchen:
Featuring elegant cabinetry, stone-look benchtops, and a statement range cooker, this designer space is as stylish as it is functional. Complete with an oven, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and a charming breakfast island, it offers everything you need for effortless everyday living and entertaining.

Dining Area:

Bedrooms
The home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed for comfort and relaxation. All beds are dressed in premium linens, quality pillows, and fresh, clean blankets to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Large windows fill each room with natural light, creating a bright and airy feel throughout. The master bedroom includes a Smart TV, while two of the bedrooms also offer dedicated workspaces, ideal for guests combining comfort with convenience.

Bathrooms
The home features three beautifully appointed bathrooms, thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Each bathroom includes a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. Clean, spacious, and well maintained, all bathrooms also feature showers and complimentary toiletries for your stay. For added ease, a washer and dryer are available, making extended stays even more comfortable and hassle-free.

Interaction
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours

Other Things To Note
Monthly Stays: We have a 20% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Key Pick-Up: The keys are in a lockbox at the property. We will send you full check-in instruction on the morning of your arrival date.

Parking: There is a free secure carpark at this property. There is also plenty of street parking.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the apartment for a $85 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Housekeeping: We can arrange extra weekly housekeeping during your stay if requested for the same price as the cleaning fee listed per clean. Stays longer than 21 days will be required to have a mid-stay clean at your expense. Please just send us a message if you need extra cleaning as we will need to organise this with the cleaning company we use.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 6 x tea/coffee, 9 x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes) but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
