Beautiful apartment in the perfect location for what we had planned for my son's bday weekend. My son and his friends had ample space to lounge around n play board games and cards. There was even a 1000 piece puzzle there which they started on. Everything you needed was in the apartment and because I was hosting afew energetic teenage boys, the kitchen facilities were great to be able to cook up some hearty and filling meals. Stefan was a great host and responded to our needs quite quickly. We had an issue with fuse box towards the end but that didn't dampen our stay. He was quick to help us rectify the problem and let us stay on an extra hour to compensate. Would def come back here!

Contact with the host was clear, quick and efficient. The apartment was way bigger than we expected, huge living space with great sized bedrooms. Perfect stay for a group or family need to stay somewhere central. Beds really comfortable and the apartment has everything you need. Really good value for money too

The property was very spacious, comfortable and in a convenient location to get to places although the immediate area was not so nice and the building needs some work. Although we really enjoyed our stay, unfortunately the lights in the bathrooms and bedrooms kept turning off due to fuse tripping. The host promptly organized an electrician but could not fix the problem. On checkout we received a message from Stefan to say that his cleaners said we were still there three hours after we left the property. I provided evidence that I was in Rotorua by then and he indicated he would check the building CCTV to confirm. If you do stay, I highly recommend the Thai place downstairs, although it doesn’t look like much the food is amazing! As well, 100m down the road cnr Cook & Hobson is a bakery called Luna Bakehouse. Very good!

The apartment was beautiful and clean! The only issues we had were that the elevators were often not working but that’s the building’s issue. Shower drains were clogged when we arrived but Stefan & team communicated promptly and organised a plumber ASAP. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

The place was incredible! we had a lovely stay & it was perfect for our needs... it was extremely cozy & it was easy for us to feel right at home. there were periods where the elevator was out of order but this was more likely due to the storm but even through the host was extremely responsive with helping us out. i would highly recommend staying here.

We're sorry to say this was the most disappointing experience we have had with an Airbnb booking. Pros: - Clean apartment in great complex - Central location - Comfortable for four guests Cons: - Inaccurate listing & pre-arrival information: 24/7 access to keys were advised on the listing & by the team via two phone calls. Cancelled flights resulted in a 1am arrival, closed key pick up location & having to book a hotel for the night - Customer service: No follow up from the host to ensure safe arrival & were able to check in - Apartment needs some TLC: Kettle & lights in kitchen didn’t work, no safe or kitchen consumables as advised, damaged walls, broken dishwasher drawer & bedroom blinds, front door was unlocked and ajar on arrival. It's a shame things didn't go smoothly, as this apartment is a great location in a well cared for complex, and convenient for a group - however the management company is lacking in attention to detail & personal touch.

Overall we had a nice stay and the host was very communicative. I feel it's easiest to list pros and cons: Pros: huge place, great location, nice balcony, newer well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, host was communicative. Cons: needs a bit of rehab, bath tub drain is horrible in master, old outdated furniture (except beds), stark white walls with little decor and pictures missing with hardware still on the walls, feels "clinical" not "homey", my friend had an allergy issue upon entering, may be mold or mildew, finally, to get the keys you have to go to 1 location, then proceed to the property. This made it complicated and difficult to use an Uber with 2 stops, therefore, we used the car service which turned out to be a typical cab, may have been cheaper with Uber but at least he took us to both locations easily. Finally, I would use this property again, if the bathtub was fixed and the price remained reasonable or less than other options in the area.

Location was good for walking around CBD. Instructions as to where to take trash would have been helpful. Needs a bit of tlc as it is showing some wear and not quite as spiffy as photos show. We had to pull and clean shower drain in master bath- it was completely clogged with hair and gunk and we were standing in several inches of water on our first shower! Plenty of dishes and supplies and the place is huge.

Casa sicuramente molto grande cucina perfetta e molto ben strumentata ma senza anima e un po’ sciatta con arredi che hanno visto tempi migliori. Bagni senza finestre ma con aspirazione efficiente. Grandi balconi. Si può vedere anche una fettina di mare. Inoltre il sistema di consegna delle chiavi è scomodo e macchinoso perché bisogna andare a prendere le chiavi dell’appartamento in un’altra zona del centro città dove sono centralizzate le cassette di sicurezza. Solo al costo di 50€ le chiavi vengono consegnate nell’appartamento

Really enjoyed the accommodation. It was well located and very spacious. Place needs a bit of renovation with damaged cupboards and holes in plaster. We had some non working PowerPoints that were a bit inconvenient and made using the dishwasher difficult but we worked this out. The apartment had Incredibly comfortable beds. The parking was great but instructions for entry to the garage was not up to date. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

The layout and space was perfect for our family of 6. Unfortunately for 3/5 nights both showers were flooding - major issue with plumbing. In the end it was sorted with the plumber but then there was not enough hot water for more than 4 people (2 had cold showers both mornings). The coffee machine didn't work from day 1 which was disappointing. No central heating but they provided heaters we could use in each room so was fine. Having to go to different location to collect keys was an inconvenience when having travelled all day but we managed. Frying pans need to be updated as impossible to cook without sticking. I would come back again - but only if the showers are working as they should and there is a coffee machine working!

The apartment was very nice and was in the perfect location for us. The parking space was a good bonus. However, there was 6 of us and the ammenities were not enough for all of us. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was also not up to standard. But we enjoyed our stay and had a good time.

The location of the apartment was great - close to Auckland CBD and an added bonus that there was a carpark included. The apartment was clean enough but not to a high standard - fingerprints on windows and dirty/scuffed walls, dirty cushions on the couch to list a few things. There was no scrubbing brush or dish cloth in the kitchen and no apartment extras - no spare rubbish bags (only the 2 in the rubbish bin on arrival), no salt or pepper or cooking oil, only 1 (or 2) dishwasher tablets. As we were staying a week I would have thought a few "essentials" would have been provided. All bathroom drains were clogged and none drained (neither bathroom sink & neither shower). They did provide drain-o once it was requested but was put down to "building drain issues". The drain-o didn't help. Upon checking in, we also realised someone was in our "designated" carpark (specific details that were provided by the owner on check in). There were numerous calls made and no one answered the airbnb contact phone number. A voicemail was left but a message via the airbnb app was the only way they got back to me. They told us someone was in the apartment park and to use a different one. The location and layout of the apartment suited us well but I won't be staying at this apartment again.

Great location, spacious apartment, big bedrooms...but very very noisey. The apartment lift is right beside apartment and is heard all night. The apartment is located a block away from central police station so sirens blare throughout the night.
