Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf! De ruimte was groot en schoon. Verder had de keuken alles wat we nodig hadden en was het fijn dat we van het zwembad gebruik konden maken. De badkamer is wel wat gedateerd. Al met al was het een fijn verblijf.

An amazing downtown apartment in the CBD. Easy walk/scooter ride to the wharf, sky tower, museums and so many restaurants. Our host was very responsive and clarified all questions within minutes of me sending a message. The roof top pool was fantastic. 10/10. I would recommend to anyone who wants to spend time in downtown Auckland. Also the acceas from major roads was simple. Plus included parking space was right nextdoor. Thanks for hosting us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and thoughtfully arranged, providing both comfort and a sense of privacy, which made it feel like a home away from home. Check-in and check-out were both seamless and well organised. I would also like to sincerely thank the staff member who assisted me when I accidentally left behind a very important paper bag. I believe her name was Rochelle (apologies if I have this wrong). She kindly coordinated the timing between the cleaners and myself, allowing me to collect the bag from the lobby without any difficulty. Great space, had everything my family needed for our trip to New Zealand. Beds were extremely comfortable. Great amenities, including rooftop, pool, hot tub, sauna.

Stefan’s apartment was a lovely, quiet & spacious oasis and presented just like the photos. Was clean and well appointed. Was fabulous having access to both the outdoor and indoor pools, along with the sauna and spa. I would recommend you bring your own beach towels however, as these are not provided. There is a fantastic cafe called The Peoples’ Barista (2 mins away) on Kingston street for great breaky. \n\nThe building is situated fairly well in relation to easy access to the action in central Auckland being only 5 mins walk away.\n\nOverall would highly recommend this property

What a fantastic spacious place to stay! We haven't slept that well in a long time... Beds were so comfy! Living space just worked so well and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the space. So nice to have a bath to relax in too. Highly recommend for people wanting a great location to relax in and do day trips from 😊

Stefan's apartment exceeded all our expectations! The location is absolutely unbeatable, right next to the Sky Tower with shopping and the harbor within easy walking distance. The apartment was spotless with such tasteful interior design that my wife didn't want to leave. We were blessed with great weather and spent plenty of time enjoying the pool and whirlpool. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. Honestly, we can't think of a single negative: this place is fantastic. We highly recommend Stefan's apartment and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place felt just like home! Perfectly located right across from SkyCity Casino and less than a 10-minute walk to Queen Street and the Viaduct precinct. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay it truly was a home away from home. Stefan was an excellent communicator, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again next time we’re in Auckland!

Took awhile to find the key as the logo was small on a window and the carparking was a nightmare as our card wouldn't work. We called Wilsons and got it re-set but it still didn't work so had to call them everytime we left and entered. The actually accomodation was great- nice to have a salt water pool and also spa.

A very central location with all the extras you can expect from a hotel stay (pool, sauna, gym). Great place for a city trip with well chosen furniture. The team was easy to communicate with and answers came always right away. Would very much recommend!

The apartment was in a great location, less than 5 minutes walk to the sky tower, with lovely city views of the harbour bridge and city lights. It looks like the photos and was nice and clean. Stefan was great to communicate with and the info about checking in and out was clear and easy. A few things that could do with improving. 1. The blind cord in the main bedroom is broken, so if you want it dark (as we did with our newborn), you have to manually pull it down. Then if you want more light, you have to wind it up by hand standing on a chair. 2. There must have been a blockage or something as after our bath, we let the water out and it came gushing up through the drain in the floor. Meaning we couldn’t empty the bath or the place would have flooded. 3. I love that it’s an old building with lots of character and original floor boards, but some are so noisey we had to dance around them or we would have woken our baby up. 4. A guest book and info book would have been nice.

We completely understand how important it is to control light for sleep, and we’ve already sourced a replacement and will be fixing it as soon as possible. Regarding the plumbing issue, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We weren’t previously aware of the problem, but we have investigated and this issue is now resolved. We also appreciate your suggestion about having a guest book or info folder in the apartment. Currently, all our guest information is provided digitally on the morning of check-in, but your feedback is valuable and we’ll definitely consider adding a physical copy in the future for added convenience. Thanks again for staying with us and for taking the time to share your experience - we truly appreciate it.

與照片中明亮感完全不符合，走進去就想離開有一個很奇怪的味道，入住處和停車處不一樣非常不方便，住處非常破舊，地板多處破掉用膠帶貼起來，踩起來會發出很多聲音，廚房用品鍋具刮傷生鏽，皮沙發也已感覺使用過度無皮感，臥室被子霉味也很重，清潔度很不足，淋浴間冷熱水分開需要人工調節，整體住處都非常的不舒服，重點是~我們離開後還莫名其妙的說我們刮傷了地毯需要賠償，這應該是我住過最糟糕的地方，非常的糟糕

The apartment is located in a heritage building, and the original wooden floors are part of its character. Some natural wear is to be expected given the building's age. We take cleanliness seriously, and the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before each stay. We're always more than happy to remedy any concerns if we’re made aware of them during a guest’s visit. We also appreciate you pointing out the condition of the pots and pans. These items will be replaced to ensure they’re in great condition for future guests. Regarding the rug, we contacted you after your departure when new damage was found.
