Such an amazing stay! The studio was in such a perfect location, felt right at home and it was very clean! Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the city but don’t want to be right in the middle of all of the hustle and bustle. Can’t wait to come back!

This was a return visit to the property and it was as perfect as the first time . Lovely chic , very clean apartment with lviews of the harbour . Fabulous position for cafes for morning coffees and easy walk to central city and waterfront . Stefan was very attentive and would thoroughly recommend

Stefans place was exactly as described and the location was perfect for walking or using hire scooters to get around the local area, plenty of great restaurants a bars and for getting around Auckland as the bus station is very closeby so no need for a car. Would recommend to couples or singles who love the day and nightlife of Auckland city....

Stunning apartment, probably the best Airbnb I’ve found for value in the city. Beautifully furnished with a luxurious bed, modern bathroom/kitchen, generous balcony. Highly recommend!

Great apartment, great location, clean, except as below. A key feature is the generously sized balcony which presumably is a nice place to be. The motorised firm material blind which covered the door to access the balcony was down and couldn’t be raised because the motor was broken. This was known before we moved in (confirmed by more than one party). The apartment should not have been rented like this. Also there was winter bedding (in summer) - we swapped it out for a bed-throw which was fine, except it was covered in stains. Yuck. The aircon remote was smashed so you could not work the air con. Simply things like dishwasher brushes need to be replaced. We reported these on day one of a five stay and were “thanked for our patience”. Nothing was done over the 5 days. My guess is a penny pinching owner. I’d be wary.

Stefan’s place was very clean and modern, as described, in a great, newly regenerated area of docklands that was walkable to the CBD, but also had good restaurants and cafes on its doorstep. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Auckland.

Easy to find in a peaceful area in the CBD. Great access to public buses as well so it’s easy to get around. The place was clean and true to its description. What I liked the most is the host is extremely responsive and answers in a timely manner. Great place! Will definitely stay again 💯

Es hat uns hier sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann und man ist in ein paar Minuten Fussweg überall. Der Balkon ermöglicht einen schönen Ausblick und trotz der Lage ist es ruhig.

Booked this for my uncle and auntie. They enjoyed their stay, especially liking how modern and clean it is and having everything in a good amount of space. Only challenge was struggling with the WiFi for most of their stay and having it finally working on the last day.

Stefan is a great host! Very responsive - catering to any request within a reasonable time frame. Easy to find apartment and the lock box. Handy as it was close to the apartment complex. Pretty clean & tidy. Apartment had everything you needed! Great for a short stay. Surrounded by lots of cool cafes/restaurants & even better very close to the Viaduct Harbour for a nice early morning walk. Air con did leak an odd smell when on. So kept it off. Could do with a filter check! However, still very satisfied with the place! 😀

럭셔리 신축 아파트의 스튜디오(원룸)이에요! 둘이 쓰기엔 딱 좋고 시설이 진짜 좋습니다. 주방 도구, 그릇, 컵 엄청 많고 식세기도 있어요. tv, 세탁기 전부 삼성 제품으로 넷플, 유툽 다 됩니다. 너무 좋은 방인데 아무래도 기업?에서 집을 여럿사서 청소부를 따로 고용한 형태이다보니 청소나 관리가 아주 잘되어있진 않아요. 딱 눈에 보이는 더러움만 치운 느낌,,? 소파가 스웨이드 재질인데 누우면 뭔가 냄새..? 타인의 채취가 솔솔 올라오고 카펫바닥은 뭔가 축축해서 찝찝해서 방에서 신발신고 있었네요. 다행히 침대, 이불은 다 상태 좋았습니다! 바닷가 부촌에 위치해서 주변에 아주 힙한 브런치집, 카페도 있고 도보 6분 거리에 중간 사이즈 마트도 있어요. 다만 메인 거리 나가려면 필수로 버스 타야합니다 (도보 20분)

Comfortable apartment in a good part of town, close to variety of restaurants. My only whinge would be lighting....it would be nice to have some table lamps. While the ceiling lights were dimmable, the dimmest setting was still too bright ....for our tastes as least. Some choice would not go unnoticed. That aside, great place.

Didn’t end up staying here. Host on the day before I check in told me he couldn’t accommodate but refused to cancel. Had to get Airbnb involved and it was finally canceled. Quite a stressful day having to deal with the situation.

Hi Hairi, this review is very misleading. You had asked us if we were able to refund your booking as you were not able to make your original check-in date. We let you know that you would need to cancel from your side and you would receive a partial refund. As you wouldn't cancel the booking and became very aggressive, we asked Airbnb from our side to get involved and cancel the booking for you.

This Air Bnb was lush!!! Definitely worth the stay! The room made us feel extremely comfortable so we booked an extra night in. We cooked every night and made some really good food thanks to the awesome kitchenette provided. I wish I could take the bathroom space home with me. 100% would recommend this Air bnb. Friendly and proactive host. Great view and close to restaurants and shops. Would visit again ??

A few mins ahead and you have a countdown (grocery mart) as well. I had the chance of small conversations with the other residents and they were all so friendly and helpful. This is NOT a normal Air B&B place as it’s in an apartment building that has additional security checks . I didn’t feel Comfortable uploading our passports to a third party site ( Zodiak? ) and not on Air B & B app. You can order airport pick up and that cancelled 6 hrs before we flew to Auckland and the keys were also located away from the apt. Stefan arranged another driver in time to meet our flight ( thanks god ) as we had golf clubs and luggage . We requested someone to meet us at the apt with the key but this was not arranged . Also one set of keys makes it difficult for Apt access if you want to go out separately . Location is good but this is not a simple book and stay . Apt requires attention on balcony as plants are dead , no manual , no lamps and No windows . If you don’t Mind sleeping with the balcony door open you will be fine on the 6 th floor ! Too much hassle for me .

Lovely place to stay. I’d highly recommend it but do note key pickup is about 900m from the accommodation so if you have a lot of bags be aware of this. For those travelling light an eScooter is a great way to get there

Great location, quiet area and building. Easy access to pedestrian bridge that takes you to the noisier, party area. Lots of great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We spend 6 days here. Condo is as photos show, well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

posibly a phone call to explain check in as we did find it hard understanding keys etc. Probably my dumb fault. haha blind damaged in the room unusable. and check out was probably one of the worst as check out was 10 am at 1010 the cleaners were nocking on our door telling us u need to get out or u will get charged extra we have a 6 month and i had to go pick the car up Then a phone call from our agent telling us we have to leave as we were leaving. was just aukward. and not very professional. Thanks very much for the stay.
