The only issue is that we weren't aware that there was an event and we had difficulty getting to our parking. And I suggest that if children is going to sleep in your Airbnb, have single beds. My daughters were in their teens and they refused to share beds. But other than that, your residence was so spacey and a great kitchen. Worth the money I pay for.

The apartment was clean and well-maintained. The hosts communicated well too. Would recommend it to anyone! Just keep in mind that the second bedroom just barely fits the bed so there’s no space to walk or open a big suitcase.

The location for Spark Arena is perfect. You couldn’t get any closer. Despite being right in town it is a very spacious place, and overlooking the park doesn’t make you feel closed in at all. Two carparks is a real bonus. Easy access to the motorways made things easy. Would definitely book this place again if I was going to another gig at Spark Arena or needing to be central Auckland City

The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained.The surrounding neighborhood, however, felt a bit lacking in charm. One thing to note: the standard check in time is 3 pm and checkout is at 10 am which felt a little restrictive. Extending checkout by even a couple of hours came with a steep additional fee, which was a bit disappointing.

We booked the apartment to be close to Spark Arena, and couldn't have been much closer! Apartment is large, free of clutter and has a well equipped kitchen. Stefan's use of a check-in and check-out service made it really clear what to do in both cases. We would stay again.

Departamento muy completo en un lindo barrio, a unos 20-30 minutos caminando de las principales atracciones. Es más grande de lo que parece en las fotos. Muy bien equipado, cómodo y limpio. Tener en cuenta que los dormitorios y baños están en el segundo piso. Lo único malo fue que nos costó un poco entrar al estacionamiento, pero solucionado eso todo perfecto.

It was a great spot. Although there were a few minor issues, they were nothing that affected our stay. We would happily return. The host was very flexible with us when our circumstances suddenly changed and very easy to communicate with.

A spacious squeaky clean apartment, well located, with extremely comfortable beds! The host was responsive when we struggled to get inside the apartment. We slept so well and really enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Everything was spotless and well thought through. Very easy to walk to the harbour and visit the city. Shops and bars within 10min walk. Really recommend!

There was a problem with the poor cleanliness of the apartment. Stefan responded immediately and due to the foul odour and lack of cleanliness in all the rooms, we checked out as soon as we checked in. This was due to a problem with the cleaners, not Stefan, who responded immediately to our concerns and was very kind and generous with his response. If you’re attending an event at the Arena, the location is fantastic.

The place is very spacious and quiet - especially surprising given it's next to a concert venue. Security blocked any concert goes from entering the apartment area. Easy walk to public transportation. Cheap Uber ride to the CBD and wharf. Kitchen appeared to be very well equipped although we didn't use anything but the hot water kettle.

Gorgeous space, amazing location, and very CLEAN- I’m quite picky and usually feel the need to wipe surfaces down before I get settled in, but felt no need with this place! Also, the location is quite literally on Spark Arenas door step, which was perfect for us; despite this, the area was very quiet and peaceful. Definitely a hidden gem and so glad we were able to stay for a few days.

The location of this place is absolutely incredible, especially if you have an event to attend at Spark Arena. The space is very well-appointed with nice decor. The kitchen is also extremely well-equipped. There were a few things that I wish were different, however, it wouldn't stop me from booking again. For example, there is no toilet downstairs so every time we wanted to use the bathroom we had to go upstairs to where the bedrooms are. The bed in the master bedroom also was quite soft, so if you prefer a firm bed you may not find it very comfortable. My husband and I kept rolling into the middle. There were a few things around the apartment that were broken, however when I reported these to the host he was very responsive, so hopefully, those will be fixed for the next visitors. Overall this was a lovely apartment and I would stay again.

Great location for anyone going to spark arena, we loved just waking up each day and being able to walk across the road. Would have loved a couple more towels for the amount of time we stayed and for the kids as there weren’t any for them. There was no power adapter for the vacuum cleaner and the waste disposal in the sink wasn’t working when we arrived but they sent someone to come fix it which worked for a day then stopped again. Smaller bedroom is super hard to get to the other side of the bed and the heat pump remote didn’t work for the room so did get a bit chilly at night. Great having Apple TV available

Great apartment - can walk to anything downtown, and having secure carpark was excellent. This place is quiet and has a park outlook with cute balcony/deck. It is well equipped, good amenities, and looks just like the photos. I travelled with my daughter so two bedrooms and two bathrooms was ideal. Excellent communication from the host team, check in by lock-box and easy check-out.

We really enjoyed our stay at Stefan's place. The main bedroom and living area are much bigger than what we were expecting, and everything was clean and tidy. If you want to be central the location is ideal. It's on the city fringe but also backs onto a small park so you're not totally surrounded by buildings. Check in process was a breeze and communication was excellent. Any questions that we had were answered immediately. Thanks for a great stay!
