3 mins walk to Queen St's retail strip, with transport hubs nearby.

The space
Our apartment is perfectly situated for both business and pleasure travellers and is equipped with all the necessities you may need! This apartment will be a great choice for your stay with a small kitchenette, Smart TV, and super comfy queen bed.

Here at Zodiak Stays, we provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival. We have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible:

The main room of the apartment has a fully functional kitchen with oven, microwave, and dish washer. The living area has a sofa, a smart TV, and a dining table with three chairs. There is also a beautiful balcony with city views and a glimpse of the ocean - great for a cup of coffee in the morning!

There is a washing machine and dryer tucked away in a cupboard in the bathroom.

Please note that a refundable security deposit (authorised and held by your card provider, not charged to us) is required as part of the booking process.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

Interaction
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Other Things To Note

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Key Pick-Up: On-site lockbox. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.

Parking: We do not have a free carpark for this building but nearby paid parking options are available.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the apartment for a $85 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay (4x shampoo, 4x bodywash, 6x tea/coffee, 4x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes) but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed apartment Zodiak Stays so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced apartment. As above, weekly housekeeping can still be arranged as an extra service.

Great views and location excellent.

The apartment was very nice and had great views over Auckland. The Sky Tower was right next door. Very central for sightseeing excursions and exploring around the city. The cleanliness of the bathrooms could have been better. They were not as clean as they should be. Made the management company aware of this.

We had a wonderful stay. It was very spacious with great views. Very clean. The location is central to shopping, resturants and tourist attractions. Is a bit of a walk to the harbor, but not bad.THe kitchen was well appointed and the place was clean. Being ultra picky, the arm rests of the couch should be covered or re-cleaned and the fabric is stained and it maybe time to update one of the beds. The managment was very responsive and quick to reply. I would send friends to stay here with confidence.

Great central location for short stay

Great central location. The instructions to entry and exit were easy to follow. The staff were extremely helpful. The room has everything you need for a two night stay. The TV didn't work as there was no free cable box.

Pre-Cruise stay

This property was perfect for 2 couples. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The location was great! A 2 min walk to Queen street and the water front. The grocery store even closer. Check in was easy and the building was secure. Plenty of restaurants near by as well. You can see the Sky Tower from the balcony. Very clean and amenities were included. An Irish bar and a pizza place located just around the corner of the building entrance. If we ever get the opportunity to stay in Auckland again, we would definitely book again!!

Great apartment , beautiful view, exceptionally clean and couldn’t be more central. Only a short walk to get key which wasn’t a problem.
Might have been me but I had real trouble getting the form signed . The link didn’t seem to work properly and wax lots of repeat sendings and messages.. got my young daughter onto it as well in case it was because I was old😂 … but sorted it out eventually. Maybe sending the form by PDF and an email to scan back to would help.
But great stay wonderful place and really reasonable for central Auckland . Thanks!

Stefan's place was just what we needed. Something nice and central with a washing machine after a long northern hemisphere trip. Auckland was on my way home and this was just a great place to chill for 5 days.
I definitely the airport transfer, especially if you arriving late as they take you to the lock box and then the apartment building entrance which can be a little difficult to find after over 25 hours of travelling!
Stefan and his crew are very responsive and check in which was great. I would highly recommend.

I recently stayed at Stefan's place, an Airbnb in Auckland City and had an exceptional experience. The place was incredibly comfortable, providing a cosy and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. And to top it off it had an amazing view! The location was perfect, conveniently situated close to everything I needed—shops, restaurants, and public transport were all within easy reach. The host was very attentive and responded promptly to any questions I had. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Auckland, it's an ideal and convenient place to stay.

Great place and location, especially for someone who plans to go to the sky tower. a 2-minute walk away from the sky-tower. Parking was not available with this place, although there was a ‘Secure Parking’ located right outside for around $45 for 2 whole days, on Federal Street, which was right across from the hotel door - therefore very convenient. There was also a coffee club, 1-minute walk away so breakfast was great. Due to the access of the sky-tower, parking, and breakfast, I think it is worth the price.

A really great little apartment. Two bedrooms and bathrooms was a great find for us. Fantastic views, clean and an easy walk to everywhere.

Location was great, views were fantastic, friendly and easy communication, beds comfy and great amenities. We will be back! Apartment was clean and tidy except for bottom of net curtains. This is the first thing you notice so be good to get them cleaned.

Great location, apartment was fit for purpose and a good size for 3-4 people. We had major issues with gaining acces with faulty keys not working. This definitely added unnecessary stress and frustration throughout the stay. However the staff on call were helpful and polite and offered assistance where possible.

Really enjoyed my 2 week stay in this unit. Location is absolutely fantastic, right across from the Sky Tower, close to amazing restaurants, and very central to just about anything you might want to head to in the Auckland CBD area. The unit itself is fantastic, practical, and was a great staging spot for whatever I got up to in the city and beyond. Would book again if the price remains as reasonable as it was this time!

Stefan’s place was closed to restaurants, fish market and shopping area. Didn’t need to rent a car, could easily walk and explore the surrounding areas. It’s also near the airport shutter pick up/drop off. Will recommend the apartment to others. The little downside is that the key pick up is about 3-5mins away from the apartment.

The apartment was very clean and close to the waterfront (which is where we spent most of our time) as well as right down town. The immediate surrounding area felt very unsafe walking around but it was only a few minutes walk to get away from that area. We parked in the reccomend Parking garage right across the street from the apartment, where the entire stair well was covered in urine. The apartment had everything included in the description except for the use of the apartments facilities which we originally were told we had access to but then were later told we were not allowed to use. There was AC that kept the living room and kitchen cool easily but it didn’t hit the bedrooms which made it tough because opening the windows at night wasn’t helpful as people were screaming in the streets during all hours. The place itself was very nice but the immediate surroundings weren’t great. The host was fantastic and very quick to answer any questions and give a ton of help.

The accommodation provided by Stefan was great. We were a little confused as to where we should put our rubbish at the end of our stay as we couldn't find a rubbish room in the building. However, I would recommend this place to others and would definitely stay again.
