Great location! Right next to the Sky Tower and right in the heart of the CBD. Neat and tidy, nice balcony, two descent sized rooms and appartments were very secure. Not much room to store suitcases or clothes but we managed. Great stay, would highly recommend

Ticked all the boxes in terms of utilities. Communication was always great. The Gym was very very handy as well. The building was secure, but the surrounding neighbourhood did feel a little unsafe at times especially with two young children. The notices in the lift regarding fortnightly Dog Drug testing was a little unnerving

Great place to stay! It was exactly as advertised, the mangers were very good communicators (quick & clear), and the location is convenient to just about anything you’d want/need.

Apartment is very good value and has been kept clean and furnished nicely. We had a few issues with the dryer and tv when we first moved in but building maintenance addressed these promptly. If you want a quiet apartment with a safe and secure location however, you might want to try a different apartment complex. The neighbourhood is not particularly safe.

Lovely apartment. Clean, and quiet. Access door is actually on Federal st, not Victoria street. Key is available via an additional fee (concierge), or a pickup 500 meters away.

The apartment is very well located, there are plenty of transport options, restaurants, museums, schools, universities and beyond in the surrounding areas. The place itself is exactly as it looks in the photos. The beds are very comfy, the kitchen is fully equipped and the area felt very nice. Stefan has been an amazing host; always aware of any request we've had. Thank you Stefan!

Appartment looks exactly like in the pictures. It is clean, comfortable, very well equipped and overall really nice. We stayed there during lockdown as we were awaiting flight back home, and we really felt like at home. Smart tv with Netflix really helped with keeping us entertained. Crew managing the appartment was very helpful and quick to answer all questions. I would definitely stay there again! :) Ps. I really appreciated real paintings hanging on the wall, instead of cheap print-outs, it was very nice detail :)

Pro: Great location for multiple reasons - ferry dock is only 10min walk if you are planning to visit different islands. Art gallery is close and ponsonby is only 10min uber rose. Sky tower is right around the corner with lots of restaurants and bars. Beds are very comfortable, washer/dryer is relatively new and kitchen has enough space to cook. Gym is on the third floor- it’s small but it got some machines. Swimming pool seemed very cute. Not many people around so it’s almost like having your own gym. Con: Place is not spotless clean. It’s clean enough. It didn’t bother us as we stayed at hostels for last whole week but cigarette buds in the plant pot and hair in the kitchen sink grossed me out. I’m sure it’s easy to fix. There are two elevators in the whole building so give extra time. You can see most of people going in and out are tourists with luggages. Because it’s run by a management there is no personal touch. For example, info sheet on the table was wrong and when we need some answers the after hour contact number didn’t work. We had to wait til the morning to get a response. Not sure how involved they are with the whole cleaning process. There are constructions everywhere around the downtown so it’s a bit crowded. For the price it is a great deal overall.

Every time the householder replies the information is very timely. And helped us delay check-out. The location of the house is very good. It's next to the sky tower. The bed is also very comfortable. But the house is not clean, and the balcony has a strong smell.

Location is good , appartment facing the back of the building. Clean and good upscale upholstery but appartment is very small.

L'emplacement est idéal, l'appartement est très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Entièrement équipé, ce logement est un excellent rapport qualité prix. Je recommande fortement. Bon séjour.

Wonderfully located allowing for easy access to almost any part of the city! Very clean, beds were super comfortable, modern look, and hosts were really easy to get in touch with! Will definitely be back in the future!

The place was amazing and I'm thankful for the quick response we received when we had certain questions. Great location! This is going to be our go to place whenever we're in Auckland now. Only issue I had was that there weren't enough toiletries for 3 people, especially for 2 nights.

Everything was perfect, exactly as described, in the heart of the CBD, 2 min walk to sky tower + convention centre, super clean, everything there what you need, comfy beds, nice intro by Atul. Plenty of eateries and coffee places at your doorstep, can recommend the Turkish restaurant around the corner on Vic St and the coffee place thru Seven Mart . Thanks a lot!

立地は最高です。バスも便利ですが向かいがスカイシティでここには安心して使えるタクシー会社の車が常駐しているのも助かりました。ジムも思ってたより使いました。良かったです。買い物も徒歩2分の所にカウントダウンというスーパーがあります。また、その一本裏にはJapanMartもあります。部屋も綺麗です。総じて快適に過ごせました。

It’s a very convenient place across from Coffee Club and only about 100 meters Sky Tower. It’s very clean and tidy with a good open view. We enjoy total privacy in this apartment building. Strong recommendation!

Good evening Stefan, my son and I found ourselves very well in your apartment. Even though we didn't meet personally we were accompanied by you throughout our stay. For every need it was enough for me to send you a message to which you responded immediately. The apartment is small but very well laid out. For two people it's perfect. Nothing is missing. The kitchen looks new, the washing machine and dryer have been very useful to me. We didn't use the balcony because it was winter but in the summer it will certainly be nice to have breakfast there. The beds in the two rooms are very comfortable. The location is great for getting around the city and close to public transport stops and grocery stores. Thank you so much for your availability and if we come back to Auckland we will certainly come to you. I highly recommend this apartment. Best wishes. Germana and Lorenzo.

Stefan's place was neat, clean and tidy. We had everything we needed and were within walking distance of Auckland's city attractions. Sky Tower was just across the way so a good landmark for us to find our way back to the apartment each day. Would stay again without hesitation. :-)

Very neat apartment in heart of Auckland. One block from Queen street and shopping district. great amenities close by Apartment was touch small, but big enough for two and well furnished In house gym and pool - again bit small but good enough for a short stay Check in was easy Thanks Stefan
