We had a lovely 4-night stay and really enjoyed our time here. The place was clean, comfortable, and well set up with everything we needed. It was a relaxing and pleasant experience, and we’d happily stay again. Thank you for a great stay!

The place is well located in a quiet neighbourhood. The locality is quite upmarket. Essential services such as coffee shop, supermarket, post shop, takeaways etc are a walking distance. If you would like to bus it to the city, the stop is just across the road. There is one garage attached to the property which is road facing but we did not use it. Parking on its open lawns outside the main door or along the shared driveway is not permitted. Plenty of on road parking which appears to be relatively safe. Good experience as we are returning again soon😊

Easy to find and walking distance to shopping mall. Lovely new kitchen and bathroom. Slightly dated doors and windows. A bread knife and kitchen scissors would be helpful, also clothes pegs. Amazing pillows. Beds comfortable enough, but very creaky!

Clean and tidy, good beds, good location. Seating in lounge minimal, no pictures on the wall, no pot plants, scratched paint work in places, has a TV but no channels or apps loaded (have to log in to your own). Felt like the owner had done the bare minimum for a rental.

My family enjoyed an eight-night stay at Stefan's place (host) and we found it to be a truly lovely experience. The location was very convenient, and the only minor issue we encountered was with the car parking. However, everything else was excellent. The kitchen had been recently updated, and it was a pleasure to use. Stefan was incredibly easy to communicate with and responded promptly whenever we needed assistance. We would certainly consider returning in the future. This place comes with a strong recommendation. Thank you Stefan 😊

We enjoyed our stay at Stefans Place. It is in a good location, very easy to find and handy, there is a supermarket 500m away. It is very quiet even though it is on a busy road. The house was sunny and warm with a nice outlook and very clean. We enjoyed the new kitchen and good laundry facilities.

It wasnt an inherently bad stay, it was okay for the most part but we were unclear on the parking spaces, my little brother nearly fell through the deck and the dryer didnt really dry the clothes. Other than that it was a good place to stay, the matress was to firm to actually sleep on so two of us just ended up sleeping on the floor. It also wasn't warm the house was cold and the hearter didnt heat up the house and barely heated up the lounge

Cute little unit with spacious lounge area and lovely modern kitchen. location was great, just a short drive to shops and restaurants. We couldn't hear any road noise in the unit at all. We really enjoyed our stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an awesome 10-day stay here with our family of five! The townhouse was super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. It’s in a great spot—nice and quiet, but still close to shops, restaurants, and everything else. Any time we had a small issue or question, the host was really quick to respond and super helpful. The only thing we’d suggest is maybe offering a free change of towels and linens during longer stays like ours—that would’ve been a nice extra touch. Overall though, we had a great experience and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

The house fulfilled our needs and expectations - it was clean and tidy and had all the requirements for a short stay. However, as it is run by a corporate property management company the facilities are functional and equipment is minimal - just what you would need but no more.The house itself was fine, but the process of trying to book the property was horrendous and if it wasn't such a short notice booking, we would have gone elsewhere. They were demanding, officious and illogical. It took 3 days and over 50 emails to resolve. Finally we were able to track down a phone number and after 6 attempts the phone was answered. Be aware you are dealing with a faceless, difficult to contact corporate who will take your payment details, ID, bond and communication outside of the bookabach portal. At the end of the day it was fine, but their booking system was disconcerting and created a range of pain points, that businesses should be aiming to eliminate for customers.

phoned and emailed for 3 days advising on the rotting verandah which we could not walk on with absolutely no response, this was a terrible company to deal with, ended up having to leave the house and find alternative accommodation and fight for a refund. The unit was clean but the verandah was unusable the beds were so hard that we all had sore backs also TV did not work, would not recommend this property or the company looking after it as they were truly dreadful to deal with.
