We had a wonderful few days in this waterside apartment. Great views out to the harbour bridge, and very walkable - lots of restaurants nearby, as well as Viaduct Harbour and the ferry terminal. Highly recommended. Just as described.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Auckland at Stefan's place. The check in and lockbox instructions were extremely clear with photos and everything. We easily found the place and were thankful we were able to check in early. The location is great and extremely walkable. We arrived by cruise ship and could easily walk to the flat. We also walked to restaurants for dinner and to the ferry station to go to Waiheke Island. The amenities within the flat were also great. We were able to wash clothes and cook breakfast after a quick walk to the local market. The best part about Stefan's place were the views. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio and watching the boats. We would definitely return and stay here the next time we're in Auckland.

This apartment is beautiful with a brilliant view. The balcony is fabulous with wonderful views of the harbor, and you can open all the doors and windows for wonderful breezes. The kitchen was very well appointed, with a dishwasher and microwave, lots of pots and pans and ample cutting boards and knives. The bedding was very nice, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is amazing. It's across from the Hilton, so we just used the Hilton as our location when booking Uber. The Ferry Terminal is a five minute walk and all of Auckland is easily accessible. Be sure to visit Shucker Brothers at the Ferry Building for oysters and a glass of Rose! Highly Recommended.

This apartment is situated in a great location on Princes Wharf. It is walking distance to ferries, buses, supermarkets, Wynyard Quarter, Viaduct Harbour, Commercial Bay and Queen Street. It is a well presented property that is spacious and nicely presented and generally quiet with beautiful views to the Harbour Bridge, Wynyard Quarter and Auckland Harbours with full afternoon and evening sun.

We found this beautiful place right on the pier perfect for our Auckland visit. We sat on the balcony each day watching the sailboats and the gorgeous skyline. The glass sliding doors provided a lovely view whether opened or closed. We highly recommend Stefan’s place!!

Awesome apartment with a beautiful view of the harbor and the bridge. Right by a lot of busy restaurants and bars but far enough down the pier that sound was not a problem. Doesn’t get more waterfront than being literally over the water. Walked and scootered all around downtown and the waterfront from here, and caught a ferry from a block away to explore neighborhoods on the other side of the harbor. Cruise ships parked on the other side of the pier, but not in front of the unit while we were there so our view from the balcony was unobstructed.

Stefan is a terrible host. He should never be allowed to do this job. The moment I arrived at his place, where I stayed for more than 12 days, the internet was not working. I work every single day and I rely on internet connection at all times, but Stefan ignored me every single day despite my countless requests to fix the issue. I was completely unable to work, and the lack of respect and consideration from both him and the team was unbelievable. They never even tried to solve the problem. At the end of my stay did Stefan offer me a refund, but when it came time to actually process it, he suddenly invented a “fee” of more than $200 because I had left a few dishes unwashed at checkout. A complete scam. To make things worse, a week after my stay he had the nerve to request money from me for a nail from a table that he claimed I removed. Seriously? Why on earth would I ever remove a nail from a table? This is insane. This host lives off inventing damages and stealing money from guest!

Great location, responsive host, spacious apartment with beautiful views. Felt safe and secure. A few reasons we didn't give 5 stars: Plates and mugs grimey- think this might be more due to the dishwasher than anything else. Outdoor and indoor furniture stained and worn. Awoke to unbelievably loud Construction noise one morning during our stay. Although "generator noise" was flagged in the listing, this sounded like jack hammering and vibrated through our whole apartment. We had to leave as the noise was unbearable and we had to shout to have a conversation. Perhaps check with hosts. TV does not function and host was unable to resolve. As mentioned in other posts, the showerhead needs attention, sprays in all directions. Overall, a good stay, but the place could use an update.

This is the place you are looking for. Incredible view, very private, great location. Would recommend, it is a great value and the perfect place to spend a week or weekend. This is the best view of any Airbnb or hotel I have ever stayed at. The bridge lighting up at night is spectacular!

Given how central the apartment is, we found it wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The view over the harbour is spectacular and the high-ceilings give the place a feeling of space and tranquility. You can walk easily to the hubbub of downtown Auckland and the Viaduct and then come back and relax. The ferries are also right on the doorstep, perfect for a trip to Devonport or Waiheke.

Stefan was an excellent host and I can’t say enough about what a fantastic location this apartment is in. Great restaurants, shopping, tours, nightclubs and access to public transport. The apartment was spacious, had everything we needed and an excellent outlook across the harbour. Everything was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Stefan’s apartment and we will stay there again next time we are in Auckland.

Great location. The bathroom could talcum do with an upgrade. Very dark, a little grimy and the shower head sprayed in all directions. My stay was marred by Stefan accusing me of damaging a shelf in the refrigerator which was plainly evident when I arrived, due to a large and heavy jug of water in the side door. The listing had mentioned that the refrigerator was out of order when I first looked at the property on the air bnb site but he eventually got back to me after several enquiries about whether it has been fixed and said it had. I suspect that the damage may have occured during the "repair". Or have been obviously evident before that, raising a possibility of whether he tries us or with all of his guests to get additional money for preexisting damage. And then he accused me of having additional guess staying when I was the only inhabitant and didn't even have a visitor for my entire 11 day stay. I would never stay in one of Stefan's properties again. Beware.

Loved our 6 nights stay, check-in process was so feasible as we had checked in at midnight and instructions made it easier. Could wake up to this view every day! Sweet spot right in the heart of town. Perfect stay for our World Cup festivities. Easy train ride to Eden Park. Walkable to the ferry for a day trip to Waiheke. Happily paid a little extra for a late check out which was necessary after all the fun there is to be had nearby! Highly recommend!

Overlooking the sea and Auckland’s Harbour Bridge, this apartment has it all. Views, balcony, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Located in the hustle and bustle of Auckland CBD, this apartment is still away from it all, very quiet and safe. I have seen previous negative comments about the shower but I personally loved it. Possibly the best water pressure out of a shower I have ever seen, plus nice and hot water. I stayed here for 6 nights and will definitely stay again next time I need to be in CBD. Don’t hesitate to book here!

Great location, comfortable space. Quiet at night but with lots to do very close by. Nice furnishings and spacious for two. Kitchen equipment very dated and not all in good working order. Stefan’s place was a perfect spot to introduce ourselves to Auckland. Centrally located and with plenty of dining, bar and cafe options all right at our doorstep. The view of Auckland Harbour and the bridge was the perfect panorama to end our day with. It was perfect for our three night stay.
