L'appartement a une vue exceptionnel sur le centre ville d'Auckland. Il est spacieux avec 2 chambres et 2 petites salle d'eau. Nous y avons séjourné 4 nuits en été de janvier 2026. Il y avait qu'un ventilateur et pas de climatisation dans l'appartement. Nous avons demandé un second ventilateur mais cela a été refusé. Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la seconde chambre car il y faisait trop chaud (la fenêtre de cette chambre donne sur les parties communes de l'immeuble où il fait encore plus chaud). Nous avons dormi avec la baie vitrée du salon et de la première chambre ouvertes, ce qui été brouillant pour dormir. A l'arrivée il faut récupérer les clés et badges dans un magasin à 7 minutes à pied (chemin un peu pentu). A la sortie, il faut laisser les clés et badges dans l'appartement, ce qui a été pratique pour notre départ tôt le matin.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The host provided excellent communication, and the unit was exactly as advertised. The location was right where we wanted to be and was close to the city center. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay for our 8 day duration. We felt right at home being ex Auckland residents so it felt awesome to be back in the City again! Was very easy to navigate with an incredible view, great facilities and accommodations especially for children the bunks were so handy! Stefan communicated well and overall we had an awesome stay over the Christmas period we will definitely be back in the future! Thank you.

Stefan’s place was the perfect location while attending the World Indigenous Peoples' Conference on Education (WIPCE). It was literally across the street from Aotea Square and lots of places to eat within walking distance. The view of the Sky Tower was amazing. One warning: there is NO easy parking available, so be prepared.

The apartment was in a great location and amazing views of the city. Easy walkable access to food and entertainment. Only thing to note is that parking is hit or miss on the street.

Super coole Unterkunft mit Blick auf den Sky Tower und die City aus der 20. Etage. Auch die Lage ist super: 10 Minuten bis zur K'Road, 15 Minuten bis zum Hafen und drumherum viele gut bewertete Takeaways. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen 👍

The location was fantastic, we walked everywhere and the view over the sky tower and the harbour was beautiful. There was lots on and plenty of restaurants nearby but as soon as you closed the balcony door it was very quiet. We were lucky to have fireworks right in front of us one day. Stefan was really helpful when we wanted a few more days and very responsive at all times. Couldn’t recommend it enough! We’ll be back

要先去步行5min的小超市拿鑰匙，但入住過程很是很順利的。房子所在的大廈保安很好。有泳池和健身房。退房也很方便。附近是公園和大學，也有很多可以吃飯的小店。距離皇后街比較近，可以放心購物

Stefan place was amazing the view is to die for! Especially at night! It’s amazingly quiet for Queens street! There is a 24hr parking 100m up the road even though it says it shuts at 10pm if you pay you can come and go as you please! So much to do! 5mins walk to and from the casino! Easy access to everything! Beautiful facilities! Everything you need for a weekend away! Extremely clean and tidy! Highly recommended

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement : tout était très propre et conforme aux photos et à la description. Seul petit bémol : au moment du départ, nous avons reçu un message un peu accusateur concernant la remise des clés. Il serait peut-être judicieux d’échanger avec le supermarché lors de la prise en main de l’appartement afin d’éviter ce type de malentendu. Nous recommandons tout de même.
