Prime location 2BR Urban retreat I Zodiak Stays

Everything was great until after the check out I was falsely accused of damaging the wall. The cleaner took pictures with my unopened luggage which I left there before check in and damaged wall. Clearly it wasn't me as I just left my luggage there and left. Good location and price.

It would have been great not to have cockroaches in the kitchen, bathroom and one of the bedrooms. When we accepted that cleaners would come during our absence nobody came to help. In the evening the trapped cockroach was still under a glass in the kitchen where we trapped it. We found more that evening. It was extremely disgusting. Never again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was cozy , comfortable and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the large shower had great water pressure.and was a standout for me. The apartment was well equipped with everything you would need and was well situated close to restaurants, convenience stores and take aways. Easy to get around with the bus stop at the door. We would highly recommend this apartment to fellow travellers.

Great little location near to town, the hospital, Karangahape road and the University. The host was very communicative and did his best to accomodate our needs.

房间里的空间不大，两个人还好。三个人有可能会很挤。设施有些陈旧。有的电器是坏的。也不能及时修复。

The place is good and cosy. The key pick up location is different from house location which is a bit hassle I would say. Over all house is good and clean with sufficient stuff. The location is great

Great location ! Just a short walk to K Rd, Queens Street and Ponsonby. Loads of restaurants, bars and cafes close by. Theres also a couple bus stops outside and across the road, which is super convenient if you’re wanting to head elsewhere. We would definitely stay again :)

Great spot if you're looking to work and enjoy the city. We were able to walk to everything we needed and the apartment was safe and well-stocked.

Great place. Secure, cozy, quiet & private. Second floor of high rise. Shower pressure amazing. Bed OK, but very squeaky, sheets delux. Small balcony. Fully equipped. Cafes nearby. Easy walking distance to the city, hospital, university. If you're aware you need to pick the key up from different site 15 mins walk away in the city, need to pay for early/late check out, will be communicating with many different people (as place run by a business), and recieve many emails with details, then you won't get confused like I did. It seemed very complex at first, but now I know how it works. I would definitely rebook.

We had a very nice stay at this apartment managed by Zodiak. It was clean, well-equipped, and had everything my son and I needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The location is great, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and everything we needed day-to-day. Being able to explore the area on foot made our stay especially convenient and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
