This place was very centrally located and in a great location! It’s in a very walkable area with tons of cafes and restaurants around. The views are great and the rooftop terrace was our favorite feature of this Airbnb! Great place to stay in Auckland!

We had such a great stay at Stephan’s place in Auckland. The apartment was really nice, super comfortable, and the views were amazing. Everything we wanted was just a short walk away, which made getting around so easy. Stephan was easy to deal with and really helpful, which made the whole trip stress-free. Loved waking up to those views every day. Definitely a five-star spot and would happily stay again next time we’re in Auckland.

We were up for my sisters graduation ceremony which was at the Town Hall (& then to celebrate afterwards) This location was perfect. Town Hall right there & walkable distance to everything we needed. Amazing restaurants (sooooo many to choose from) coffee shops, convenience stores you name it we could walk & get it. Had a minor issue with carpark when we first arrived but the team sorted it out within minutes of my call. So A+ for response time. The place was well set out & was bigger than I thought it would be. Balcony deck was fabulous & a great place to hang out & chill. Water pressure was on par with other apartments I have visited in Auckland not great but able to wash my hair. The only thing I would change is to swap out the plastic plants for real ones & have less of them. (Having to move around plants in that space makes it a bit more difficult. Overall loved the stay & will be booking again for the next adventure!

Stefan was a prompt host— his check in was simple. Probably the only con, was the shower pressure wasn’t strong. That’s just a personal preference. But other than that, the views were immaculate, beautiful location and space for our short honeymoon stay☺️

I had an enjoyable stay - there space was comfortable (just me there) and the view was great. It was within very easy walking distance to the conference center, and lots of good restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view of the city from the balcony - only had minor issues as the top bedroom had faulty blinds and vacuum/dryer wasn’t working during our stay. However, overall the accommodation was clean and easy to get in as check in/out instructions were very clear !

The apartment is well stocked with essentials, and location and ease is perfect, terrace with that view is great. it's comfortable. Just be mindful living space is quite small, not enough room to move around with the furniture, but terrace compensates for it. Only downside in my opinion is the shower pressure in both bathrooms. Its non existent. It was so hard to take a bath. For the premium price we paid for this apartment, I expected shower to be good, but unfortunately it wasn't

Superb apartment. The view of the Skytower from the rooftop balcony was one of the highlights of our trip to NZ. Very clean, comfy and close to shops and restaurants. Very highly recommended, we would love to stay again!

The location is brilliant and the view amazing. The flat was spotless and very comfortable. We were two friends and the two bedrooms worked for us. It would also work for a couple and an older child. However, two couples would find it very tight. One thing to note: there is no air conditioning and it did get quite hot.

Great place to stay everything was immaculate, bed linen and towels were spotless and lovely soft towels House on two levels both areas were great . Beds were most comfortable. Kitchen had everything that you may need . All toiletries provided in the bathrooms Great balcony area ( was here at NYE great view of sky tower too ) Accommodation is within walking distance of everything all entertainment sky tower ect ect and the harbour area where there are some great restaurants. all blacks experience is well worth a visit and of course sky tower Lots of designer shops in the area too . Loads of local shops and eateries around the block. Didn’t get chance to use the facilities (pool/gym) unfortunately. Car parking was great … secure and undercover. Would definitely recommend you stay here if you’re in Auckland for a short stay .

The apartment itself is great but unfortunately we were falsely accused of marking the wall in the top bedroom which made the experience very stressful. Luckily I had photo evidence to the contrary. They also said we broke a blind in the top bedroom which we hadn’t used and unfortunately didn’t notice it was broken. Looking at their reviews I see the blind was faulty a couple of months ago. They took 199 out of my account late at night which they followed up with a quick email including their ‘evidence’ photos, one of which didn’t even look like the same place. Make sure to document all of the many marks and scuffs on the walls of all rooms and check for any other damage within the apartment. This could have been an honest mistake on their part but be careful just in case. My daughter thought I was crazy photographing them all but I’m so glad I did. They have reimbursed me as I had evidence and argued against the blind accusation but if I hadn’t I would have lost 199. As for the apartment both showers are lacking power due to it being on the 26th floor but the amazing view and large balcony in such a central location makes up for this. The downstairs bedroom could do with a heater in the winter or an electric blanket because it was quite chilly but there is a good heater upstairs. There are two fans available if you are there in the summer. If it wasn’t for the stress of having money unduly taken from my account it would have been a great stay due to the amazing
