One bedroom loft in Viaduct by Zodiak Stays

Great apartment. Very quiet, spacious and has all you need for a long or short stay. It can get quite warm in the summer but plenty of fans are supplied and you can also open windows for a breeze. \n\nGreat location - walkable to most things in Auckland CBD. \n\nResponsive host - answered and queries quickly and diligently. Check in and out instructions very clear.

Great place to stay! excellent location - close to city centre and waterfront, but a cuddle of streets back so nice and quiet. hist was amazing - very responsive to all my queries!

Our stay was lovely, instructions were very clear, key pick up was in close proximity to the apartment. As mentioned, parking is not provided, however, there were ample amounts of free spots just outside the apartment which was ideal. The place was pristine and the location and the view was exceptional. Would definitely plan on staying here again in the future.

Great place - centrally located for my business traveller and a nice area. Just a wee problem with the dishwasher not working / freezer not shutting properly but all minor things as good feedback on place itself.

The place was tidy, although the advertisement didn’t accurately show how loud and central the location is. Being on the second floor in summer, the place was also baking hot when I checked in - no windows open or consideration for guests travelling. To top it all of the host was quite inconsiderate around a family emergency I had come up that meant I had to check out just one day earlier, in the morning, before the allotted check out time. Instead, Airbnb themselves had to step up to the plate which I was grateful for. Disappointing stay, wouldn’t recommend.

After traveling for 32 hours from Canada, the room was not ready for an hour after check in. We waited outside in the rain and received ambiguous excuses from the host. Then when we arrived, the fridge was not working. We reached out and we're told it would be fixed two days into our six day stay. This was not the case. Our host ignored us for the rest of the trip and we had to resolve the issue through airbnb. Find an airbnb that actually cares if something breaks - Stefan does not care.

The place was amazing. By the viaduct. Had a great view of the sky tower on new years. The place was comfortable, felt like I was at home. Getting into the apartment and area around seemed safe as well. Overall it was very cute.

Great location to explore the city vicinity, especially the marina which was perfect for restaurants, bars and meeting venues for business. Excellent and responsive communication pre and during my stay. Couldn’t fault the accomodation, just as described. Great black out curtains as well if you want to lie-in (not that I had an opportunity with work). Only slight issue I had was locating the apartment after collecting the keys due to key box pick up being in a different building at end of the road to apartment and identifying the difference between the EAST building and WEST building. It became apparent after I got in, but I was walking around trying to locate for a bit. Highly recommended, certainly stay again.

Thought the apartment was in a great location and in a cool area. The check in process was more difficult than I have had in a while. The property manager sends you forms to fill out and there is a deposit that has to go down. It is kind of a nuisance when you are traveling.

could be better management with a few things like wifi and internet. especially when some is traveling from another country. Place was good, but way too expensive that a 4 star hotel and especially when the service is bad and no one to help. Got really stuck with no way to connect to anyone and I was leaving to bali with no network or internet service. not worth paying so much and over that so much more for cleaning and over that a security deposit which is fine but now who is going to pay me for all the troubles I went through. Like I had to sit in cafés all day till when I had to work and here I have paid for a place which I had to stay out of most or all of the day

Walkable distance to anywhere in CBD. beautiful surrounding without noise reaching you from surrounding pubs and bars. Clean bed and rooms. The only thing missing is good pillows, all of them are flat and thin already, about time to replace.

Place is lovely and great location if you are looking to do things at CBD, only issue is that I was there for 1 night and couldn't take a shower as there was no hot water. If you book make sure boiler is working. Apart from that super tidy and clean space.

This flat was the perfect layout and setup for our 2 weeks of business (and away at the weekends). Bright & airy with blackout curtains at night -- but can get a bit warm overnight with shades drawn. Kitchen & bath have all the basics.Our checkin was flubbed (1.5 hours later than guarantee plus super hard to get a straight answer while we waited around with our luggage) and a broken freezer was never fixed (after 3 asks) -- I put it down to the 3rd party manager Zodiak. Renter/Owner beware.

Such a great place to stay in the city. Everything you could need is on the doorstep. The accommodation is well presented and with a full self contained kitchen there’s no need to eat out, if that’s your thing. Although you are right in the city, it’s lovely and quiet and very restful, Should we visit Auckland again, we’ll be back
