Unfassbar. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Unterkunft noch besetzt, wir mussten uns auf den letzten Drücker ein Hotel mieten. Der Vermieter hat nur an den Airbnb Service verwiesen . Wir mussten stundenlang telefonieren und uns um alles selber kümmern. Das ist kein Urlaub und kein Service.

The flat/loft had heaps of space was in great walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do during our stay. Was comfortable and clean.

The studio apartment is an amazing space and in a great location, but with the great location there was a fair bot of outside noise. Street level noise, occasional sirens etc that if you are a light sleeper may not be the best place. If it had been quiet, would have definitely been a 5/5, but did drop a little for the noise. It does feel like you are in a Ny style apartment, and really enjoyed my stay.

Good spacious flat in the middle of Queens street with all required amenities. Stephen is also helpful and always responsive if there is any issue. Will prefer again on my next visit.

Best location to book if you want to stay in cbd, walkable distance to almost everything. Everything was clean n tidy and looked like the photos that were listed. Overall a good host, would defs book again

Had an amazing stay at this apartment. Location was wonderful - close to everything and part of the bustle of Queen Street. Host was very responsive and understanding. Unit was in a pristine condition with all necessary appliances. Enough guest amenities. Had an incredible stay and would definitely return.

Check in and check out processes were simple and clear. This studio has obviously been converted from an office - a loft vibe which exceeded my expectations and I thoroughly enjoyed! I wasn’t too fussed with the noise from the street - although be prepared for loud buskers below from the street. The noise from the floor above was unexpected but that didn’t bother me too much. The apartment was fairly clean. I didn’t have much trouble with the apartment itself however I did run into a problem with the dryer which was a bummer as this was one of the main reasons I booked this place. Unfortunately I didn’t hear back on how to remedy this. The bed was super comfy and the linen very clean! Kitchen is fully furnished - super convenient. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and wouldn’t mind staying again. Close to most things Auckland is known for.

I recently spent two nights in a stunning modern studio apartment in Auckland's CBD, and it was an absolute delight! The room is above a shop, so it's very noisy. We had people coming and going all through the day, and at night from the room above toilet flushing and loud foot steps. The windows aren't double glazed so you hear every person and car below. It was so difficult to sleep. I had come to this space in order to work but I wouldn't recommend it at all - the internet is slow, the toilet room smells of poo (which was concerning if you weren't the culprit) and it lacks ammenities for a professional traveler e.g. power plugs in the bathroom and there is no mirror where you can access power. The place must have been a converted office space and they've just put a bed in it, as it's not set up properly. Lack of professionalism - the host wanted to service the HVAC system while I was giving a zoom presentation and would not change it. Very insistent and demanding. Then tried to charge me $250 for a non-existent extra guest and other made up charges. Hosts like this give AirBnB a bad name!

I had an amazing stay at Stefan’s place! The studio was incredibly spacious, spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect—close to everything! Whether it was restaurants, shops, or attractions, everything was just a short walk. It made exploring the area super easy and convenient. Getting in and out was a breeze, with a smooth and hassle-free check-in process. It was so nice not having to worry about access after a long day of travel. On top of that, Stefan was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with recommendations. His hospitality made the experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Auckland and will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town. Thanks, Stefan, for a wonderful stay!

This place is literally a prime location to stay in Auckland. All the tours we planned happened to be so close to this location. Lots of great shops, grocery markets, and restaurants to go to. Plus the bus stops were easy to use too.

This was a beautiful stay especially for those who love the city life! Theres public parking right around the corner and just simple walk down the road to any food places or shopping. We had slight issues getting into the apartment on arrival but other than that we enjoyed this place so much and would definitely go back!

Spacious apartment with a central downtown location. Walkable to so much in the city. I had a short stay, but loved my time. It was on the first floor up but still felt private and wasn’t too noisy from the street below.

Excellent location and the apartment is very neat and clean with a well-equipped kitchen. Noise level was better than I was expecting, there is a little bit of city noise from buskers during the day but mostly quiet at night. However, if you are sensitive to light at night be aware that the green emergency exit sign above the door is permanently on.

This is a prime location if you’re looking to stay in the heart of Queenstown. But it was noisy until after 10 PM each night with musicians just outside. The bathroom was very small with no counter space, so difficult for more than one person.

Le logement était parfait en lui même. Propre , adapté aux besoins de voyageurs très spacieux ! Un petit détail,les fenêtres ne sont pas assez insonorisées et il y a eu beaucoup de sirènes de police et musiciens de rue (au bout d'un moment ,ce bruit pèse). Concernant la lumière de sortie en cas d'urgence,celle ci éclairait toute la pièce et il était difficile de dormir avec celle ci. il faudrait trouver une astuce pour bloquer cette lumière (au moins au niveau du lit). Pour le reste tout était parfait et bien équipé. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement si vous souhaitez être au cœur d'auckland 😇 Merci à Stephan qui a été hyper réactif à chacune de nos demandes ! 😃

Positives: the location is great - easily walkable to everywhere and the apartment was very clean and tidy. Negatives: there is currently significant construction happening in the building next door - beware of jackhammers beginning at 8am about 2 meters from the head of the bed. There are 2x LED exit lights above the front door that are immensely bright - if you like to sleep in the dark, this property isn’t for you. Privacy issues- there is a window that can be looked through into the room seeing the end of the bed from the hall. Staff from the neighbouring store would walk past to access their offices and as the main building door did not automatically close, we found it open a couple of times meaning anyone could potentially walk in and look inside. This property is managed by an agency, not an individual. And while that’s great for response time, they had no clue about the property we were in and its amenities when contacted regarding issues.

This industrial style studio is fantastic if you want to be CENTRAL. Literally middle of the main street and walkable to everywhere. Surprisingly not noisy at all. Some quirks with it being ex-office space but immaculate and ideal. Very modern. Great value for money.

We had an awesome stay at Stefan's. He and his team were extremely helpful and responded quickly when I accidentally locked us out at 4am 😅. Was a little annoying that the TV wasn't too functional and the bathroom light was on about a timer that needed time to reset. Otherwise fantastic, would recommend to anyone.

The studio itself reflects the listing and is a nice large space, but unfortunately it wasn't suitable for our stay. We booked for 5 nights and had to leave after 2 due to noise, primarily from the apartment above and also from the stairwell. No issue with the street noise as some was expected due to the location and the accom is on level 1 and the windows are double glazed. The noise issue is that the ceiling is just the tray concrete floor with no acoustic treatment so all noise from above can be clearly heard, and in this case, the guests above didn't respect the 9pm-9am quiet time resulting in disturbed nights. I won't go into details regarding the process to get the refund but would advise to avoid this. The bottom line, from our experience, it's not suitable for the intended purpose, and we wouldn't encourage others to use this accom without gaining prior confirmation that the apartment above will be empty or quiet time respected.

Stefan's place is a fantastic little spot to get away in the city. It is a minimalistic space with the bear essentials. (could use lamps, plants, art to warm the place up). The space is spacious and open planed and light filled with the big windows very beautiful rustic clay bricks and the steal support frame and roof adds a cool industrial vibe. close to the viaduct with plenty of options for eating and entertainment. It was the perfect spot to celebrate our anniversary.
