A fantastic apartment with everything you could need for a short or longer stay. Very well equipped. Clean and tidy. A great neighbourhood with a small supermarket only a 5 min walk away. Communication was great, and check in via the lock box only a very short walk away. Perfect size studio apartment for a single or couple. We stayed for a week and will definitely return for our next trip to Auckland. Stefan and his team are great hosts.

I absolutely loved my stay at this modern apartment. Everything was pristine clean, it was quiet and warm and it felt brand new. The area is fabulous, easily accessible via public transport, Ubers or cars, and walking. Stephan was a great responsive host. Would love to stay again ♥️

Second time staying in this apartment. It’s a fantastic location and super handy for my regular work trips. However, the apartment wasn’t as clean as last time. The couch and rug now have significant stains and the kitchen scrubbing brush was filled with black gunk. (Though the property management team did replace this when I told them).

Very good apartment in one of the best neighborhoods in Auckland, you have everything within a few minutes walk, a quiet area but at the same time close to the center, super comfortable bed, without a doubt one of the best accommodations I have been in.

Outstanding accommodation! This apartment was beautiful, every detail well thought out, comfy bed & living area. Location is fantastic, 2 amazing cafes across the road, walked everywhere. Stefan checked in on us via messages to see if we needed anything. So thoughtful. Key pick up was a breeze on our way from city to the apartment. We absolutely loved our 3 nights and hope it is available when we are next in Auckland!

Awesome stay at this property in Wynyard Quarter. Exactly as it was described in the photos. Plenty of space - huge balcony and very peaceful at night so if you want added fresh air - perfect for sleeping with the balcony door open. Spotlessly clean upon arrival. Had a tiny issue with the big blind not closing fully - Stefan and his team were super responsive and attended to it straight away (the battery of the blind roller simply needed a top up charge). Awesome service. Definitely would stay again. Terrific location. Super central and the walk to the city via the marina (and all the beautiful boats) is stunning.

The location at the port is great. The city and the ferries to the islands can be reached on foot in a few minutes and if you don't want to walk, you can take the city bus directly in front of the accommodation (AT Metro Card).

Die Lage am Hafen ist super. Die City und die Fähren zu den Inseln sind in wenigen Minuten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und wer nicht laufen möchte, nimmt den City Bus direkt vor der Unterkunft (AT Metro Card).

Apartment is very nice and bright. Close to the city center but still very quite neighborhood. Stefan responded very quickly and was always available for any questions. Definitely recommend to stay here.

Really loved staying here for the weekend away ! Apartment is amazing and very clean ! Bed was super comfortable and was able to sign into Netflix and Disney ! Would definitely stay here again🥳

I would not recommend staying at this Airbnb. It is in a fairly desirable location and appears to be nice, but we had a very negative experience. The Airbnb had a bad, musty smell throughout the unit, the bed was smaller than advertised in the description (supposed to be a king), the lock on the sliding door was broken, and the blinds for the largest window in the apartment were broken. The blinds were a huge issue because they were stuck so lots of light was consistently entering the apartment (not great for trying to go to bed at night, waking up in the morning, or enjoying the view from the unit). We reached out to the “host” and were told they couldn’t provide maintenance until half a week later (after we would have already checked out). The actual host was never available to contact. The only contact we had was an employee who wasn’t authorized to do anything beyond informing us that the host couldn’t be reached. Luckily we were able to cancel our booking after getting in touch with Airbnb support. I would not recommend staying here.

Great view and location. Very clean and has everything you need to enjoy a get away. Close to the city and viaduct with great restaurant options. Had issues with the patio sliding door but the help number resolved that.

Great apartment with high quality finishes and auper location. I stayed here for 4 weeks with no major issues. The price is expensive for a studio flat however and communication was fine overall. Would highly recommend for shorter term lets!

The best room to experience staying in Auckland City. We were more at the stay than exploring the city life. Would definitely recommend anyone who wants to experience being away from everything(Work, Family,home)

We had a lovely 3 night stay in this extremely new, modern and clean apartment in Wynyard Quarter. Everything was sparkling new and the place smelt lovely. The view is beautiful as well, and location superb. Had all the amenities too. We would definitely come back!
