Beautiful apartment. We stayed for just over a month & it was the perfect spot. Lots of places in a walkable distance with a cute view of the sky tower. Spacious enough for two & had everything we needed to make us feel at home. Only had trouble locking the door but just had to pull it a little more, easy fix lol. There’s also a gym, pool & some other room which was really cool. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to stay in Auckland city.

Staying at this apartment was beautiful, peaceful and the gym amenities were also great. We enjoyed the restaurants nearby. This location is also very close to the ferries that take you to Waiheke Island, and that was perfect. We thought the locals nearby were also very friendly.

A great one bed apartment, well suited for a couple or solo traveller. WiFi was fast, bed was comfortable, and for the most part it was very quiet. The kitchen was equipped for basic cooking - not perhaps so much for a long stay (we stayed for 4 weeks). Having stocks of dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid etc was helpful and much appreciated. I would stay again when visiting Auckland.

The apartment is just like in the photos: central, clean, and well maintained. However, for a long stay (2 months for work), a few small things were missing—no bath mats or enough hangers (I bought them myself). Parking isn't included, but I knew that beforehand so no complaints. The central location is great, though keep in mind the building faces Aotea Square, so there are often harmless homeless people and skateboarders around. What I didn’t appreciate was communicating with Zodiak: they manage the place and seem mainly profit-driven. The check-in agent was 15 minutes late despite a scheduled time, which is ironic considering they charge extra for early check-ins (not my cas, it was a standard one). I also asked about the AC and never got a reply. After that, I couldn't bother and chose to ignore further messages, including their check-out instructions. Overall, good place, but the management experience could be better. Would rate it excellent for short stays, adequate for long ones

Location of this property was excellent. Right in the heart of all that was happening and a short walk to beautiful Auckland Harbour. Food options galore nearby. The property itself was lovely. Just perfect for a us as a couple. We felt comfortable and safe. Stefan was a great host who was very responsive and helpful from start to finish.

I could not have picked a better place for my first international trip. Stefan was so helpful and responsive, answering all my questions. Место очень хорошее, в центре города. Квартира отличная. Все точно соответствует. Единственное, что я доплатила за поздний выезд и оказалось что выезд отложили всего на 2ч. Этого небыло нигде сказано, по сути смысла в такой доплате небыло. В остальном однозначно рекомендую квартиру.

We stayed here for 5 days to go to coldplay and another concert. Lets just say this place exeeds expectations! The place is right in the heart of the CBD, so walkable distance to your favourite shops and Queen Street. But still private, cosy and honestly beautiful. We felt right at home. Stefan has great communication. He was respectful, friendly & was helpful knowing he was contactable when needed. He also responds usually within 30 mins of reaching out so extremely helpful for us who don’t know our way around. Definitely recommend this place for any type of stay! Thanks again Stefan :)

정말 다시 오고 싶은 아파트입니다. 1. 소통 최고 체크인 전에 미리 연락 가능한 직원 전화번호를 줘서 조금 일찍 도착했지만 불안하지 않았습니다. 그리고 에어비앤비를 통해서도 빠르게 메시지가 오기 때문에 궁금한 것들을 빠르게 해결하게 되었습니다. 2. 쾌적한 룸컨디션 어디에도 먼지와 머리카락이 보이지 않았고 침대 컨디션이 너무 좋았습니다. 카펫도 깨끗하고 쿠션, 베개들은 매우 깨끗했습니다. 식용유는 없었지만 소금, 설탕, 후추가 있었고 주방은 조리도구들이 부족함없이 있었습니다. 냄비와 접시, 컵들이 잘 구비되어 있습니다. 엘레베이터가 매우 빠르고 아파트의 모든 환경이 쾌적했어요. 3. 위치 조용한 곳에 위치했지만 메인스트리트로 가는데 5분도 걸리지 않습니다. 집앞 공원도 너무나 아름다웠습니다. 안전한 동네에 위치하고 있어서 편안했습니다. 4. 추천이유 집밖의 풍경은 매우 아름다웠고 매일 스카이타워를 봐서 좋았습니다. 조금 쌀쌀한 날씨에는 사용 가능한 성능 좋은 히터가 있어서 따뜻하게 지낼 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 가구들은 너무나 세련되었고 깨끗하게 관리되어 있습니다. 화장실도 깨끗하고 주방도 깨끗합니다. 매우 안전하고 소통도 원활합니다. 다음에도 또 오고 싶어요.

The location could not be better - The CAB building was the ild city civic offices and has been transformed into first class apartments, which are finished to an exacting standard - best in the city ! Most city apartments are small boxes, but this one is lovely and spacious, and has every convenience - the Airbnb provides all the necessities such as cleaning products etc - only thing missing was a wooden spoon lol Certainly the best Airbnb I've stayed in, in Auckland and I return every year for 4/5 weeks and have stayed in many - this is the very best Top Marks

Super great location in Aotea Square, central to the arts precinct and a short stroll to so many wonderful neighbourhoods. The apartment was spacious, quiet and filled with light. Communication was clear and prompt throughout - it was the perfect work base for my week in beautiful Auckland - would absolutely recommend for business and pleasure!

Solid CBD location, apartment was new and clean and matched the description. Ventilation was pretty rough, bedroom had a heavy draft at times and got hot/cold depending on outside temperature. Also communication with the hosting company was a bit confusing at times with messages coming both via Airbnb and emails outside Airbnb. Other than that I liked the apartment though and am mostly happy with my stay.

Great place and centrally located so rather walkable in the CBD. It’s rather tucked away though so if you’re looking to get an Uber it’s best to walk to a near intersection. Other than that great.

The place is centrally located while also providing a private, peaceful environment to stay in. It looks exactly like in the photos and the unit was very clean. It was an extremely lovely stay :)

The apartment is in an ideal location inside Auckland CBD. Just excellent! It's also clean, bright, and well furnished. The management company requires a pre-check-in form to be filled out with an exact time for meeting their agent. The agent was over 30 minutes late meeting me, and he didn't have a key to the room. We had to wait for the building manager to provide a key. It was about 90 minutes after the pre-selected check-in time on their form before I was actually in the room. The agent was very friendly and apologetic, but it still sucked a lot to be outside with my luggage for that long. The listing says there is "heating" but it's really just a small space heater. The room was cold the entire time I was there in late July. The only way to get warmth was to use the space heater in the bedroom with the door closed, and I wasn't comfortable doing that overnight or while I was out of the room. Having to keep up with a physical key + large badge was annoying but not trip ruining.

great location - right under the house there is paid parking, easy to get to, no traffic jams. from the house it is easy to reach any point in the city center. The apartment has everything you need. The owner is always on. ligature and very friendly, answered all questions.

The place was right at the centre! Beautiful apartment and great location close to everything . Place did not have a pool however have sorted this with host. Room also is not very well ventilated however fan is provided. There was a number to dial if we needed anything

Beautiful property with good amenities.Only slight issues partially caused by myself for one casePartially my error:Wasn't able to check in at the agreed 12pm check in time, as I had confirmation of the agreed time, but payment failed to go through on my end. Caused my check in time to be pushed back to 4pm.Small easy fixes:The washing machine/dryer needs instructions if possible and had a slight musty smell if left open. Needs a cleaningShower sliding door, did not slide closed well. Seemed to be on the rail but was worried when closing it.Otherwise it was so cozy and in a good location that it helped end my trip amazingly.
