We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent and central to everything, the place was very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils we needed.\n\nUnfortunately, we had a major issue on the morning of check-out when we couldn’t open the washer/dryer door to retrieve our clothes. We planned to leave around 8.45am, but it took over an hour to resolve, which resulted in a missed flight.\n\nWe contacted Stefan via the Airbnb app, but the responses were slow and unhelpful (possibly a chat Bot) at a time of urgency. The Fisher & Paykel support line was closed, and the washer/dryer manual did not offer a clear solution. While we understand the door may stay locked during washing, for drying it says to wait 10 mins to cool (we waited well over an hour). We had to use Google to solve our issue.\n\nWe recommend hosts provide clear instructions for unlocking the washer/dryer. This incident had significant consequences and overshadowed an otherwise positive stay.

It’s very convenient place in mission bay. When we had any problems, he replied real fast! If we come back one day in the future, we will choose again.

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft, gute Lage, Busstation direkt vor dem Haus, Supermarkt ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir waren ebenfalls zu Fuß am Strand in Mission Bay. Leider ist es durch den Verkehr laut, da die Hauptstraße direkt am Haus vorbeiführt, es hat uns aber nicht wirklich gestört. Geschirr ist nicht übermäßig viel vorhanden, aber ausreichend. Wir haben z.B. kleine Kaffeetassen vermisst. Insgesamt aber auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Great spot, walking distance to the shops so very convenient for shopping and grocery’s. Short drive to the cbd. Hosts were amazing at communicating and checking in and out was very simple and easy. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for having us!

Wonderful spot to stay while adventuring around Auckland. right near a bus line and very good shopping centre. The town house is very well equipped and suited two travellers perfectly.

Lovely townhouse. Very comfortable and clean. Beds very comfy and lots of storage space and hangers. Bathroom clean and good shower. Kitchen well equipped. Lots of helpful products available on arrival such as tea/coffee, washing powder etc as described. Lovely little garden. A little noisy from traffic outside which was pretty constant. Rubbish collection right outside back bedroom and came at 5am! Had a few issues with keypad lock but after a couple of days got the hang of it. I would definitely recommend this townhouse if you don’t mind the sound of traffic. We loved the house and the local amenities.

A brand new place with very modern amenities, however it's located next to a really busy road so if you are a light sleeper, we suggest to bring earplugs.

Our stay was comfortable. The house is new and is neat and clean. it has everything you need for a relaxing stay, you can eat in or walk to nearby restaurants. Shopping centre and supermarket is less than 100 metres away.

Comfortable accommodation, just like home. Perfect for a family. Fully equipped with everything you need. There’s a supermarket just a 2-3 minute walk away, and it’s not far from Mission Bay. If you’re looking for a place to relax in Auckland, I highly recommend here!!

The best Airbnb we’ve stayed at being a small family. Safety gates at both front and back, just as well as it’s on a main road. Had all the amenities which made our stay feel like a home rather than a hotel. Super clean and bright. We will stay here every time we come to Auckland
