The experience with the Airbnb was good overall. It was great having 2 sets of keys, beds were comfortable, the space was clean, and the unit was updated.

Stefan’s place was a great stay. We (2 x adults) stayed for 5 nights and the space was perfectly spacious and extremely well equipped with comfortable beds and everything you could need in the kitchen and bedrooms. The apartment is also very new & modern and clean. Despite being near the CBD it is also very quiet inside the apartment. We’ll be staying again! Thanks for having us Stefan and for the great communication.

Excellent and friendly host. The place is perfect for us to stay with all the tools we need and clean. The private covered car park also helps a lot during rainy days. There are many restaurants nearby in Parnell for us to try. And it is a walking distance to the CBD and a beautiful shore line to walk not far away. Just a perfect place for us and we highly recommend this place.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and spacious, and very conveniently located near Parnell and within easy walking distance of the city. We arrived by train, and the apartment was only a few minutes' walk from Strand railway station. Stefan's communication was very good and check-in was easy and convenient. The kitchen was well equipped. From the apartment there are good views of the port and up Parnell Rise towards Auckland Museum. I would stay here again.

The apartment was absolutely spotless and had all the necesseties you'd need if you were staying in your own home. The property manager did an amazing job of guiding us around the building and explaining everything we would need to know. Will be looking for Stefan's name on future Airbnb listings.

This place was as described in the listing. Lovely decor, crisp fresh linen, good quality kitchen appliances and kitchen ware. The location was exceptional, close to shops, and an array of eating out options. The apartment is nice and quiet with secure car parking. Would highly recommend staying here. Not really suitable for young children unless you keep the ranch slider locked.

Unfortunately, our experience didn’t live up to expectations. Check-in was so frustrating: despite messaging well in advance as per the instructions, we were left waiting and didn't gain access until over 1.5 hours later than planned, causing us to be late for our evening appointment. The apartment is beautiful and well-located, but it had a few cleanliness issues: a strong odour in the bedrooms, visible hair on the floors, and a stained duvet that was already present on arrival (we declined responsibility for this when later contacted about a cleaning charge). While we appreciated the offer of a late checkout, we couldn’t use it due to work commitments. It’s a shame, this place is really nice, but the dis-organisation of Zodiak and what appeared to be a rushed clean really coloured our stay. That said, the person who eventually checked us in was kind and professional, and we appreciated their effort under pressure. Hopefully our feedback helps improve things for future guests.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und modern, auch die zwei Bäder waren super. Leider war der Gastgeber etwas unflexibel wegen des späten Checkouts, schon eine halbe Stunde hätte geholfen, aber es gab nur 2 Stunden und das nur gegen eine teure Zusatzgebühr.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, it was a great location just a 5 minute walk to the z station and 12 minute walk to Woolworths. The penthouse has beautiful views receiving lots of sunshine in the mornings. The house was so beautiful and high quality appliances and kitchen utensils. The beds were very comfortable and the house was super spacious. Will definitely be booking again.

We had a great stay at La Quinta in Parnell. The apartment was top quality and matched the description. Everything was super clean and tidy. The kitchen was particularly well stocked with good equipment for cooking. The location is excellent, quiet but right on the edge of Parnell Village and close to great cafes. We'd definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed this condo. It was large and comfortable. The beds and showers were excellent and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great as we could walk into downtown or into Parnell (as long as you enjoy walking). Stephan included many extras like good shampoo and conditioner, salt and pepper, tea and laundry detergent. I highly recommend this condo

I recommend another A/C in one of the rooms as it gets hot, we did use the fan provided but they weren't very effective. also maybe cups for drinking tea and coffee, we could only find glasses. otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Nice looking and clean space that is well located on the edge of Parnell and within walking distance to CBD. It’s a new place. Maybe too new. I’m sure that some minor inconveniences that will get sorted out. The kitchen is not stocked at all (packets of salt and pepper don’t count). To Stefan’s credit, a French-press was provided after requested. But no cooking condiments or staples like cooking oil. Not a big issue if you aren’t cooking I guess. One thing I need to mention is that the kitchen cabinets are positioned too far forward. May not seem like a problem until you hit your head on the cabinets a few times doing simple things like getting a glass of water or washing dishes. One other structural issue is that air circulation is not great. There is an in-unit air conditioner in the kitchen /dining room area that does not particularly help in the bedrooms. The bedrooms were a bit warm and stuffy. We did request and received fans.

Check in started by us as instructed texting the person, after a time of not hearing from them we called to confirm, the response we got was 'oh yea I was going to txt you back at some stage'. Once we checked in, 'River' told us 'I bet they have not left the remote for the car park', surely enough this was true. Although when we emailed through we got a quick response the situation was not rectified and we were unable to use the garage parking that we were expecting having to park on the street. The washing machine and dryer also were not working which is one of the reasons we stayed here. Overall apart from above, the location and apartment were fantastic.

The apartment was perfect for 5 people. Very central could walk most places and amazing views. The only downside, the person that was meant to meet us when we arrived didn’t turn up but they did get someone else to come.
