Very nice apartment in a fantastic location, across the street from the Sky Tower. Walkable to plenty of restaurants and shops, the port, and museums. Stefan is very friendly and proactive.

Appartamento davvero gradevole, spazioso, extra fornito di ogni accessorio utile al soggiorno, vista spettacolare, ci è piaciuto tantissimo e poi centrale e davvero a pochi passi da tutto. qualche manutenzione in più andrebbe fatta per mantenere alti gli standard.

Apartment was super clean. Amazing view of sky tower from balcony. We enjoyed watching the sky tower jumpers . Stefan was a very helpful and responsive host. We would stay here again .

Lovely place! I have everything I need—perfect for celebrating the New Year. The Sky Tower is just across the street, so we had a great view of the fireworks. I had a wonderful time celebrating with my kids!

Typical BAIT & SWITCH that low-quality property management companies do. We show up to the property we allegedly rented after a LONG flight, just wanting to get some rest late at night. First thing we encounter? The key is mysteriously missing. This must happen somewhat often with their mis-managed properties because when I look at the check in instructions again at the bottom they mention "if key is missing..." So I message them. No reply. What 10 mins. Find the phone number call them. They said "oh let's see if I can verify the key is missing." I said "I just sent you a picture verifying this, I need a resolution." It's now 9pm and we have no place to stay. That went on for a while.. Then big surprise, they have all these other properties they want to put us into, nowhere near the place we stayed. We incurred $100 in parking fees which they said they would reimburse (I had receipts), then became unresponsive once I submitted. Place is typical scam that Airbnb let's people do.

It was nice to stay at an Airbnb that was close to the city and not super expensive, great location and was nice that for checkout there wasn’t lots of things on the list to do unlike some places

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect, and being on the 24th floor was beautiful. The unit unfortunately did not have a pleasant smell - particularly the first bedroom. Seems they knew this by the number of air-freshener's placed around the apartment. I did make contact with Stefan to understand what it could be as it was an incredibly foul smell (sewerage type smell) The response given was to open the windows and check that there was an air-freshener in the room. Odd response I thought, as we were on the 24th floor, none of the windows could be opened. But other than that - we really did have an amazing time. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Awesome to have a balcony with views of the city. Thanks for hosting us, we had a great time in NZ.

However, we sincerely apologise for the unpleasant smell you encountered in the first bedroom. We did investigate this issue further to ensure it is resolved for future guests. We got the air quality check in each area, and there is no smell detected now.

Had a good stay here, everything was accesible from the place, the views are also amazing especially during the night time. There mightve been unfortunate events throughout our stay but its been communicated well. Thanks will book again!

I loved the place so much and it was so close to basically everything especially the sky tower. It had great view and beautiful place really. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because there was a smell where even after opening the balcony door it was still lingering. However everything was truly amazing. I enjoyed the stay here and would recommend if you are staying in Auckland!!
