Lovely Bright Apt w Pool and Gym by Zodiak Stays

Excellent location! You can walk down by the harbour and many other places from the airbnb. Clean and spacious. You have access to the pool and spa which is really nice after a long day of visiting. Market close by or if you prefer nice restaurants! The communication with the host is clear. Very good start when you arrive from a long flight to Auckland! I highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was super clean, bright, and had such a nice feel to it. The natural light in the main room was amazing, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We felt really safe and could walk everywhere — shops, restaurants, and sights were all close by. The pool, spa, and gym were awesome extras, and it was such a treat to start the day with a cup of tea and a little view of the harbour. Would 100% stay again and totally recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Stefan's suite was perfect for our month long stay in Auckland. It was bright, spacious, clean, and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable and enough toiletries, washing soda and dishwasher tabs were provided for our stay. The Nespresso coffee machine was a pleasant surprise. The Heritage is a lovely building with great amenities and was so conveniently located...we walked easily to the beautiful Harbour front and to so many great restaurants. Easily walkable to Ferries, trains, city buses and just steps away from the inter city bus and airport bus terminal. We had a fabulous stay and highly recommend Stefan's suite in beautiful Auckland.

This location is great and I love the building that it’s in. The gym and pool are on the roof top so there’s a beautiful view. The unit has an outstanding patio that is the perfect place to relax for breakfast or even work from your laptop. Only reason it’s not 5 star was because the main door that separated the two rooms was jammed for the duration of my stay, and because effective communication was quite slow. Aside from those two things, I loved my stay. I recommend it highly and would love to stay again if I’m in the Auckland area.

Great location! Easy access to car parking and buses. We travelled with our 2-year old son and the apartment had all the facilities to make our lives easier. Kitchen is equipped with appliances, basic toiletries available, swimming pool and again, location is great! Few minutes away from museums, parks, playgrounds, waterfront and shopping. Hosts were always available when we had any questions or advice about town. Very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

A great apartment. Very comfortable, nicely renovated in an historic building, very large terrace. It did not have any coffee making facilities though. We asked the contact about it. Although he said he'd look into getting a french press nothing materialized during our 3 day stay. Also, there is a problem with the shower drain. If you run the shower at full tap volume water overflows onto the bathroom floor and floods it.

Awesome stay, accurately matched the description in listing and reviews. Spacious and airy for 2 people and so awesome having a large living room area as well as a large bedroom. Recommend taking earplugs to help with normal CBD and hotel complex (eg early morning kiddies in the swimming pool) sounds; we heard them but with earplugs they didn’t bother us at all. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, the only real let down was that I was on my own with a 5 year old and I didn't realise we wouldn't be allowed to use a baggage trolley as it's not under the hotel management, so I had to walk an extremely long way from the carpark to our room with x5 bags and a 5 year old. The bathroom also needs some work, the shower flooded so bad that it was extremely dangerous. It is only a matter of time that someone gets really hurt.

disapointment in many things. wouldn't book through air bnb cheaper to go direct. bathtub unusable. cheap instant coffee. dirty dishes no instructions for electric blind. shower floor floods with only 2 bath mat. handyman wanted us to be there to be let into fix bath but we were out and bath wasn't fixable. the Heritage is pretty run down and not sound proof at all hearing people walking around the complex all night long I'd take earplugs. wanted to leave and get a refund bug was ignored. would not reccomened

This is a very professionally run Airbnb, so you get hotel standard cleanliness with a personal touch. I loved the thoughtful interior design aspects and comfortable layout of the apartment. Great bed! The huge window in the bedroom does have a floor to ceiling blackout shade as well as curtains, which isn’t initially obvious in the photos or description. I also appreciated the eco-friendly products provided, but agree with other reviews that real coffee and a coffee maker would be a nice touch. BYO coffee and supplies if that is important to you or be prepared to step out to one of the nearby coffee shops.

The perfect place to stay when you’re in the city of sails. The apartment was pristine, the view amazing, my stay was so relaxing it, had everything I needed and more. Stefan and his team were very understanding and helpful and always on hand if required. So central to great eateries / restaurants, the harbour plus it was safe and secure. Spacious and bright; amazing huge glass windows though the glass door does stick at the top which makes it a bit hard to open without forcing. A spacious bathroom (big bathtub and a separate shower !), fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. A few concerns /things I would change if it were my place: The lights are quite a harsh white and there are no lamps which would make the place feel more welcoming and warm in the evenings. One of the bedside lights didn’t work. The dining chairs have these stainless legs that jut out at angles and although I am not at all a clumsy person it seemed impossible not to trip over them again and again. No way to make coffee apart from instant. A French press for future guests would be inexpensive and appreciated. These are really minor tweaks that I only mention in a spirit of helpful advice for improvement. I felt comfortable and check in was super easy. Overall it’s a great apartment with high ceilings, good amount of space, a large deck.

The apartment is very stylish and centrally located. Stefan gave us detailed instructions about how the get there etc. We could not use the balcony as the lock on the door was broken. Stefan asked someone to fix the problem but it did not help so the balcony door was shut all the time. It would have been nice to have a coffee machine instead of instant coffee.

Stefan's place is beautiful and located conveniently in Auckland's CBD. Especially loved the lofty ceilings, amenities and balcony. Would love to stay again. The place is almost perfect. Here are my thoughts: Pros: -Location. Centrally located, walkable to convenience stores, Queen Street, restaurants, etc - Anytime Fitness located directly opposite the apartment - a wonderful surprise as a member of the gym. Sneaked a couple of workouts during the trip :-) - Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated - Bright with lofty ceilings - Power sockets located near resting areas - Clean - Appreciated the bluetooth speakers Cons: - Shower door didn't really stop water from escaping from the shower, which makes the bathroom wet after a shower - No bidet in toilet. A bidet would make the stay 1000x better! - White light on top lights and lamps. A quick change to warm light bulbs would make the apartment much more cosy. Ended up only switching the lamps with warm lighting on during my stay.

Fabulous pool and spa on the roof, remember to buy a pack of plastic champagne flutes so you can drink and place your nibbles on a plastic/paper tray. Car-parking is excellent next door at Wilson parking Go on app ParkMate about $15-$20 per-nightly rate from 4pm to 11am following day. The Heritage need a tune up in hospitality training towards Airbnb guests staying. Very unhelpful- they need to get with the times and work-in on a commission basis and open up a snack and poolside bar and offer valet parking to Airbnb guests (unite guys)

Very nice location in the heart of Auckland. The heater and AC was not working and when I informed the host I received an instruction but still not working. On top of that the washer and dryer was not operational. It was raining most of our stay so the patio was wet the entire time and we were not able to utilize it. Other than that it was a great location. Location location location. That is the most important thing in real estate. Thank you very much.

Dead cockroach squished at top of large blinds on arrival. Chain door lock also broken. Set a specific time for maintenance to fix these two issues (3hr window) and they didn't show. Came about 40 mins later only after we messaged about them not showing. But, maintenance man was fabulous and took care of the issues quickly.

This Airbnb had made my stay in Auckland so much more elevated! It was located on a peaceful street that’s a stone throw away from the CBD, hence having a good sleep throughout the week, but still close enough to great restaurants and necessities. The high ceilings and full-length windows promised a well-ventilated and bright living space. I loved how well-equipped the apartment was too! Be aware this listing is a studio within the Heritage hotel. It’s not an apartment building. The host is not an individual host, it’s Zodiac property management with multiple people as hosts. Stefan is unreachable, however multiple people log into the account to respond to guests pretending to be “Stefan” Zodiac property management collect your personal info outside of airbnbs platform on their website under the guise of “building requirement” before you are sent access instructions. We had an issue which resulted in having no working blinds and there are no curtains. We asked for the blinds to be fixed and were told they would not fix them, and if we wanted moved it would be at our cost. The windows are floor to ceiling glass overlooked by other apartments. What could have been an easy fix by the property management company (it was too high for us to reach) turned into a needless drama which ruined our holiday. We had no privacy whatsoever and the host was unwilling to help. Beware

In regards to the blinds, you'd let us know of the issue on the last afternoon of your stay and unfortunately we did not have enough time to get someone in that evening. We did find the next morning at check-out that the switch for the blinds had been turned off at the wall. We had included instructions of the location for this switch and to ensure it's left on but unfortunately this was missed. We apologise that your stay was affected due to this.

Would be very useful to have a simple steps instruction for operation microwave and ovenI know you have online manual but simple "123 etc" steps on a laminated sheet would help a lot as frankly we couldn't get oven to workOther than that everything worked well and we enjoyed our stay and the sunny warmth returning to apartment in late afternoons- Description as having city view was not exactly accurate- Blue cushion had stains on it and needs cleaning

Host/management were very responsive and communicative. Lovely bright apartment, however my only suggestion would be some night time lighting options in the living area other than the overhead lights! Some issues with the function of the microwave/oven appliance that were unresolved but not a huge disruption to the stay as I was mostly eating out.Altogether a nice place in a great location.

Arrived in the evening so it was difficult to get my bearings at night. Close enough to the wharf, harbour to walk with a lot of things to do and places to eat. Walked to the ferry to Waiheke island for a winery tour which was wonderful.
