The space
Welcome to our one bedroom apartment located near Parnell Village! You can't find a better location than this, with numerous building facilities on site to keep you entertained, as well as the Spark Arena just up the road.

Here at Zodiak Stays, we have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible:

The bedroom is equipped with a Super King bed.

The main room of the apartment has a fully functional kitchen with oven, microwave, and dish washer. The living area has a sofa, a smart TV, and a dining table with three chairs.

There is a washing machine and dryer tucked away in a cupboard in the bathroom.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, as well as the gym and tennis courts located on the ground floor.

Interaction
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Personal check-in: One of our team will meet with you to show you into the apartment. Please let us know your arrival time so we can arrange this.

Parking: There is a free secure carpark in the building allocated to this apartment.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Optional Weekly Housekeeping: We can arrange extra weekly housekeeping during your stay if requested for the same price as the cleaning fee listed per clean. Please just send us a message if you need the extra cleaning as we will need to organise this with the cleaning company we use.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay (2x shampoo, 2x bodywash, 4x tea/coffee, 2x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes) but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement

Coffee Machine: We don’t provide coffee pods in the unit, but you’re very welcome to bring your own favorites. For your convenience, we’ve provided complimentary instant coffee during your stay.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed apartment by Zodiak Stays so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced apartment. As above, weekly housekeeping can still be arranged as an extra service.

Great check-in, near supermarket, petrol station and restaurants, clean and tidy, comfy and great customer service! And

Check-in was great, we arrived on a public holiday and Eden was very accommodating and lovely. The room was great, but the gym, spa and pools were our highlight - my son had a sports camp and so post recovery was much needed! It wasn’t the property, it was my GPS - It took me a long time to locate the building

Place very much as described, clean and comfortable, with listed amenities included free underground parking, swimming pool, gym, washer and dryer. It is small, but a well designed flat and we managed as a couple with two young children (aged 0 and 2). Needed to arrange with a 3rd party to collect keys, but this was at convenient time for me and worked out fine. Downsides - had less well resourced kitchen than many other airbnbs we stayed at (salt/pepper/sugar and small carton of milk only), dishwasher wasn't particularly effective and one of the hob rings didn't work (but 3 did which was plenty). However, overall, a good experience and would stay again.

My partner and I stayed for 5 days at this stunning apartment and we absolutely loved it, from the smooth check-in with River to the responsive host Stefan, we had the best time in Auckland while staying at this gem Airbnb.
The kitchen was spotless, bathroom was perfect size along with all the amenities you will need, the washing machine and the dryer saved our trip! The apartment is situated in Parnell, one of the safest districts in Auckland, nearby the viaduct harbour as well as Auckland Domain.
Everything was perfect, we’d love to make a comeback soon when we visit Auckland again!

This place was great, the main thing of note was that the pools were better than described. 5 options: heated outdoor deep pool, cold outdoor lagoon, large outdoor spa, heated indoor lap pool and indoor hot tub! The Sauna wasn’t working during our stay but it didn’t matter because there were so many other options.

Cosy comfortable quiet place for a getaway

Apartment was fully furnished and came with absolutely everything we needed, from the kitchen to the bathroom toiletries to the laundry powder and even an air fryer that came in handy for cooking our meals. Was very happy to see a lot of extra bedding and towels made available for us, this apartment is so nice and clean with aircon flowing throughout the whole apartment. The bed is super comfortable and soft, the gym and pool facilities are very clean and beautiful and the secure private parking was an added bonus. Perhaps maybe have the clothes dryer checked out as it does make loud noises when it’s on but other than that, everything else was perfect.

Beautiful apartment! Very clean and had everything you need to feel right at home. Stefan was very quick to respond and extremely accomodating to our check in time when our flight was slightly delayed. River (the lovely man that met us in the middle of the night to help us check in) was friendly and very helpful. The apartment is also conveniently located being just a quick walk away from the convenience stores/takeaway restaurants. Would highly recommend Stefan and his team. Dealing with them was a delight!

Great place to stay in the city. Easy access to surrounding areas and transport. Onsite covered/gated parking, washer and dryer and onsite spa, sauna and pool were the perfect touch to our stay. Collecting the key was also a super easy and fast process. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

It was so nice to have a parking spot included and a great bed to sleep in. While it was pretty dated, it was also nice to have a washer and dryer included. Stefan was a great communicator, and all of the amenities of the building were what we were looking for on our trip!

This has been one of my favourite stays!
Stefan is an amazing host. Friendly, prompt, professional and a key standard other hosts should strive for in the AirBnd business. The place itself exceeded my expectations. The apartment boasts ocean views, and has windows that OPEN! It gets all day sun so is on the warmer side, even with the air conditioning on, so you may want a fan for the room. Although space is limited, it is thoughtfully designed and does not feel cramp. I would suggest 1-2 people. I am definitely booking again esp. for Spark Arena gigs! This has been ten times better in terms of value for money, space, and facilities when compared to the 5 stars hotels! Washing machine, dryer, secure car park(2m height), FULL kitchen, Two quiet spa pools, one lane pool and an outdoor “leisure” pool- are features that sets itself apart from other bookings! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stefan's place was very central and had great views, a 15 minute walk to the local Woolworths and another 10mins to the Quay with great dining and drinks options. we did not have to use our car which was a bonus as parking fees can add up. a half hour walk to the Sky Tower and 20mins to Parnell Village.

The Strand was amazing great people friendly, nice and understanding. I loved the pool and spa aswell as the view of the sky tower at the pool its amazing at night time. apartment was amazing clean organized and so comfortable, had a problem with the kitchen light tho as it blew didn't have any light in the kitchen besides that it was amazing. it's close to alot of amenities and shops.

We really enjoyed our stay at Stefan's place! The apartment was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and very close to the city.
Great shower !!
The outside pool area was absolutely beautiful. Felt like we were on holiday at an island. Loved the indoor heated pool!
We made use of the sauna and both spa pools. Exactly what our bodies needed after a long day of walking around.
Great security for our car. We were very pleased knowing this was safe underground, locked up and not on the road.
Communication with the host was smooth and they were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Appreciate for Stephan's patient and professional help during the process contacted for all the questions, always quickly and useful. That's a wonderful location apartment for our first arrival in Auckland, very convenient to walk around the city center, parks,university.

Apologies for not responding - I was have trouble accessing my Air BNB account via my phone during our stay.
I couldn't find the centralised rubbish bin (as there was a 'cordoning off' of certain areas - due to one of the lifts being fixed/serviced). So apologies for not putting the rubbish in the centralised bin at the end of our stay.
Kids loved everything!!! The apartment - pools, spa, sauna, easy walking accessibility to the city, etc. I'd come back again.

The kitchen has no amenities if you want to cook, the stove was hard to function, no salt or pepper or oil and no cutting board. A machine for coffee pods but no pods. Feels very bare. Good if you don’t want to use kitchen at all but layout isn’t comfortable and feels like cheap.

The building is across the street from some lovely breakfast spots plus the Parnell Italian Market on Saturdays. It's about a 30 min walk to the city centre and Queen street. The unit was very clean and cosy with a nice view of Parnell and the harbour. Getting the key was awkward. It was about a 20 minute walk into town. If you're driving to it, there may not be parking available. Also, due to the strict entry nature of this building from body corp rules, the online reservation of the unit required multiple steps and ID photos.

Very convenient base while visiting central Auckland, with easy access to motorways going north, south and west. Quick drive to the supermarket or a short walk to local dairy and cafes, in particular the Luxerose cafe within the Parnell Rose Gardens.
Amazing facilities within the apartment building include heated outdoor and indoor pools, Spa, sauna, gym and tennis court.
The apartment is mostly very quiet and has lovely morning sun.
The bed is very comfortable with a firm mattress and cotton linen.
Kitchen supplied with some basic tea/coffee/milk and full cooking equipment.
Bathroom has a great shower with shampoo/conditioner provided and washing machine & clothes dryer.

Great spot, to spent this difficult time.
The communication with the host was perfect, always ready to help and answered to any question.
I been there for about 5 weeks because of the self isolation and lockdown, I really felt like home. It’s a comfy apartment, with all you need on it.
They have a private gym, sauna, pool and hot tub, perfect when you can’t go out for lockdown period.
Definitely recommend it!

This accommodation in Parnell was absolutely perfect for what I needed. A few nights were work related so it was great having a nice, quiet, comfortable place to stay, with all the amenities required. Great food and coffee were only a short stroll away which is also a plus! My family (wife and small child) arrived at the back end of the stay and again it was perfect for us, albeit a little small. But we knew that and this wasn’t a problem at all. Again, being so close to the city and beaches/bays it was perfect for us and I would highly recommend this accommodation. Really well priced too - particularly given the location.
The team that I communicated with along the way were nothing short of perfect. They were quick to reply, answered all my questions and made the process from check- in to check-out seamless.

This is a great place near the Parnell area of Auckland. The pool, hottub, sauna, and lap pool is a great addition especially in Auckland where pools are hard to find. The building is located near a busy street, but lots of things are nearby including a nice park, view of Auckland, and transportation so it is easy to get around.

Place is of excellent value when compared to others in the same price range. Top location in Parnell, great amenities (including a tennis court and lagoon pool) and well equipped. Parking is a big plus, as it's hard to come by this close to the CBD. Would recommend to anyone visiting Auckland.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 night stay from Sydney, Australia. The apartment is located 30 mins from the airport, 2 mins drive to the city centre and a 5 walk to the viaduct. The check in was seamless. Communication pre-check in - timely and concise and upon arrival - easy. Meeting Alex upon arrival, he gave me a tour of the car park, pools, gym and apartment. Being a former local to Auckland, he didn’t need to give any local or travel tips but he was hospitable and friendly - good customer service. The apartment offers a lot of nice natural light; a nice small view of the water too. Internet connection and speed was great. The car park was secure and easily accessible. Bedroom is a good size for a couple with ample storage. The apartment layout is perfect for 2 people and maybe a child too. The bathroom, washing machine and kitchenette were in great condition. I would definitely stay here again in future and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice location central to all parts of Auckland. Many thanks, Leki.

Stefan and his team are wonderful. Extremely accommodating of check in check out needs and amenities. Space was clean and luxurious with the perfect setup for a short or extended stay. The complex is great with nice communal outdoor areas and a solid gym. Conveniently located the apartment is very close to restaurants and shops in Parnell as well as downtown. It would usually take me 15 minutes to walk to queens street with bus stops and e scooters right outside the place If needed. Overall amazing stay and perfect for my extended stay. Would recommend!
