My partner and I stayed for 5 days at this stunning apartment and we absolutely loved it, from the smooth check-in with River to the responsive host Stefan, we had the best time in Auckland while staying at this gem Airbnb. The kitchen was spotless, bathroom was perfect size along with all the amenities you will need, the washing machine and the dryer saved our trip! The apartment is situated in Parnell, one of the safest districts in Auckland, nearby the viaduct harbour as well as Auckland Domain. Everything was perfect, we’d love to make a comeback soon when we visit Auckland again!

This place was great, the main thing of note was that the pools were better than described. 5 options: heated outdoor deep pool, cold outdoor lagoon, large outdoor spa, heated indoor lap pool and indoor hot tub! The Sauna wasn’t working during our stay but it didn’t matter because there were so many other options. Would be keen to come again!

Good place in the city. Great list of amenities. Stefan was responsive and proactive - even though it is an external company. River met us for our self-check in and gave as a run down of all the instructions which was handy. A stain on the duvet lining and bent blinds meant we were questioned even though it was like that on arrival. However, everything was dropped which was good. Take photos or videos or even let Stefan know immediately. It was great having a washer and dryer and so many cleaning supplies. Even down to scales to weigh luggage before flying from Auckland is a great touch.

Beautiful apartment! Very clean and had everything you need to feel right at home. Stefan was very quick to respond and extremely accomodating to our check in time when our flight was slightly delayed. River (the lovely man that met us in the middle of the night to help us check in) was friendly and very helpful. The apartment is also conveniently located being just a quick walk away from the convenience stores/takeaway restaurants. Would highly recommend Stefan and his team. Dealing with them was a delight!

Great place to stay in the city. Easy access to surrounding areas and transport. Onsite covered/gated parking, washer and dryer and onsite spa, sauna and pool were the perfect touch to our stay. Collecting the key was also a super easy and fast process. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Have stayed at this property before and it has everything you need. The 'self check'in' in the listing wasn't what I thought. I had to wait 15 mins in the rain for someone to come. A self check-in to me means key lock box and no person. Otherwise a great stay.

It was so nice to have a parking spot included and a great bed to sleep in. While it was pretty dated, it was also nice to have a washer and dryer included. Stefan was a great communicator, and all of the amenities of the building were what we were looking for on our trip!

Host very helpful in all aspects of arranging our stay at his apartment...after experiencing phone provider connectivity problems. The internal building carparking a blessing in an area with tight parking control by zones and time limits.. Apartment suited out needs and we made full use of the well sized Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube ect... Enjoyable stay in Auckland....many thanks.

If you're looking for a well located place to stay, you cant go wrong - The apartment is very comfortable and clean - It also offers easy access from the main road with covered parking - There's also a great selection of shops and take aways a short walk down the road - The apartment was quiet and I had no issues sleeping - All in, a great place to call home when visiting Auckland - I stayed for 2 weeks and it was just awesome!! This has been one of my favourite stays! Stefan is an amazing host. Friendly, prompt, professional and a key standard other hosts should strive for in the AirBnd business. The place itself exceeded my expectations. The apartment boasts ocean views, and has windows that OPEN! It gets all day sun so is on the warmer side, even with the air conditioning on, so you may want a fan for the room. Although space is limited, it is thoughtfully designed and does not feel cramp. I would suggest 1-2 people. I am definitely booking again esp. for Spark Arena gigs! This has been ten times better in terms of value for money, space, and facilities when compared to the 5 stars hotels! Washing machine, dryer, secure car park(2m height), FULL kitchen, Two quiet spa pools, one lane pool and an outdoor “leisure” pool- are features that sets itself apart from other bookings! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stefan's place was very central and had great views, a 15 minute walk to the local Woolworths and another 10mins to the Quay with great dining and drinks options. we did not have to use our car which was a bonus as parking fees can add up. a half hour walk to the Sky Tower and 20mins to Parnell Village.

The Strand was amazing great people friendly, nice and understanding. I loved the pool and spa aswell as the view of the sky tower at the pool its amazing at night time. apartment was amazing clean organized and so comfortable, had a problem with the kitchen light tho as it blew didn't have any light in the kitchen besides that it was amazing. it's close to alot of amenities and shops.

We enjoyed our stay in this small but cozy apartment. Check-in was easy, shower was great, and the bed was very comfortable. It was chilly in Auckland during the stay and the heat worked perfectly. We didn't have a chance to use the common areas of the pool and gym, but they looked very inviting. The kitchen was small, but adequate for a quick breakfast/meal. Communication was easy regarding check in and check out, and we loved the location-it was easy walking distance to downtown and the ferry terminal.

We really enjoyed our stay at Stefan's place! The apartment was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and very close to the city. Great shower !! The outside pool area was absolutely beautiful. Felt like we were on holiday at an island. Loved the indoor heated pool! We made use of the sauna and both spa pools. Exactly what our bodies needed after a long day of walking around. Great security for our car. We were very pleased knowing this was safe underground, locked up and not on the road. Communication with the host was smooth and they were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Appreciate for Stephan's patient and professional help during the process contacted for all the questions, always quickly and useful. That's a wonderful location apartment for our first arrival in Auckland, very convenient to walk around the city center, parks,university. Thank you for your series of emails/contacts Stefan. Apologies for not responding - I was have trouble accessing my Air BNB account via my phone during our stay. I couldn't find the centralised rubbish bin (as there was a 'cordoning off' of certain areas - due to one of the lifts being fixed/serviced). So apologies for not putting the rubbish in the centralised bin at the end of our stay. Kids loved everything!!! The apartment - pools, spa, sauna, easy walking accessibility to the city, etc. I'd come back again.

I live in this building and booked this unit for my relatives. I'm very familiar with the location and amenities. The building is across the street from some lovely breakfast spots plus the Parnell Italian Market on Saturdays. It's about a 30 min walk to the city centre and Queen street. The unit was very clean and cosy with a nice view of Parnell and the harbour. Getting the key was awkward. It was about a 20 minute walk into town. If you're driving to it, there may not be parking available. Also, due to the strict entry nature of this building from body corp rules, the online reservation of the unit required multiple steps and ID photos.

Very handy small apartment in great central location. Would love to give it a higher rating as it is a nice apartment but there were a number of issues. When we first arrived we noticed flooding in the bathroom - we quickly established it was from the bathroom sink which it became apparent someone has washed a significant amount of chopped hair down. Everytime we tried to use the sink more and more hair would come back up and be left sitting in the bowl. We emailed the property manager immediately and made phone calls (left a message) the next day but were unable to make contact until the following morning (we were checking out that afternoon). The other thing that was a bit of a let down was there was no information guide in the room - no information as to where to find the included extras eg. Spa, sauna, no details of emergency exit/meeting points and no information regarding check out. In one email there was an attached brochure detailing checkout but the link wouldn’t work - again I had emailed asking for this to be sent again but no contact until final day. Once we had details of what to clean and where to put things we were unable to do so as the equipment left wasn’t suitable (asked to turn dishwasher on with provided tablets but there was only washing liquid) so I went to hand wash dishes and the plug was miles to small to fit. The rest of the apartment was fabulous - great bed, wonderful that it is obviously soundproof - never heard the traffic or anything! Sadly cleanliness and contact ability let it down this time.
