The space

Bright interiors, quality finishes, and seamless indoor-outdoor living make this a comfortable base just minutes from the city.

Living Area
Open-plan living space with comfortable seating and a Smart TV. Large sliding doors open to the outdoor area, bringing in plenty of natural light and creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow.

Kitchen & Dining
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, and coffee maker.
Dining table with seating for six.

Bedrooms
Three well-appointed bedrooms with quality linen and comfortable bedding. Two beds are queen-size and the master bedroom has a super king-size bed. All rooms have plenty of closet space for your belongings and one room has direct access to the outdoor area.

Bathrooms
Three modern bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Fresh towels, soap, conditioner and shampoo provided.

Laundry
Washer and dryer available for guest use.

Pool
Outside and available for guest use. Please note the pool is not heated.
Please note that from 9pm, all outdoor areas including the pool and BBQ are subject to quiet hours and are not to be used, to respect our neighbours.

Here at Zodiak Stays, we provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire home. This property is just the lower level. There is a separate property above. Entrances are completely separate.

Interaction
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Other Things To Note
Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Key Pick-Up: The property is equipped with a smart door lock for your convenience. We will send you full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.

Be mindful of neighbours: This is a quite neighbourhood with homes surrounding and a property directly above. Please note that from 9pm, all outdoor areas including the pool and BBQ are subject to quiet hours and are not to be used, to respect our neighbours.

Parking: Street parking is available on Smith Street and surrounding streets.
Weekdays (Monday to Friday):
Free parking is limited to 2 hours between 8:00am and 6:00pm.

Evenings (after 6:00pm), weekends, and public holidays:
Parking is free and unlimited.

Please note that this is a residential parking zone and we are unable to provide resident permits for guests. If you need to park for longer than 2 hours during weekday daytime hours, we recommend using nearby paid parking facilities.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $85 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml body wash, 6x tea/coffee, 9x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed property by Zodiak Stays, so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.
