A perfectly located wee gem for what I needed.

I had a good stay at Stefan's Airbnb. The property was spacious and looked like the listing's photos. It's on the ground floor, which I appreciated, because it meant I didn't have to lug my luggage up any stairs to bring it into the property. The bed was also comfortable, and I enjoyed the free Netflix access! Stefan and his team were quick to respond to my messages (as fast as within minutes), which was really helpful. For example, during my stay, I had some issues with the sink plug, which got stuck and couldn't be unplugged, and one of the kitchen lightbulbs was flickering. Stefan sent a team member to fix both issues within a few hours of my making the request. The Airbnb is in a private neighbourhood. To get around, it's best if you have access to a car. We have stayed here before and we love the location and peaceful neighbourhood. Within walking distance of bars restaurants and takeaways. Very good public transport links to the city and surrounding areas. Private parking space was great and near to the accomodation. The accomodation itself was clean and tidy with all the mod cons you need.

A wee gem. A perfect spot to stay in Auckland. This apartment was lovely. Really we'll equipped, a home away from home with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Quiet location, with a selection of good restaurants nearby. Very highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to Auckland.

This was an extremely disappointing experience. I was accused of damaging items within the property, and asked for reimbursement. The property was partially clean, with grease left on elements, dusty in places, tired curtains with holes in them and a weird substance on some of the pictures. Yet I was asked to pay for the broken kettle, which is clearly old and has been damaged for some time. This place is dodgy, this is the first really bad experience I've had with Airbnb.

Such a clean and nice tucked away place. Was very peaceful and felt like you were partly rural, trees and close to a little beach. So convenient to anywhere in the city. Would stay again!

this place was a great gem. walkabout to harbour Wynard QtR and Sky tower, shops, cafes. tv excellent, kitchen great. WiFi amazing. good price point. no stairs was a plus for those with luggage.

Comfortable apartment for a solo traveler or couple. Great neighbourhood with cafes and restaurants walking distance. Easy access to small beaches. Great place for a stay in Auckland without feeling like being too much in downtown.

This was a perfect location for our stay. The street is beautiful and the locals are very friendly. It's a short walk to the beach or Ponsoby where there are lots of lovely cafés to coose from. The apartment is very clean and Tidy with everything you need. The bed is worth a mention too as it is very comfortable. There is a nice walkway along the water front all the way to town center, it took us about 10-15 minutes on a lime scooter. Would be happy staying here anytime.

Was a comfortable stay at this flat. I was there for three nights and it had everything I needed. Of note the property is on the ground floor in a block of flats so there is some noise from other neighbours. This didn’t bother me but worth mentioning.

Unfortunatly I couldn't stay due to a sudden death of a friend. When I communicated this, it seemed as though I was speaking to a company, not a person as it was a different person each time. They were considerate but said it wasn't possible to cancel the booking. I had booked for 3 nights, but obviously my plans changed suddenly. I did have trouble getting into the lock box, I received the news of my friend at the same time as arriving at the accommodation, so I literally walked in and walked out. There was a musty cigarette smell throughout the house and it was cold. I could clearly hear the neighbour next door coughing and smoking inside. There was no heat pump, just a dyson heater in the living room. It didn't feel like a welcoming space, especially for the price. After I had come out of shock I got back in touch and asked for at least the cleaning free to be refunded, due to the fact I hadn't stayed at all. They did refund that, which was good. I wouldn't book again to be honest.

Great place to stay with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Host was friendly and professional and very quick to respond to any query we had. Parking space was in the car park of the accomodation.

An amazing host! Everything was as advertised. Tv was huge. Nice to watch movies on. Very private. Above all host was very easy to communicate with. Would personally stay again and definitely recommend it to anyone else looking for an affordable place to stay.
