Great room situated in a hotel. Clean, well equipped with washing machine and dryer. Also right opposite the room door, you'll find a gym, pool, sauna and spa and a water fountain (very useful if you usually work out or/and need an entertainment for kids).

Decent place. Had an issue getting in as key cards had not been reset. they were apologetic, but after a 30-hour flight, it was the last thing you needed. Car parking being provided in the car park onsite would have been nice.

Perfect location nearby the Viaduct and major CBD attractions. Lovely pool, jacuzzi, and gym facilities on both the 2nd floor and rooftop. The room itself was large and nice at first glance. However, the thermostat was missing the control knob and the kitchen was infested with ants upon arrival. Couch covered in lots of stains. Otherwise, everything else was PERFECT. Great spacious room, hotel accommodations were resort level. Be prepared to store your own luggage before check in and/or after check out though, as the hotel does not honor apartment guests. Overall, great price and with a bit of work an excellent location for a getaway or staycation!

The unit was ideal for my needs. Has almost everything you need for a short stay. Clean and comfortable. Very spacious for a hotel-type room. I loved the fact the gym/pool/sauna was directly opposite so very easy to use.

The good: Location is great. Really quick walk to nightlife, sky tower and queen street. Loved it. Also the pool and gym was great and right across from the room. Having laundry facilities was useful. The ok: The room was a bit shabby, spare duvet for the sofa bed was nasty and I didn’t let the kids use it, lots of hair on the carpet and ants in the bathroom. The bad: Our keycard stopped working and it couldn’t be repaired until after we checked out. We have not been compensated for the inconvenience and because the apartment is in a hotel we were unable to access our room for over an hour while everyone tried to sort it out. We had to leave our door unlocked to go out on Sunday evening as we knew we wouldn’t be back during reception hours to be let back into our room again.

Everything was great. Fantastic communication with the host, answered all questions we had. Studio is very spacious and has everything we needed with a nice little outdoor space. Was great to have use of the hotels facilities, pool and gym are fab! Within walking distance of everywhere we needed to be and very easy to find. Would absolutely recommend and would definitely stay again. thanks so much

The units need to be maintained and the linen and also the pantry. There are ants in the bathrooms and we have problem to check in on the day we arrived as the instruction for the password missing the hash code behind the number. Locationwise is good.

We really enjoyed Stefan’s place. I took two of my children to Auckland for a holiday and we could walk anywhere from the apartment and really enjoyed the pool and spa. We would love to stay there again in the future!

The rooftop pool caught our eye when looking through options in Auckland so it was very disappointing to find that as AirBnB guests we did not have access. The pool we did have access to was not nearly as nice. Instructions for picking up the key card were clear but there was no mention of needing to insert the card into a holder to turn on power in the apartment. When we arrived the room was hot and trouble shooting the lack of power was frustrating. Stefan was very responsive in helping us figure this out and messaged later to ensure everything was ok, but clear instructions beforehand would have been best. Everything else was as described. The building felt safe and was always clean. The location was great.

This airbnb was perfectly located in the city as well as within the complex. The indoor pool is literally across the hall. Outside the patio is an outdoor courtyard area with a outdoor chess board & tennis court. Being located in the complex where it is tho, u do get the outdoor noise but it wasnt too bad, as it quietened down at night. The place itself was clean, appliances were dated, but didnt bother us. All that we needed worked as it should. The dishwasher smells, so we handwashed our dishes. Didnt use the oven. One thing I do note, if you have kids - the door doesnt have a indoor lock to prevent them opening the door. Locks the outside out fine, however, if your wee one is a strong enough they could pull the door open. We tried to manually lock. The mattress on the leftside was too soft, we preferred the pull out couch - which was handy. There was quite a bit of ants but host provided bug spray which was good. Definitely value for money this place. Super convenient.

Stefan’s place was perfect!!! Situated in the heart of the city but peaceful and easy access to sauna, spa, lap pool, rooftop pool and rooftop spa. Tennis court and courtyard right outside the apartment patio…comfortable bed and pullout sofa beds for extra guests. We would highly recommend for an RnR retreat

Appliances like switches, ac, one of the stove was not functional..even after complaining, it was not fixed for 2 weeks. Staff needs to be trained so that they guide guests correctly (incorrect booking was made basis staffs misinformation - amount refunded, but still waiting for amount to be credited)..all confusion during checkout..Stefan as a person is good, but overall guest experience should be improved and property should be maintained

Was a great location, and close to pool which we enjoyed. There were no pool towels and were told that some could be delivered for a fee. Therefore we had to wash the towels we used for the pool so that we had towels for showering. We had to get the key from a different location than the apartment but was not informed of this until after we received the check in info. I would not have booked this location had I known that. The stove didn’t work and we were informed that the dishwasher wasn’t working also after booking.

I enjoyed my stay. Beautiful stay for a couple or a group of friends (Max 3). I loved how spacious the room was. My only downfall for the room was that the shower doesn’t work, just the bath tap. But overall, I enjoyed my stay.

It definitely wasn’t worth it. They lie about the rooftop pool, there isn’t one in the building- it’s down the road in another building. The description says it’s just up the lifts- it’s deceptive. The shower head is broken and points at the ground so we had to stuff some kitchen utensils behind it to point it straight. When we got to the room, it was humid and very hot and the aircon is so weak that it took three or four hours to cool down. We asked for a fan, but they didn’t reply for a long time and then just asked me if I had found the aircon. We were sat in chairs in front of the aircon so we could breathe. The bedding is an old yellow and stained duvet put between two sheets, not even a cover. Really disgusting. The patio furniture is old and rusted and there is no privacy as you can see all of the other rooms patios next to each other. There are weeds growing on the patio. I was asked to fill in an external non-Airbnb form that says it will charge me if I steal or break anything. It makes you feel like a criminal. All around, a bad stay. And that was at a heavily discounted rate so I really wonder about the authenticity of the other positive reviews left here.

Great Facilties- but beware key cards sometimes do not work and explaining to reception staff that you are not a hotel guest but an apartment guest created its own issues. Toilet didn’t flush. Handy having the gym across the hall for when toilet wasn’t working but then the key card access was stopped on us. The access to the apartment at check in time is very intricate so make sure you print instructions before you leave as you need more than 1 person to get it all done. Apart from all this, it’s good value if everything wd work. Nice bed. Oh parking a drama, easier if u don’t have a car!!

Thank you for the stay, the location and rooftop pool was seriously amazing! Only thing for people looking to book would be to note that outdoor furniture does not look as pictured and is a bit run down. Deffs not big enough for 5 guests either which is what I had booked for. But again, still great value for money. Thank you again.

Great location, easy access to everything in central Auckland. Nice studio apartment that is well stocked on arrival. The fridge is very small which was a bit challenging for our long stay though it is doable. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils etc . The private courtyard and pool/gym access is a bonus. For the price the value is there and I would recommend.

Great location. Close to the Sky Tower and all the great bars and eateries on the Viaduct. It meant we could walk everywhere. Made use of the storage locker up by the Sky Tower so we could wander around without our bags. 👌

We loved all the facilities Dave's places offers ! 2 pools, 2 spa baths, 2 gyms and a sauna!! The rooftop pool has a really great view and the temperature of the spa pools was perfect. The location is also amazing as it is right in the middle of town with a 5 min walk to everything you need. The accommodation was large enough for the four of us with plenty of cupboard space and seating too

You can't beat the rooftop pool, spa and gym - great to hang out and relax. A very well-appointed apartment with a bath, and washer & dryer. Plus the indoor pool, spa and gym is just across the hall. Super close to walk to Britomart, Commercial Bay and Wynyard Quarter. Swift communication from the hosts too.

Excellent location and fabulous hotel amenities. It was so nice having a sunset spa on the rooftop, and watching the coloured lights change on the Auckland Harbour Bridge. It seems like this apartment may be in the process of getting refurbished as the carpet was new and some furniture and decor pieces were contemporary. Excellent washing machine and dryer, plus dishwasher and other kitchen appliances too. The very comfortable bed and couch added to our lovely stay in this apartment. Excellent communication by the hosts. Thank you so much.

It was centrally located. Good firm bed to sleep on as I have a bad back. Easy to get around the city. Parking was a bit expensive but that’s Auckland for you. I didn’t have time to enjoy the pool and spa.
