Ellerslie Escape 2BR Balcony by Zodiak Stays

Definately the home away from home we needed. The view on our side of the apartment building gave us the most beautiful sunsets each night. Located in a business district allowed quiet interactions and uninterrupted peace making it easy being in a new country. The beds were very comfortable, shower head pressure amazing, all the bits and pieces to go along with a kitchen and laundry made it super easy to stay on top of your cleaning whilst we were away from home for 2 weeks. Thank goodness there was a concierge option to help us up to our apartment. We were dreading the key pick up in the city after catching our flight and are so glad we didn’t have to trek into the city by uber to get the key and then trek over to the apartment. We were met at the apartment by River and he was ever so helpful getting my family up to our apartment. Helping with our bags was also an added touch of kindness that was greatly appreciated! The surrounds were also great for shopping/food/activities. Thanks!!

What a great place to stay. Was so close to the Mt Smart stadium where we could walk. The place was perfect. So clean and tidy. Would stay there again.

The apartment was clean and the host was very responsive, however parking spot provided was very tight and small, therefore probably won’t work for a jeep or an suv. Other than the parking everything else was excellent.

Wonderful stay and wonderful apartment. The presentation and cleanliness couldn’t be faulted, and super appreciated Stefan’s prompt response to the few queries we had on arrival. The generous amenities (shower gels etc) were a great touch, and the kitchen was well setup with all the essentials. Appreciated the gesture of the carpark included, but probably best suited for a smaller car only. Great stay overall, and would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Auckland. :)

Dealing with this property was challenging with online forms to fill in and messages sent from the property company asking for things like check out plans. Check in details lacked accuracy for the address so it was difficult to find no we were forced to phone the host. The property is quite some distance from anywhere interesting and with a bedroom window open, was quite noisy. The apartment itself was nice and clean. Any request to be allowed to check in slightly early or check out slightly late was met with details of how much extra would be charged. Cannot recommend

Booked the place over Christmas/NY period for my parents as well as another venue to have during the festive season. Such a wonderful space - better and a lot more spacious then the photos give! Squeaky clean, top quality amenities and spacious. The balcony offered great views, as well as the rooftop terrace that was truly a highlight. The communication from Stefan was clear and he even checked in despite it being holiday season! Friendly & caring. Would highly recommend the place as I can’t fault the place. Thank you Stefan!

Top notch Accommodation. Hotel facilities. Apartment brand new. With all amenities. Very comfortable and lovely view from balcony. Very short walk to the town center with restaurants and shops there. Small supermarkets. And short taxi ride to shopping mall. Easy to check in and out. Place very clean and quiet.Very good gym on 1st floor. Very impressed.
