The cleanliness is basically on par with big hotels, and it’s even better in terms of living functionality and convenience. Simple things like pan-frying steak, doing laundry, and drying clothes are all very practical. The host is extremely professional.

The apartment is quiet, spacious, and clean. Picking up the key was far away (it is at a convenience store a 20 min walk away, with no good space for an uber to stop while you pick up the key). The rest of the check-in went really smooth and easy with clear instructions and pictures. They really want you to use their app which made me a bit uncomfortable when everything on their app could have been inside the airbnb app.

Apt was bright and sunny clean and a good overall value. Had an easy time getting into the lower level to park the car but very difficult after that to find and get into the apartment. Needs better directions once car is parked. Overall, the apartment was fine. There were a couple small things like the toaster was broken, the oven did not work and we could not get the heat to come on the wall unit. The service was responsive, even though some of their directions didn’t make sense. Overall, it was a good value. We enjoyed the place and would probably book again. Location was good .

Overall we had a lovely stay at Stefan’s Airbnb. It’s within amazing location and Stefan was very communicative. The private parking space was definitely a bonus , especially in Auckland!! Would highly recommend this Airbnb !!

Stay was good. Place was pristine. Had issues with wifi, it seemed to only link to one device at a time. Also, fire alarm kept beeping. Battery wasn’t replaced. The place was really nice tho.

We loved our stay in Stefan's apartment. Place was spotless and had everything we needed. We enjoyed a stroll down Ponsonby Street which was walking distance from our place. We appreciated designated, secure parking too! We even feasted at the Korean BBQ restaurant on the main floor of the apartment which was an exciting experience. Picking up a key from a conveniece store near by was a new twist but it went smoothly, especially with detailed instructions from Stefan.

The house was stunning. If you just want a peaceful place to stay on your trip away, definitely book here. It’s clean and overall just a really good vibe A huge plus is how many things are within a walking distance from the Air BNB. For example, Four Square is just down the road and there is a dairy, restaurant and cafe right below the Air BNB as well.

Perfect accomodation for an inner city stay. The place had everything we could’ve needed! Easy carpark as part of the building and easy pedestrian access to the property in the heart of Eden terrace. Some previous reviews had negative comments about the key pickup being a 5min drive from the property - we found this no issue at all even with a baby in tow. The host can also meet at location with the keys for an extra fee if you need. We would happily stay again.

This is a lovely spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Wrap around balcony. Everything you might need is there and it felt light and pleasant to be in. We enjoyed our 3 weeks and felt it was good value. Highly recommend to other guests.

This was our second stay. We really liked the apartment and it was just perfect for what we needed. Infact we came back! We had some issues this time with the parking remote controller which took 2 days for the host to handle and replace. Other than that all was good and would recommend!

Thanks for having us at your place. The apartment is clean, simple and nice, with everything one may need for either a short or long stay. Beds are comfortable. The internet line was very fast and stable. Having enough dish washing liquid, a whole box of dishwasher tables and one of washing powder was really good and we definitely made use of that. Another plus was having salt and pepper for cooking as well as coffee plungers. The underground parking was great to have and the complex felt very safe. There's a grocery shop 1 minute away and a Countdown 3 minutes drive. The apartment is located a very short distance from the CBD. Great value for the cost and I would definitely recommend it to other guests.

Stayed for a month. Apartment is large, building feels pretty safe, quiet at night, AC is fine for heating the whole apartment in Winter, super fast Wi-Fi, comfy beds and pillows, kitchen appliances work fine. Notes I have - two fire alarms ran out of battery at separate times, chirping at night, which tells me the apartment is not serviced very thoroughly often. Fob from basement in elevator did not work most of the time, so I needed to leave the car park through the car entrance. They didn’t give me keys to the emergency exits, which you can’t access from outside, which means if the lift breaks down, you’re locked out of the building. I had to find another resident to let me in - thankfully it was midday. Would be different if I came back at night. When I tried to resolve and get keys, they responded but did not come up with a solution which left me on edge for the remainder of my stay at the possibility of being locked out if returning at night. Please sort for next guests!

We had a wonderful time at Stefan's apartment. The place itself was incredibly clean, comfortable, and super well equipped. We were positively surprised by how spacious the apartment was, and also the amount of light coming inside. The location is very convenient, supermarkets and restaurants very close by. We also loved the fact that we could park our car in the building's garage. Stefan is a great host, he was super helpful and always responsive whenever we had questions.

After some initial communication issues, we had a pleasant stay. Comfortable and convenient location. Charges a cleaning fee as well as asks for rubbish to be removed. We weren’t aware of the low parking restriction until arrival but luckily this worked for us. Key has to be returned back up to room after car leaves garage. The decks were a bonus.

Hey man, just big issues with the keys…Key was very difficult to turn the lock. Stuck outside for awhile. Also keycard wouldn’t work to get in through the ground door. Had to always come back in through garage door. Sort those and it’s 5 star 🤝

Such an amazing little air bnb! Although was difficult to get into it and to figure out the elevator, had to get the others who lived there show me how to work elevator. The garage door closes on its own which i was not told and was trying to figure that out aswell on arrival. So check in was quite stressfull. some doors in room specifically the wardrobe to bathroom doors are difficult to open and close. Had to pay a cleaning fee but had to leave the place spotless when leaving or would get a fine. Overall nice place but won’t be coming back. Not really worth the money we paid.

Unfortunately our initial experience with Stefan's Airbnb wasn't too pleasant, getting access to keys at the Viaduct where you can't get parking is just silly. Having to provide passport photo's when you're trying to get keys, lift's not working in the apartment complex, key not initially working was very frustrating. The apartment itself was nice and roomy in a good location. We wouldn't stay again because access and communication requirements were frustrating.

Great location, nice apartment. Key collection is a pain or pay $$ to have someone meet you there. For $160 cleaning fee you'd expect it to be spotless... it wasn't.

Recommend this if you don’t want to be in CBD but want to be close. Lots of space and it’s located above a Korean buffet which is a bonus🙌🏾
