We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Auckland. The space was incredibly spacious and truly felt like a home away from home - comfortable, well laid out, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. It really matched the description and pictures. The location couldn’t be better: right on the main shopping street and within easy walking distance of all the central sights, restaurants, and transport links. It made exploring the city so convenient. We’d happily stay here again if we are lucky enough to come back to NZ and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Auckland.

Really loved this spot, right in the center of the CBD. Lots of great spots to eat and shop nearby and really close to the train station and bus terminals to get around the city/New Zealand. The apartment was lovely and very much made me feel at home. I look forward to coming back and being able to stay at this spot again.

If you want to be in the CBD, close to everything, this is the place. It has everything you need and we were very comfortable. There are plenty of great places to eat, public transportation and grocery stores nearby. There are 48 steps up to the apartment and 18 more to the bedroom so heavy luggage can be challenging. If that is challenging for you this might not be the right place to stay. We loved being on a main road and in the action. So much around you!!!! We enjoyed the violin street performance right outside our window. Definitely will stay again! Stef was a great host!!!

A nice clean modern apartment in a great location. Good comms from Stefan, when an unexpected plumbing issue arose it was taken care of quickly. Would stay there again, we really enjoyed our break away. Word of warning there are a lot of stairs to climb so bear that in mind in you have bad knees or hips!

We love this cosy apartment. Everything is good. Easy check in and check out. The only hassle is parking in the city is not convenient and quite expensive.

My husband and I travel to New Zealand from Sydney every month and we usually stay in hotels - no more ! Stefan’s apartment was just beautiful - we felt as though we were in a New York loft apartment :) The location was perfect, so close to lots of cafes and restaurants and the property was spotlessly clean. Stefan was amazing - so helpful and responsive when we needed him - would recommend this accommodation to anyone 👍

This is the first time that have stayed in this apartment and I can’t wait to stay again. The place is exactly as described and the location so easy for walking around the city. A supermarket opposite makes things so much easier. I live in the country and was a little concerned re noise however it is super quiet with the bedroom on the upper floor. I’m back in September and hope the apartment is available for my dates. Oh and communication couldn’t have been better and I am fussy but this gets 100% from me!

Clean, fresh and light, but also with great block out blinds for the bedroom. Great for a getaway for two in the heart of the CBD. Worth noting there is no elevator so you'll have to be prepared to get your steps up to level 2. Good exercise. 😜

lovely place to stay - do expect lots of stairs, yet right in the heart of downtown Auckland. it was quite hot in the kitchen, dining, lounge area as no ac or fan there (only in bedroom), and when cooking it turned into quite a sauna, yet was otherwise lovely!

This place was perfect for a trip to Auckland city. Literally right in the middle of the CBD. Walked most places, train station was very close and easy, right near the harbour, easy to get to from the airport via $20 bus. Perfect 👌

PERFECT CBD STAY! My husband and I are not ‘city folk’ however we chose this AirBnB for ease and accessibility to the venues which brought us to Auckland. I was a little apprehensive at the time of booking that the apartment would receive a lot of street noise however, we were pleasantly surprised and barely heard a sound. The apartment was neat, tidy, well appointed and very comfortable overall. Great comms, useful suggestions, responsive host.

If you’re looking for a place that’s in the center of the city and very walkable, this is it. This location is near many restaurants and right across from a supermarket. We didn’t rent a car so it was perfect location for us. The place was big, spacey, and clean.

stefans property was second to none. wonderful apartment, well equipped, it was a hided gem, centrally located 15 minutes walked from the vibrant restaurants bars on viaduct harbour, highly recommend this place. its been a pleasure staying here. kind regards Jamie and carla dawes Ashby de la zouch england

I had a great stay at Stefan’s place! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient to go anywhere. Everything I needed, like shops, restaurants, and public transport, was within walking distance. The space was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. However, the accommodation is on the second floor with no elevator, so it might be a bit challenging for guests with heavy luggage or solo female travelers to carry their bags upstairs. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and central location

This is a great place to stay when in downtown Auckland. There is one item that is not mentioned anywhere in the description, the access to the unit requires one to go up 46 steps before you can get into the unit. Then there are additional stairs to access the bedroom/bathroom. Not a problem if you are fit and can carry your luggage up.
