The apartment itself was extremely clean and very well maintained inside; honestly spotless, which I really appreciated. Spacious layout with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a large kitchen and living area, so size-wise it was great. However, the building was quite unusual and not what I expected. The entrance and common areas felt more like a communal dorm setup and appeared worn and somewhat unclean, which made arriving and coming/going less pleasant than anticipated. The biggest downside was comfort: the bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows were poor quality, and the sheets felt cheap, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The location is also not ideal. While technically walkable, the hills make the “15-minute walk” closer to 25 minutes, and it’s not enjoyable with luggage, I’d strongly recommend using Uber (uber is cheap, about $9NZD to the ferry terminal) Overall, very clean and large unit, but comfort and building experience detracted from the stay.

Stefan's apartment was terrific. We enjoyed the space and the incredibly well eqipped kitchen. The views are extensive from the 11th floor of the building and its within a short walking distance from all the Auckland city attractions. Beds were comfortable and security parking was great to have. We were thankful to be able to stay for three nights at very short notice.

We absolutely loved staying at this apartment! Everything we needed to make our 10 day vacation comfortable was available in the apartment. And the views from the living room are next level!! \n\nI had lots of questions and Stefan was so quick to respond and was very patient and answered all of my questions.\n\nMy son keeps expressing that he wants to return to this apartment, and we for sure will be back again! \n\nThank you for making our special trip a memorable one.

We had a good stay in Stefan’s listing. He always attends to our needs and concerns during the stay. The apartment is close to many tourists spots even by foot. The parking lot is a plus to us since we drive, and the apartment is quite central to many places we want to explore. And we enjoyed the large TV with soundbar & subwoofer a lot when we rest in the evening.

My son and I stayed here and absolutely loved it! The apartment has a nice modern feel with stylish furniture and a beautiful view of the Sky Tower. Having two showers and toilets was really convenient, and the included carpark was a big bonus. The location is fantastic – walking distance to downtown, perfect if you’re going out socialising or sightseeing, and even close to Mission Bay. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

It best place to stay who prefers City life and it’s perfect fit for 4 people (it has 2 bedroom and 2 separate bathroom). Britomart, restaurants and buses are in walking distances. Stefan is friendly and super responsive for any help.

This was a great cost effective accommodation option for us. We had a crawling baby and it was ok. Given the open shelving in kitchen I would struggle to reccomend this for family’s with young toddlers that grab everything in sight Really happy with out stay Well equiped for everything you could need. Bedding was on the warm side I would happily stay again with older kids

Great pad for a weekend in Auckland. We hired a car and having the lock up garage was handy, as we came and went a bit. The views of surrounding area and the sky tower and were good. Is a short walk to supermarket (5mins) and the CBD (10mins), and right on the road into and out of town so was really well located. Kitchen well set up and the tv and lounge was good, which we enjoyed one evening after A big day at Piha. Stefan was great and lobbed a few ideas our way for activities too. Good value all up.

The stay was great, the accomodation description was as listed with a great view of the city. The lifts unfortunately did not work on one day, and 11 flights up was a decent hike and the lobby was often littered with rubbish. The apartment building has mixed accomodation and residents.

Super responsive and friendly host, superb location if attending an event at spark arena. Parking provided which is great in CBD however entry can be a little steep (no biggie for an experienced driver though) - lovely coffee/tea/milk/oil and body wash and shampoo provided. Great central location. As per description. Car parking space so handy if you travel out of town. Nice swimming pool Only difficult thing was getting the key from the lockbox then travelling to the property........you could not park out side or near the lockbox address

Location was excellent! Stunning views. So convenient with the carpark included! However, we were informed of a broken shower door that needed fixing on the day of arriving. It was an inconvenience as they originally wanted us to be at the property to allow someone in to fix the door after 7pm. Communication wasnt dealt with the owner directly but to his administrator who was unaware of the situation when we phonecalled. It took about an hour to get a response from them. We had it reorganised for them to fix it the next day while were out of the property but it never got done. Although it didnt bother us too much as there were only 2x guests occupying this property and we only used 1 bathroom However, it was still a hassle to have found out on the day that basically our property which we paid for wasn’t in fit condition. Also, instructions of where to dump our rubbish were unclear. I had to message them to find out where the rubbish room was.

房东一点都不热情，给我的感觉就是一个着急要钱复读机。旅客需要在飞机上填写的入住信息一点儿都不着急提供。只知道不停的发送付费服务宣传。甚至连入住说明都没有照片描述只用字写，也没写清楚。（我在这个平台上住过很多民宿，其他的民宿入住信息都给的很及时，入住说明也是文字和照片都有很清晰，会用照片拍出钥匙盒的样子，车库的样子方便旅客查找）这个房东入住前只会宣传其他付费需求，入住后也不好好查房只会说钥匙找不到赔钱。他们甚至没有查找钥匙箱。我们没有要求要两个钥匙，我们只用了一个，用完的按照他的要求归还，其他没用的东西我们完全没有碰。房东在我朋友入住前没有仔细说明，退房后也没有仔细查找，不是劝我们支付多余的费用为我们不需要的服务买单，就是说东西没有了让赔偿，让人非常不舒服。

The good: - the location - walkable to town - the beds were incredibly comfortable - the kitchen was lovely - it was nicely decorated The bad: - no central heating. One portable heater was provided but with two rooms and the main room, we could pick one to warm up at a time. - the building. A cursory google showed it was a student block. I asked about it because it gave hostel vibes and the reply from the host company was that it was residential. There were some run-down communal spaces that were a bit grotty - sagging furniture, a vending machine, and quite a few people hanging about both inside and outside. They were mostly okay but some seemed… manic and fidgety. -There was a sign up in the garage advising the ‘lowlife trying to break in’ to ‘get a job’, which made us a bit uncomfortable. - There was no lock on the inside of the door of the apartment. it would’ve been quite reassuring to be able to lock it ourselves. It was an okay stay but wouldn’t stay again.

This building has a very good location, that is walkable to the downtown/harbor. The building was formally/is now student housing, with a mix of respectful students/longer term non-student rentals. Be advised that the shared areas hallways are not on par with the interior of the unit. The building has a community kitchen, which we used when we could not figure out how to make the induction electric stove work inside our unit. The unit itself was nice, had good views and the bed linens crispy clean. We enjoyed our stay!

Good place to stay for a couple nights. The apartment was clean and has everything you need to cook and clean. Good location with view on the Skytower close to CBD.

The interior of the apartment exceded our expectations - the teenagers were overwhelmed by the view of the skytower and city skyline. They were equally impressed with abundance of mirrors in the property and the convenience of having e-scooters available just outside the building - most likely due the fact there are quite a few students in the vicinity. They happily explored the city and felt safe to come and go as they needed - it was great to have two sets of keys available.

Très bon appartement. Superbe vue, parking très pratique. Hôte très accueillant. Nos points noirs : - Salle d’eau et douches très petites - le vent fait beaucoup de bruit au 11ème étage (prévoir des bouchons d’oreilles)

Stefan’s place is great! I was a bit nervous when I saw the building itself and the downstairs shared lounge area - which are both quite tired, but the apartment itself was great. The beds were comfy, and I thought it was remarkably quiet and peaceful for a city centre/near uni apartment. The kitchen is super well appointed and the place was clean and tidy. For 2 bds, 2 bathrooms, parking, and walkable to cbd I really don’t think you could do much better for the price. Big heads up that the keys are stored somewhere else down the road on the opposite side which is a logistical challenge when you’re trying to do it in your car so you can access the parking garage(which you need the keys to do) Picking up the keys would be far easier on foot, so do that if it’s an option.

Lots of room. Great view. Very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels. Perfect for work at the university. Just had a few booking-related issues. Our lock box info was sent to another guest, who had our keys when we arrived. The management team is super responsive though and solved it immediately. We were also told we could extend our stay an extra day, but they sent us a link which told us that wasn’t possible. The same thing happened when we asked for late check out (which costs extra btw). Was frustrating to have wasted time like that, but otherwise a very professional operation and a great property. I’d certainly stay there again.

Awesome location. However, didn’t expect it to be mostly student accommodation. Lovely neighbours though so wasn’t a big issue! The place could use a bit more maintenance to keep it up to standards. But overall, for the price it was great value and we enjoyed our stay! Thank you Stefan and his team for being quick at replying and helping when needed!

Lovely clean place and was fairly quiet. Does have a couple of structural bars in weird places, one being next to the king bed which my husband hit his head on when getting out. No aircon which surprised me, I had overlooked it when booking, my fault. Was very warm due to afternoon sun, I would think too hot in summer? 10-15min walk to Viaduct. Overall a very clean, cozy place.
