Enjoy thoughtful furnishings, free Pool and Gym access, and in-room internet. Close to Skycity, universities, Spark Arena, Aotea Square, Britomart, and the Harbour.

The space
Here at Zodiak Stays, we provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival.

You can enjoy the views from the lounge and from the separate bedroom.
The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and is dressed with quality linen.
The Living area is spacious and open plan with lovely views of the city.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary crockery, cutlery and pots and pans for cooking.
Tea and coffee are provided, and internet is available for you in the room. You can connect wirelessly or direct using the cable provided.
A lot of thought and effort has gone into making this space a perfect place to stay.

Facility Access Notice:
Access to building facilities such as the gym, swimming pool, and sauna is subject to building management policies and availability. These facilities may occasionally be closed due to maintenance or management decisions beyond our control, and we may not always receive prior notice. We appreciate your understanding.

Please note that a refundable security deposit (authorised and held by your card provider, not charged to us) is required as part of the booking process.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire apartment as well as access to the gym facilities and indoor heated pool.

Interaction
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Other Things To Note
Facility Access Notice:
Access to building facilities such as the gym, swimming pool, and sauna is subject to building management policies and availability. These facilities may occasionally be closed due to maintenance or management decisions beyond our control, and we may not always receive prior notice. We appreciate your understanding.

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Key Pick-Up: The key will need to be picked up from our Zodiak office in Auckland Central (the full address Level 2, Unit A210/52 Courthouse Lane, Auckland CBD), which is a 4 minute walk or 4 min drive away from the apartment. We provide 24/7 access to keys via lockboxes. This is a different location to the property you’ll be staying at. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking. We also have free WiFi access at our office in case you need the internet to contact us. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.

Parking: We do not have a free carpark for this building but nearby paid parking options are available.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the apartment for a $85 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Housekeeping: We can arrange extra weekly housekeeping during your stay if requested for the same price as the cleaning fee listed per clean. Stays longer than 21 days will be required to have a mid-stay clean at your expense. Please just send us a message if you need extra cleaning as we will need to organise this with the cleaning company we use.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay (2x shampoo, 2x bodywash, 4x tea/coffee, 2x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes) but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed apartment by Zodiak Stays so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced apartment. As above, weekly housekeeping can still be arranged as an extra service.

We had a long stay in this apartment. Everything is as you can see it in the pictures. It’s comfortable and with great location.
The bed and pillows were good, the bathroom was fine. The living area had the basics for the stay. The kitchen had the usual stuff, we would have appreciated also a cutting board and more cleaning stuff, but it was okay.
Washer and dryer in good condition. The views are good, the location was amazing. Close to everything!
The only downside was the bedroom window. It was broken when we arrived, and though the response was quick and they sent someone to look at it, the repair was supposed to be temporary. We stayed for three months and it didn’t happen. So we couldn’t open the bedroom window, which was one of the reasons we got the place: it had a window in the bedroom. It was noisy (from the street, never the building), and the wind got in a bit.
So in conclusion, great place for a short-medium stay, if you don’t mind a bit of noise at night!

Bel appartement centre ville

Tres bel appartement au centre ville. Tres bien equipe et confortable. Belle piscine tres appreciable. Pas de reponse a nos probleme de wi-fi. Un des locquets de la fenetre de la chambre etait casse et le froid rentrait. La hotte et le four ne fonctionnaient pas.

Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Comfy bed, great location and very quiet (despite other reviews implying Queen St noise was an issue.)
On the 14th floor so was absolutely fine!
We used the pool/gym which was a bonus.
2 minute walk to/from Skyline bus/airport transfer and 5 mins to Britomart/Waiheke ferry.

Stefan and the team at zodiak apartments were great to deal with. Everything was okay. Had a key mishap yet to be resolved, they use hotel room swipe keys, just the little usual ones and my wallet got taken with the key in it. They requested $100 to replace the swipe card which is a lot considering these days most hotels that issue the same key type don’t even care if these are returned because they cost nothing. Even the hotel said they don’t care about these keys usually so weren’t sure why I was being charged

Amazing place!! I can’t rave enough about it. Located in the heart of Auckland CBD, it was the perfect location to access all the main attractions in the city. Everything was walking distance too! Shopping, restaurants and Starbucks Coffee were literally steps away. The apartment itself was perfect too. It was well appointed, with beautiful decor. Not to mention the amazing views that you can experience with the floor to ceiling windows. Stefan, the Host was also wonderful! He provided quick responses to my questions, thoughtful information, and was very accommodating. Check in and out was very smooth too! This apartment is located in the absolute best locationin Auckland! A short walk away from the ferries that will wisk you away to the islands and the bus station - where many excursions buses depart from. Steps away from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. I was traveling alone and felt safe thw entire time. I like having attendants in the lobby around the clock, which added a layer of security. The elevator requires a key to access the appropriate floors, providing additional security, not that it's needed but it helps when traveling alone. Stephan is quick to respond to inquires and the apartment was immaculate!

Great apartment right in the heart of Auckland close to the harbour, shops, bars and restaurants. The drop off/Pick up for the Airport Sky Bus is directly out the front of the hotel which is really handy! Everything you need to stay for as long as you need is in the apartment... washing machine, dryer, kitchen utensils, WIFI etc. The hotel complex has a small pool and Gym which you are allowed to use during your stay. The apartment is on the 14th floor and over looks Queen St. There is a little bit of noise on weekends but that is what you expect staying in the heart of the city. Communication with Stefan was great and he was very helpful.

We stayed at Trudy and Sara’s place for five nights. The place is so so so clean, beautifully decorated, and smells great! There was coffee machine and fresh milk in the fridge. A supermarket is also close by. The location is perfect—just 2 blocks from the Skytower and right off Queenstown road, where there is lots of shopping and restaurants. The skybus from the airport drops off right in front. Sara meets you when you check in, so no self check in. The tower is a hotel and private residences building, so there is a concierge downstairs, however the concierge will not hold bags for you or anything since you are not staying at the hotel. This was the only downfall, as we had to lug our bags around for a few hours the day we checked out. Overall, we were so comfortable and would stay again!! Thanks Trudy and Sara!

Hi Nicole and Erica, I am very sorry to hear that you had to lug your bags around town. Unfortunately, I don't have an external storage area, only the apartment itself.
For the convenience of my guests; I have found two places at the bottom of Queen Street that do store luggage for a small fee, and I also try to be flexible with check-out times upon request, so guests can leave luggage in the apartment.
I am sorry that I did not know that you required either of those options.

Sara and Trudy’s place was a pleasant surprise. It was cute, super clean, and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Just what we were looking for in an airbnb. The bed was so comfortable it took great effort to get out of bed in the morning. And you could not ask for a better location. There was a good chinese restaurant and a tripadvisor-recommended japanese restaurant just across the street. To the side of
City life hotel where the unit was located was a very good breakfast place Coffee Club and a good bar beside it judging by the number of young people queuing to get in. A five minute walk will get you to Sky Tower where a lot of good restaurants were also located. The main street Queen where you can shop to your heart’s content was about 30 steps away. Around the corner from the place was a money exchange. Their rates were good. A Catholic church was about 10 min walk away too. The Princess Wharf where you can get ferries to the other islands was also within walking distance. Albert park and the Museum of Modern Art are a 5-10 min walk also. Trudy and Sarah were great and gracious hosts although we just met briefly when we arrived. No questions were needed to be asked because everything was provided for including a fast Wifi. Will definitely recommend this place and will definitely stay here again. Thank you for an awesome vacation Sarah and Trudy.

Trudy has a keen eye for detail. The spa-like shampoo, conditioner and soap provided was a nice, hotel-like touch. Towels were great, bedding was great.

WOW! This apartment exceeded my expectations beyond belief! It was a very easy shuttle from the airport to the apartment, with the bus stop being only a couple steps away from the front entrance. Sara was so welcoming and genuine, which was just what I needed after a 31 hour travel time. The apartment is on the fourteenth floor with a spectacular view of the city from every room. If you are interested in exploring the downtown area of Auckland, then this is where you need to be! It is located in the middle of probably one of the most desired streets in the city, with everything you can think of just moments away; centered between fantastic restaurants, bars, stores, and the ferry terminal. The kitchen comes fully loaded with everything you'll need to get started, located next to a great washer and dryer. I loved the decor and the bed was very comfortable. I actually stayed in two different Airbnb's while in Auckland, and didn't realize how good I had it until I got to my second accommodation... I was wishing the entire time that I had continued to stay here instead. Despite being 8,000 miles away from where I live, I felt very comfortable and at home. To Trudy and Sara, thank you so much, you have done a great job with this place. I would absolutely recommend anyone traveling to Auckland to stay here!

1. It is right in the heart of Auckland, on the main street, Queen Street, which is walking distance from the city attractions. We walked to the ferry, skytower, University of Auckland, and all over the town.
2. The apartment is bright, new, and a nice high rise view from the 14th floor.
3. The bed is super comfortable, the heating system works like a charm, the washer and dryer work, and the bathroom works great. All the amenities in the bathroom were of the highest quality. THIS IS COMPARABLE AND BETTER THAN A FIVE STAR HOTEL.
4. They had stocked up in the fridge orange juice, eggs, bottled water, and bottled tea, and had a variety of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate in the cabinet. WOW! What a welcome!
5. Trudy, David, and Sara are extremely hospitable. Trudy and David came on the street to receive us, since I did not pay close attention to their instruction and was confused because of driving on the left side of the street, coming from the USA. I was so tired that I could use some help, and David helped me park the car. What an angel!
6. We will return to this apartment whenever we go to Auckland. We have found a home and family.

We had a long stay in this apartment. Everything is as you can see it in the pictures. It’s comfortable and with great location.
The bed and pillows were good, the bathroom was fine. The living area had the basics for the stay. The kitchen had the usual stuff, we would have appreciated also a cutting board and more cleaning stuff, but it was okay.
Washer and dryer in good condition. The views are good, the location was amazing. Close to everything!
The only downside was the bedroom window. It was broken when we arrived, and though the response was quick and they sent someone to look at it, the repair was supposed to be temporary. We stayed for three months and it didn’t happen. So we couldn’t open the bedroom window, which was one of the reasons we got the place: it had a window in the bedroom. It was noisy (from the street, never the building), and the wind got in a bit.
So in conclusion, great place for a short-medium stay, if you don’t mind a bit of noise at night!

Tres bel appartement au centre ville. Tres bien equipe et confortable. Belle piscine tres appreciable. Pas de reponse a nos probleme de wi-fi. Un des locquets de la fenetre de la chambre etait casse et le froid rentrait. La hotte et le four ne fonctionnaient pas.

Stefan and the team at zodiak apartments were great to deal with. The after hours check in was smooth and all instructions were easy to follow, as well as being flexible when a late check out was required. The apartment was in a great location with a short walk to the harbour or Albert Park and so many great eateries also in short walking distance! Highly recommend! Everything was okay. Had a key mishap yet to be resolved, they use hotel room swipe keys, just the little usual ones and my wallet got taken with the key in it. They requested $100 to replace the swipe card which is a lot considering these days most hotels that issue the same key type don’t even care if these are returned because they cost nothing. Even the hotel said they don’t care about these keys usually so weren’t sure why I was being charged

Perfect place for a little getaway! Quite central to everything we needed (i.e Countdown, train station, fast food restaurants etc) and beautiful view of the busy Auckland night life! Highly recommended

This is the second time I have stayed in Zodiacs apartments and I must say we really enjoyed our Stay. The place is just perfect in terms of location and from the checkin to the time we’ve checked out they were on top of making sure we are okay. Great 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of the CBD. Very convenient, attentive hosts who were good with communicating. Apartment is as described with everything you need and check in was a breeze. Wifi worked well, shower was good and bed was comfy. Recommended.

Superb!!! Everything is AMAZING!
-hosts are awesome! They are quick in responding queries and they gave us a complimentary late check out.
-location is great (really heart of the city). shopping areas, bars, restaurants everything you want are just a walking distance.
-the apartment has a great view! It’s located on the 14th floor. If you love city view, this is a good apartment for you.
-immaculate. Good furnitures and everything you need is there.

The place is great. It has all the amenities you need for an extended stay. Located right downtown and only a short walk to the ferry terminal. As it is downtown and close to queen street, you may get some extra noise at night.

Stefan was flexible enough on very short notice to rent us the room. Space is nice in the centre no issue with sound since its on the 14th floor! Ideal for a few nights in Auckland.

Stefan’s place was perfect for our holiday. My girlfriend and I stayed here for 10 nights over Christmas and New Years.
The apartment was great, amazing location, had everything we needed. Centrally located.
Seamless check in, would happily stay here again on a return trip to Auckland.

Amazing place!! I can’t rave enough about it. Located in the heart of Auckland CBD, it was the perfect location to access all the main attractions in the city. Everything was walking distance too! Shopping, restaurants and Starbucks Coffee were literally steps away. The apartment itself was perfect too. It was well appointed, with beautiful decor. Not to mention the amazing views that you can experience with the floor to ceiling windows. Stefan, the Host was also wonderful! He provided quick responses to my questions, thoughtful information, and was very accommodating. Check in and out was very smooth too! Definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Auckland. would definitely stay here again! Thank you for hosting :)

This apartment is located in the absolute best locationin Auckland! A short walk away from the ferries that will wisk you away to the islands and the bus station - where many excursions buses depart from. Steps away from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. I was traveling alone and felt safe thw entire time. I like having attendants in the lobby around the clock, which added a layer of security. The elevator requires a key to access the appropriate floors, providing additional security, not that it's needed but it helps when traveling alone. Stephan is quick to respond to inquires and the apartment was immaculate!

Great apartment right in the heart of Auckland close to the harbour, shops, bars and restaurants. The drop off/Pick up for the Airport Sky Bus is directly out the front of the hotel which is really handy! Everything you need to stay for as long as you need is in the apartment... washing machine, dryer, kitchen utensils, WIFI etc. The hotel complex has a small pool and Gym which you are allowed to use during your stay. The apartment is on the 14th floor and over looks Queen St. There is a little bit of noise on weekends but that is what you expect staying in the heart of the city. Communication with Stefan was great and he was very helpful.

We had a lovely 5 nights at this apartment. Our check in was seamless and personable. The apartment was clean and have everything we could need, we were incredibly impressed by location! Our only minor complaint was that the bed was a little too soft for our liking. Thank you for a lovely stay in Auxkland!

Terrific stay at Stefan's unit. Location can't be beat. Apartment was well appointed, comfortable and exactly as shown in the listing. Communication with Stefan was excellent as was the check in. We appreciated having such a nice place to stay in the middle of Auckland!

A fantastic apartment in the heart of the city. Secluded and yet right in the middle of everything Auckland. Plus it doesn’t hurt to have the coolest bar in Auckland, The Bluestone Room, out your front door. Will stay again and again!

A stunning location right in the heart of a vibrant city. Very well appointed in a new and well maintained building there's even a small pool to swim in next to the gym. We had a wonderful time exploring the city, and were able to relax in the apartment in the evenings. We were met as arranged and shown around in a friendly and professional way. Excellent!

Really fantastic place in the centre of Auckland. The apartment is really nice and the access to the pool and gym of the hotel was an added bonus. Check in was very easy and Stefan was very helpful both with that and with helping us to understand the local area. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay in Auckland!

Convienient location. I was able to walk a short distance to everything including the cruiseport with my luggage. And I took the bus from the airport to the unit ($18) when I arrived. Communication was outstanding.

We stayed at Trudy and Sara’s place for five nights. The place is so so so clean, beautifully decorated, and smells great! There was coffee machine and fresh milk in the fridge. A supermarket is also close by. The location is perfect—just 2 blocks from the Skytower and right off Queenstown road, where there is lots of shopping and restaurants. The skybus from the airport drops off right in front. Sara meets you when you check in, so no self check in. The tower is a hotel and private residences building, so there is a concierge downstairs, however the concierge will not hold bags for you or anything since you are not staying at the hotel. This was the only downfall, as we had to lug our bags around for a few hours the day we checked out. Overall, we were so comfortable and would stay again!! Thanks Trudy and Sara!

We had odd check in and check out needs because of our flights, Trudy and Sara were very accommodating, helpful and communication was quick. The apartment is right in the thick of Auckland. An excellent location to explore what we found to be a vibrant fun city. The apartment was also very clean, spacious, well appointed and had good views. Very good wifi as well. Stay here.

I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Auckland. The location was perfect and within walking distance of many of Auckland's attractions. Trudy and Sara were incredibly helpful and responsive during our stay - even coming to fix the Wifi well past typical business hours.

Had a lovely stay - was better than most hotels (fresh, clean and well appointed) and much more affordable. Aromatherapy co toiletries, super comfy bed and decent tea and coffee. Huge kitchen for an apartment and nice crockery. Felt like home but tidier and more stylish

The apartment is stunning! Really tidy and clean, the location is fantastic! We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit, plenty of shopping and coffee shops near by. Also the Airport Sky Bus & Free Shuttle bus to Dress Smart Outlet shopping is right out front of the apartment. Will definitely recommend and stay here again when we visit.

Sara and Trudy’s place was a pleasant surprise. It was cute, super clean, and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Just what we were looking for in an airbnb. The bed was so comfortable it took great effort to get out of bed in the morning. And you could not ask for a better location. There was a good chinese restaurant and a tripadvisor-recommended japanese restaurant just across the street. To the side of
City life hotel where the unit was located was a very good breakfast place Coffee Club and a good bar beside it judging by the number of young people queuing to get in. A five minute walk will get you to Sky Tower where a lot of good restaurants were also located. The main street Queen where you can shop to your heart’s content was about 30 steps away. Around the corner from the place was a money exchange. Their rates were good. A Catholic church was about 10 min walk away too. The Princess Wharf where you can get ferries to the other islands was also within walking distance. Albert park and the Museum of Modern Art are a 5-10 min walk also. Trudy and Sarah were great and gracious hosts although we just met briefly when we arrived. No questions were needed to be asked because everything was provided for including a fast Wifi. Will definitely recommend this place and will definitely stay here again. Thank you for an awesome vacation Sarah and Trudy.

Fantastic apartment! Every amenity you need, great location, super clean and great facilities (pool and gym).
Trudy has a keen eye for detail. The spa-like shampoo, conditioner and soap provided was a nice, hotel-like touch. Towels were great, bedding was great.
Highly recommended, and I will stay here again on my next trip to Auckland.

WOW! This apartment exceeded my expectations beyond belief! It was a very easy shuttle from the airport to the apartment, with the bus stop being only a couple steps away from the front entrance. Sara was so welcoming and genuine, which was just what I needed after a 31 hour travel time. The apartment is on the fourteenth floor with a spectacular view of the city from every room. If you are interested in exploring the downtown area of Auckland, then this is where you need to be! It is located in the middle of probably one of the most desired streets in the city, with everything you can think of just moments away; centered between fantastic restaurants, bars, stores, and the ferry terminal. The kitchen comes fully loaded with everything you'll need to get started, located next to a great washer and dryer. I loved the decor and the bed was very comfortable. I actually stayed in two different Airbnb's while in Auckland, and didn't realize how good I had it until I got to my second accommodation... I was wishing the entire time that I had continued to stay here instead. Despite being 8,000 miles away from where I live, I felt very comfortable and at home. To Trudy and Sara, thank you so much, you have done a great job with this place. I would absolutely recommend anyone traveling to Auckland to stay here!

1. It is right in the heart of Auckland, on the main street, Queen Street, which is walking distance from the city attractions. We walked to the ferry, skytower, University of Auckland, and all over the town.
2. The apartment is bright, new, and a nice high rise view from the 14th floor.
3. The bed is super comfortable, the heating system works like a charm, the washer and dryer work, and the bathroom works great. All the amenities in the bathroom were of the highest quality. THIS IS COMPARABLE AND BETTER THAN A FIVE STAR HOTEL.
4. They had stocked up in the fridge orange juice, eggs, bottled water, and bottled tea, and had a variety of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate in the cabinet. WOW! What a welcome!
5. Trudy, David, and Sara are extremely hospitable. Trudy and David came on the street to receive us, since I did not pay close attention to their instruction and was confused because of driving on the left side of the street, coming from the USA. I was so tired that I could use some help, and David helped me park the car. What an angel!
6. We will return to this apartment whenever we go to Auckland. We have found a home and family.

Great place to stay in the heart of Auckland. Nice soft bed, well stocked kitchen en some breakfast to go!
Clean and very functional bathroom, towels etc. The pool in the complex is also very attractive to relax.
Trudy did a good job being my host and welcomed me in a nice and timely way. I was even allowed to check in an hour earlier! Good host!
