I had a really nice stay and the location was great. Everything was comfortable overall. The only small downside was a buzzing noise at times and the walls a bit thin so u can hear noise from other rooms

Good place to stay. Very responsive and helpful host. For a longer stay (over 2 weeks) there are places that are better equipped in the area. The walls are also quite thin so can be noisy during the night.

This place is absolutely fantastic! It’s right in the heart of the CBD, so there’s always something fun to do nearby. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Auckland who wants to explore and is looking for simple, flexible accommodations. You’re going to love it!

Very responsive host answered any questions right away. A nice place, cosy and clean with everything I needed. Very central so good for seeing the city but a bit noisy at night and not the best view. A strange high pitched squeaking noise was rather annoying as it was very loud (not sure what it was) but other than that a very pleasant stay.

Directions for retrieving key and entering the apartment were very clear. Stefan responded immediately to questions. Parking garage near by. Front desk was helpful in directing us to restaurants, etc

We booked this place after a previous experience somewhere else with “Stefan” which is in reality a rental company with a different person responding at each message, when it’s not simply automated. Upon arrival, everything was underwhelming and disappointing: the only cupboard was broken, the cooking plates were greasy, the window handle was broken, the TV has never been dusted, the shower smelled like sewers during hot days and there was an awe full high pitched noise coming from the door whenever someone used the water on the floor. Due to the noise we never had a full night sleep, and let “Stefan” know of the other issues. They told us that the problem was well known (implying we paid full price for a defective accomodation) and didn’t offer any kind of solution or compensation. The only positive thing was the location. This is the first time we felt ripped off through Airbnb. We went there to have a bit more comfort than in a hostel, we will definitely know better next time

Very nice apartment you get what you pay for very good value for the money need some maintains but overall right experience. The check in but reasonable walk distance. Because that’s on the main street it’s noisy sometimes but that’s not their fault . Sometimes we hard a squeaky sound that was very annoying, but after some time we got used to it but still annoying. A bit more maintenance in the apartment and its is perfect.

We enjoyed staying in the apartment during our trip in Auckland. Following the host’s clear instruction, it is easy to collect the keys from another place. The apartment is good and clean. The location is very convenient, not far away from the interesting places. We walked to the pier from the apartment and took ferry to some lovely islands. The feeling is really nice and peaceful. Overall, we have a wonderful experience of the stay and would recommend it to our friends

Super appartement on ne peut mieux situé au coeur d'Auckland. L'appartement se trouve dans le CityLife hôtel avec salle de sport et piscine communes. Stefan est très réactif et compréhensif, ça a été un hôte au top ! Le lit est très confortable et l'appartement super fonctionnel, super appartement pour un petit séjour à deux à Auckland.

Eine gute Unterkunft für einen kurzen Besuch. Allerdings man man wissen, dass die Queenstreet nachts sehr laut ist.

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral, ist aber schon in die Jahre gekommen und hätte dringende Instandhaltung nötig. Das Bett ist ausgezeichnet, leider war der Fußboden nicht gereinigt und auch andere Mängel wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht behoben. Besonders störend waren nachts die die schrillen und pfeifenden Geräusche oder der Vorhang, der sich nicht vollständig schließen ließ. Nicht alle Lichter haben, funktioniert und so weiter. Es gibt keinerlei Möglichkeiten, Wäsche oder andere Dinge in einen Schrank oder auf ein Brett zu legen, man muss also aus dem Koffer leben. Die Kommunikation erfolgte immer sehr schnell, leider haben aber immer ganz verschiedene Mitarbeiter geschrieben, ohne die Mails von anderen Mitarbeitern zu lesen, so dass viele Informationen unter gingen und beispielsweise die Informationen zum Check in uns nicht rechtzeitig erreicht haben. Wir würden hier definitiv nicht mehr übernachten.

A place to get the keys far away, instead of having a padlock in the apartment, the television doesn't work and there was no control. I contacted them to talk about it and nothing was resolved. at the end of the stay he said that I took the remote home and that he would charge me, considering that THERE WAS NO TELEVISION CONTROL IN THE ROOM, no idea

It's a hotel room experience but a bit better, comfortable, great location for restaurants, and the washing machine was nice to have (very strong though, no delicates!). They also provide a hot place and some cooking utensils.
