Cosy CBD Loft Walk to Dining Shopping Zodiak Stays

The loft was ideal for our 11 day stay in Auckland. Just off Queens Street shopping, 10 minute walk to the Sky Tower or Harbour. So many restaurants options just steps away. The shower pressure was amazing, the small kitchen allowed us to cook a few meals and enjoy breakfast in the loft. You are truly in the heart of the action! We’d definitely stay again!

The location is great for making the most of time in Auckland as it’s easy to walk to the harbour, sky city, shops, cafes and restaurants.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first time! Perfect spot for a few days in the CBD. The place is super clean and cozy, and Stefan is a wonderful host. Great location too.

A great deal for the price. unfortunately had some bedding missing for the 2nd loft bed for the first day of the stay but the host communicated speedily and arrange for it to be delivered the next day. If you are looking for one bed this cannot go wrong, and hopefully the issue I had was once off.

Le logement est idéalement situé, pratique pour visiter la ville. Tous les équipements sont bien présents dans l’appartement et il est bien équipé. Seul bémol, le bruit dans la rue le soir, merci d’avoir pensé à donner des bouchons d’oreilles !

Washing machine was not useable, but Stefan was very proactive and is giving a partial discount for the stay because of it. The location is very noisy (hard to sleep at night), but we were warned about this before booking. Aside from the noise, there was a decent amount to do around the area.

Stefans place is a great apartment for a city break, with perfect location near great tourists spots and local restaurants you can’t fault it! The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and makes you feel right at home. Stefan is very good at getting back to you and provided us with some must do’s in Auckland. Great location for a base to explore Auckland. Close to restaurants, bars, etc.. A little noisy on the weekend evenings but that's to be expected in such a central location.

The apartment itself was great, pictures are a pretty accurate representation of what it’s like. The loft bed was a bit higher than we thought it would be and the ladder on the side of the wall made it a little more difficult to access. There was everything we needed, the only thing missing was laundry powder. Good location to walk around the city, of course that comes with sirens and people shouting but to be expected. Sadly had to take away some points for the really poor communication. It seems like the chat is monitored by multiple people in the management company as I was told two seperate times I couldn’t check in early for the early check in I paid extra for and had to explain and wait for confirmation repeatedly. This resulted in unnecessary stress. There is also separate instructions through messages, air bnb and then a link they send you for check in info. It would be better if everything was together.

Wonderful little place with high ceilings right bang in the heart of the CBD. Fantastic stay, highly recommend to all wanting a central location. Due to its location, nights can be a bit noisy but this was expected, especially on weekends.

Erst das Positive: das Apartment hat schöne hohe Decken und ein bequemes Bett. Zudem ist die Lage sehr zentral direkt an der Queen Street. Leider ist aber ein asiatischer Imbiss direkt gegenüber der Haustür, welcher den ganzen Tag wirklich ekelhafte glutamatige Gerüche absondert, die allgegenwärtig im Eingangsbereich und Treppenhaus hängen. Zudem läuft das Check in und out über ein Unternehmen und bei uns ging alles schief. Der Schlüssel war nicht da hinterlegt wo er sein sollte. Als Notfallkontakt gab es nur eine Festnetznummer ( welcher Tourist hat die Möglichkeit, da anzurufen ?) oder der Airbnb Kontakt, wo sehr träge reagiert wurde. Zudem konnte der Trockner nur mit Timer auf 20 Minuten benutzt werden, falls man diesen mehrmals benutzen wollte, war man halt ans Haus gebunden. Der Ofen ging auch nur in Verbindung mit dem Timer, nur wer weiß denn so was? Das Fenster war beschädigt und wurde (ohne Erfolg) versucht, mit Panzerband abzudichten. Insgesamt eher eine mittelmäßige Unterkun

We loved our stay, overall a beautiful apartment which was perfect for what we needed. Location was brilliant, Woolworths and multiple restaurants are accessible by foot within minutes. The only suggestion we have to make our stay even better is for the kitchen bin to be bigger and have a lid, which isn’t a big deal if you eat out most of the time. Thank you so much for the rapid response rate too, Stefan, made us feel very supported! Will stay here again!

During our stay the property switched from owner managed to company managed. Our checkin experience was challenging and included 7 pages of the instructions. I suspect the new management company will alleviate this challenge. Some notes for future guests: - When going out, make sure to take the key and fob as the handle can be locked which is not attached to the smart lock. - The smart lock worked intermittently. - Make sure to lock the door on the way out as the smart lock does not lock automatically. It’s a great location and cute apartment.

This accommodation is in a great centrally located spot. CBD amenities are all within a 15 minute walk. The room has everything you need for a comfortable few days stay. There are also two close public car parking buildings about a 5 minute walk away (a Wilson one and an Auckland Transport one), so if you have your own car you can keep it near. There are a couple of supermarkets fairly close too (a New World metro and a Woolworths). We'd stay here again :-)

Nice, small studio right in the middle of the CBD. Comfy bed, nice to have tea and coffee things. The room was a little warm in April - the fan helped, but it could be hot in the summer. We'd happily go back. The loft looked fun, but I'm glad I didn't have to climb in and out: the ladder was hard on the feet. The room is small for more than 2 people. We didn't have any problem with street noises mid week. Description and photos are spot on. The check-in process changed recently to a professional company. They were responsive, but slightly inflexible - and kept sending automated "we're glad you have arrived" messages even after we told them we were delayed a day. Their check-in process was super detailed but the info wasn't available much in advance, which I found a bit stressful.
