A beautiful home. Modern, clean, everything you need has been provided. Well located in Auckland. The size of home, enough room for everyone. We were visiting from overseas and it suit us perfectly.

The house was comfortable for our large family. Lots of space to chill. The kitchen was ideal for our needs. Being able to park two vehicles in the garage gave us peace of mind about security. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of hot water for showers.

Our big family loved and enjoyed our stay. The place had all the amenities we needed and Stefan was responsive and accommodating. We missed out on our first 3 nights due to the airline’s cancellation but we still made the most of our stay.

It was a great house and location! We really loved it. My family had a great time overall. Just a few reasons we didn’t give a 5 overall was because we tried to communicate about the garage door remote but no one got back to us re how it would be fixed so it wasn’t working for the duration of our stay. Also, we tried to use the green food waste bin but it was filled with other rubbish so we had to empty it. Lastly, the bottom level of the oven wasn’t working. Stefan was really friendly and easy to deal with and the house itself was nice and we really enjoyed our stay.

The neighborhood environment is very quiet and beautify. The house is very pretty and big for 3 families. The response time is very quick. For improvmenet area: 1. For such big house, 2 sets of house key is needed for 3 families and 2 keys.2. Need to clean up the trash left from the previouse customers in trash can and food waste disposer for next customers

Great home and as you enter, you feel at home away from home. great service and great communication with Stefan, always there with response always. we enjoyed the stay, and very near to our church conference venue and near to shopping mall and supermarkets. Stefan’s place was beautiful, cosy and a wonderful place to relax during our family holiday. There was a huge amount of space for the kids to spread out and explore, along with the adults to take a break in quiet spaces separate to the kiddies areas. Super responsive and helpful. Extremely disappointed with lack of urgency; especially for ants in the bedroom bed! As mentioned in other reviews, the hot water is problematic. The circuit breaker keeps tripping for the water heater. Easy to fix and just flick it back. However, it is then on you to keep checking the switch and flipping it back multiple times during your stay. So sometimes no hot water in the morning and there is no effort to fix this issue. Worse was the ants in one bedroom. We first saw them and cleaned the room. Instead of addressing it, they told us to monitor. 4 days later, the ants were back and I insisted someone come out (and they saw live ants on the bed). They tried to blame it on some wrapper on the floor behind the bed but that definitely was not ours because we only had drinking water upstairs and that was my parent’s room who are diabetic. We then had to beg for new sheets and when they finally agreed 2 days later, they only changed 2 of the 3 sheets and not the pillow cases!

The house was perfect for our family of 5 adults, toddler and baby. The area is quiet, safe and convenient- close to everything with great supermarket/ take out food in nearby Lunn Ave and playgrounds and cafe in easy walking distance. House was spotless and very comfortable, host very attentive and we felt very much at home. We will stay again! Thank you.

The apartment itself is more than suitable for a larger group / couples or family and the living space/s are comfortable. One main let down was that we had no hot water for showers while we were there - 4x couples over 3 nights. I note a previous guest had also mentioned this before our stay but it seemed the issue had not been rectified. I hope all gets sorted for the next guest/s.

It was just like our second home. This was the first AirBnB property we stayed during our 14 days NZ visit and the moment we entered the home, we felt good and positive about rest of our trip. Stefan was always in touch and was super helpful. The house was sparkle clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen helped us in our cooking and it was well equipped. Good Parking facilities for large car, peaceful neighborhood, proximity to groceries/ essentials etc. I will highly recommend this place to all.

This place was great for space for our 2 families with young children from 0-5. Great locations as it was central to supermarkets, restaurants and local attractions. The garage and covered pathway to the entrance was great for the kids. Unfortunately for the duration of our stay we had no hot water which meant we were unable to use the bath and showers were cold. Stefan was responsive to messages regarding this however we were told someone would come and take a look at the issue but never did and by check out we were still trying to find a resolution as we were not able to utilise everything at this property.

The property was as described and exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and had everything the group needed, and enough space for 5 adults. Good location in a nice neighbourhood, walking distance to a cafe and parks. It was very convenient for the groups stay. Would stay again.
