We had a great stay and really enjoyed the place. Everything was comfortable and well set up, and the location was perfect for us. It was only an easy 8-minute walk to Victoria Park, which made getting around super convenient. We’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to others.

We had a great stay at Stefan’s Viaduct Harbour apartment. Great location, great view and just as described in the listing. Fully self contained and had all the amenities we required. There is reserved parking underneath the building which worked great for us. There is a full fridge and freezer - but the temperature of the fridge is unreliable and often warmer than a regular fridge should be. We were told this will be fixed after our stay, though. Overall, despite these small issues, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again! Would recommend!

VERY NOISY - bar underneath basically a nightclub with music pumping a full volume with all doors open until 3am every morning. Had ear plugs but even with those on incredibly loud!!! Poorly equipped and extractor fan in kitchen not working & Hobbs very weak so not a kitchen you can cook properly in. Broken blind in bedroom & general poor maintenance. So many issues. Don’t stay here if you want to sleep or cook!

As mentioned in the listing, the apartment is located right in the heart of the city, surrounded by popular bars, restaurants, and nightlife. We’re sorry you didn’t realise how lively the area can get. It’s one of the main spots in the city for nights out, which can mean some noise in the evenings. We’ll update the listing so future guests are aware that the noise from nearby bars can carry on quite late. The extractor fan and stove are both working, though we’ll update our guest info to make operation clearer for future guests. Thank you also for flagging the blind. The cord has come off the roller, and we’ll be getting that fixed as soon as possible. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and wish you all the best with your future travels.

I enjoyed my stay in Stefan's apartment. It was well maintained, clean, close to the harbour and walking distance to supermarket, mall, restaurant, bars etc. However, I had two negative experiences. 1. The hot water was unreliable and would only work for short periods of time (which was extremely inconvenient in 12-14 degree weather). After informing the property manager and Stefan, they expected me to manipulate and mess around with valves on the hot water boiler in the middle of the hallway to test out what was wrong instead of simply having someone come fix it. Not only is this really dangerous for an untrained person to be doing, it is certainly not an acceptable response. 2. Besides a handful of packets of salt, pepper and sugar, nothing else was provided in the kitchen and when asked for more soap, they told me that was all that's part of a starter pack. Surely if you're staying for 8 nights you need more than 5 packets of sugar. Apart from this, it was a good stay.

Hi Sonja, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the apartment and its location. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns with the hot water. When the issue was raised later in the evening, we offered some troubleshooting steps to help get it running again, as maintenance most likely wouldn’t have been able to attend until the next day. We also offered to arrange maintenance to check it, but unfortunately didn’t receive a response to our follow-ups. The system is working as normal. It’s likely the cylinder had temporarily run out due to high usage, which can happen during colder months. Regarding supplies, the listing mentions that we provide a starter pack of amenities to cover the first few days of your stay. This includes full-sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash, as well as tea, coffee, toilet paper, dishwashing and laundry essentials. Guests are welcome to purchase additional supplies if these run out during longer stays. We’re very sorry if there was only one bottle of soap or body wash available during your stay, as there should have been both. Thank you for bringing this to our attention so we can make sure it’s not missed in future. Thank you again for your comments. We appreciate the feedback and are pleased you otherwise enjoyed your stay.

Everything was 10/10 and would stay again. Apartment is great and was very cleanly presented, suprisingly quiet on a busy weekend, the bedroom over the viaduct obviously gets a fair bit of noise but the second bedroom at the rear was actually very quiet. Host team was great, very responsive to messages, would recommend.

While the apartment is in Viaduct Harbour, which is known for its vibrant nightlife and central location, we understand this might not have been clear if you’re less familiar with Auckland.
