Great modern spacious townhouse over 3 levels. Ground floor is the entrance, carpark, one bedroom, bathroom & washer/dryer Level 1 has a lounge and kitchen and terrace overlooking the railway station Level 2 has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom We did have some plumbing issues but Stefan and his team responded quickly. My 3 year old loved watching the trains but if you are sensitive to noise, I would Recommend bringing ear plugs. Great location and very spacious.

Great place to stay location wise a lot of space and place is tidy/exactly the photos. Only small issue I would say upstairs to the rooms is very squeaky the floorboards my baby woke up everytime someone was walking upstairs.

The townhouse was surprisingly very quiet considering a busy road was close by. The place was very clean. I enjoyed watching the trains go by. The only drawback is that there was not much room between the blocks of townhouses for getting the car into the garage. It took about a 50 point turn to get the car into the garage. I am guessing that I would have got better at it with more practice. For some reason it was much easier to get the car out of the garage.

We enjoyed our 5-night stay at the property. It is very well equipped and very clean, although there are one or two things that are showing signs of wear and tear (e.g. labels on the dials/knobs of the oven, e.g. the shower rail bracket in the upstairs bathroom) - nothing serious, just a few minor niggles. There is air conditioning in the 1st floor living/kitchen area, but the two top floor bedrooms get very hot. Fans would be a useful addition. Opening the windows is an option, but this increases the noise from the railway line, which is just a few metres away from one of those bedrooms. Other than being adjacent to a railway line the location is very good. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the Woolworths supermarket (we didn't have a car) and the city centre & waterfront area. There are many restaurants nearby on the way to the central area, although our favourite was the Paddington pub, just a 5-minute walk in the opposite direction towards Parnell.

Stefans place was convient to the CBD. The house was clean and tidy, however maintaince was poor. Our biggest drawback was the heat in the top 2 bedrooms, with the air-conditioning the floor below, the bedrooms were highly uncomfortable. Even a small fan would of been nice. The beds were not good either. the 3rd bedroom is located off the garage with a skylight in the ceiling as it's only natural light, this provided no relief to the excessively hot bedrooms. It was great to get out little Holden Spark into the garage, but I don't imagine a vehicle much bigger would fit and no other parking options nearby.

Stefan was a good host. The concern I had was the railway station at the back of house that I was not aware of. The trains woke me early in the morning each day either tooting or idling outside the window

Le logement ne répondait pas du tout à mes attentes. La description n'est pas du tout la réalité. Cet appartement est collé, voir quasi sur les rails de la gare de train. Le bruit est continue est horrible la nuit. Le ménage n'avait pas été fait. Une pellicule de poussière sur la terrasse, sans compter la salle d'eau de l'étage avait des cheveux et poils dans la baignoire. Concernant la 2ème salle d'eau, elle se trouve dans le garage, quand les chambres se trouvent au 2ème étage. Si vous devez séjourner dans la 3ème chambre, celle-ci n'ayant pas de fenêtre, vous vous ferez bercer par les odeurs de pots d'échappement de la voiture. Bref ! une catastrophe et je ne reviendrais pas.

Great place to stay. Only small complaint was the garage is very small and along with the fact that the roadway being narrow we couldn't get our large car inside so had to park about 5 minutes walk from the house

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well appointed although it needs some maintenance. Stefan was very responsive. As expected, the noise from the train station is quite noticable in the bedroom facing it. It is however very convenient for public transport. Our issue was with the third, windowless bedroom in the basement that we found very stuffy as it opens directly from the garage.

The place was conveniently close to the Auckland CBD, within easy walking distance. The property was very clean and matched the photos perfectly, offering great privacy. Having a parking slot inside the property was an added convenience. Stefan was quick to respond to all messages and provided all necessary information. Este alojamiento era bueno, pero tenía un piso más, lo que no salía en la descripción y yo fui con mis padres que son de la tercera edad, por lo que el tener 3 pisos no fue tan cómodo. Además si vas en auto grande el estacionamiento de la propiedad no es cómodo. El resto todo bien

Great location close to the CBD yet in a quiet area. The unit is well-equipped, and the host was very responsive. Having a garage for parking was a big plus, and it’s conveniently near Strand Train Station. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay!

The townhouse met our needs as it was close to the city. It was clean and tidy and Stefan and his staff were quick to respond to queries. Being close to the train station meant it was noisy at times and the garage was a bit tight to get into but neither of these things were insurmountable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The property was listed as 3 bedrooms, but 1 of the bedrooms was downstairs off the back of the garage, no windows, not great if you had children, you would not put them down there while you were on the 3rd level.The Oven switched had no writing on them so we couldn’t use it. The TV didnt work we could only get NetflixI wouldn’t stay there again.
