Chic Central Apt with Gym and Pool by Zodiak Stays

Incredible place to stay at when you’re in the Auckland area. Very central in the city, you can walk 20-30 minutes in any direction and find something to do.

오클랜드에 장기거주하게된다면 반드시 여기를 다시 이용할것 같아요!\n그만큼 만족스럽던 숙소였습니다.\n또한 전반적으로 숙소의 시설, 전망, 위치, 안전 등 너무 맘에 들었습니다. \n투어 다니기에도 알맞은 위치라서 (sky tower 근처) 만약 외부 투어를 하게된다면 여기 숙소위치가 적격입니다. 최고 👍 \n\n그리고 문의 및 응대도 최선을 다해 해주셔서 편안하게 머물렀습니다. 또한 제 캐리어 가방이 파손되었는데 그거와 관련해서 저렴하게 질좋은 상품을 살 수 있는 매장을 소개해주셔서 무사히 여행을 잘 이어서 할 수 있게 되었습니다. 감사합니다.

This is a fantastic place to stay. There is one thing to be mindful of though. There is no aircon and in summer it is HOT! I didn't read the description of the amenities and needed another fan in the bedroom which Stefan provided. It was just enough to make it comfortable. Otherwise a great place.

Very nice place in the heart of Auckland. It was way too nice to have a gym inside the building too. For me the central atmosphere was kind of overwhelming. It's walkable, but mostly big boulevards all around. Whoever likes the downtown/CBD experiences - that's the place. Biggest issue is the lack of parking. There are several paid parkings around, but very expensive. Also the one that we used (Civic) is not 24/7, so if your flight is before 6 AM, you need to consider parking somewhere else the last night.

Overall, my stay at this apartment was good and enjoyable. Convenient location. The bed was very comfortable, and the property was peaceful with minimal sound, making it a relaxing retreat. The view of the city and Sky Tower was absolutely lovely, adding a special touch to the experience. The listing also came equipped with plenty of kitchen appliances, which made my stay convenient and comfortable. However, over the course of our month-long stay, there were some downsides with cleanliness. The HRV system was dusty, the vacuum cleaner was full of dust, and the cooking air conductor needs replacing, which dimmed the overall experience. These issues were noticeable and required some effort to manage. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects made the stay worthwhile, and I’d recommend this listing with the caveat that cleanliness could be improved.

Great host, great location. Definitely recommend for those wanting to enjoy Auckland for a few days. Perfect for solo travelers or couples. Within a 5-10 minute walk of plenty of restaurants and sights.

Apartment in very convenient location. Easy walk to restaurants , ferry, water front. Lack of electrical outlets in kitchen area is strange. It’s a bit awkward to use appliances. If you are booking in the summer be aware that the apartment is not air conditioned. All in all a lovely place to stay. Thanks Stefan.

Modern apartment with great views right in the centre of Auckland. Recently refurbished, so quiet and all public areas are lovely and welcoming but secure. Bright modern apartment, well furnished and very comfortable. Host most helpful, responding quickly and in detail. Highly recommend for a visit to Auckland, as we did, for both work and leisure.

Commençons par le points positifs : table à manger et/ou de travail en bois et assez haute pour les jambes, literie bonne, appartement très lumineux au sud, frigidaire sans bruit depuis la chambre et très minime depuis le salon, double vitrage très efficace, entrée sécurisée avec badge. Bon, les points négatifs : les prises électriques uniquement sur le mur opposé à la cuisine c’est à dire dans la salon, ce qui signifie brancher la bouilloire avec une rallonge électrique sur le sol etc. L’appartement donne sur une rue passante heureusement atténuée par le double vitrage, une piscine décevante au niveau du parking, pas de douche, pas de vestiaire,seulement une sorte de petit endroit pour se changer sans porte manteau ni siège. Et comme souvent, pensant bien faire je suppose , un verre avec du parfum artificiel pour que ça sente pas l’odeur des gens. Les hôtes très réactifs sont des gestionnaires professionnels, ils envoient quelqu’un pour donner les clefs et montrer l’appartement.

Honestly I have been putting off writing this review because I am still surprised at the whole experience. The apartment itself is exactly as described, very central and quiet. What made the experience not so nice is first of I asked if possible to check in early and was told it is another 50 dollars to check in early so I declined. At around 230 I get a call from the person that is supposed to bring me the keys to say if I can push checkin from 3 to 4 as he has numerous keys he has to deliver at 3. I mean then why just not let me check in early. He ended up bringing the keys but come on this could be all avoided. And then when I left I got a report that I left a little blood stain on the mattress protector and I need to pay 35 euros. First of all that stain could have been there for months, I did not pull the sheets to check. Second of all if we are supposed to check mattress protectors ahead of time then tell us this before checking.

Very comfortable apartment virtually on Aotea Square. Easy walk to buses, ferries, art gallery etc. Loved it, thank you Stefan. The problem with access was mine-I had packed my Ipad which I was using to contact AirBnB in my suitcase so didn't receive the contact when I was travelling. Silly!

The location of the apartment was perfect. We didn't need a car to explore Auckland. The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable. Crockery and cutlery etc were excellent and appropriate cleaning products for the dishwasher and laundry. Communication was great. Strongly recommended

Great stay in a new building! Right in the middle of the CBD so very walkable and a great view of the sky tower from our window. If you have trouble sleeping this is the spot for you as well it was so calm and serene in the evening I almost couldn’t believe it. Amenities were nice and check in was so smooth. El lugar es muy bueno. La atención también. La ubicacion es excelente. El departamento es moderno. El gimnasio y la sala de juegos estan muy buenas. Mi unica critica es sobre que nos hubiese gustado en el check in dejar las maletas en algun lado. Nuestro vuelo nos trajo a Auckland a las 6am y tuvimos que esperar hasta las 15hs con las maletas dando vueltas. Daba la opcion de early check in, pero solo daban el departamento a las 12hs, no hacia la diferencia... El resto todo genial.
